Noah held her tight as tight to his chest as possible. He saw another man come round the side of the car.

The man dropped to his knees and fell to the ground. Noah heard the noise of engines. Turning he saw Thomas and Aiden's car followed by two armoured Lincoln Navigators.

But in his territory, this would never have happened. He now felt regret when he stared down at Ivy. He held her closer, crushing her to his chest. He just wanted to give her one day.

The cars stopped and Aiden and Thomas rushed out along with the other guards. They shielded Noah as he carried Ivy into the armoured Lincoln Navigator.

Thomas and Aiden saw their boss carry Ivy. There was blood on both their clothing they didn't know who was hurt. They held the men off and then jumped in their car. They were able to quickly getaway.

All three cars then took off at speed to the airport with the alligator SUVs in pursuit. With the men that Noah had already taken down, there were only 2 Alligator SUVs following them. They arrived at the airstrip and the Jet was ready for taking off, they just had to get in safely.

The guards got out first then Thomas and Aiden got out of there car and surrounded their boss who had yet to let go of Ivy. Thomas took a quick look and her eyes where shut and her face was pale. He inwardly prayed for her, no matter what happened she had to be ok. Not only, Noah, but Ivy had also ll of their hearts.

Noah quickly boarded the jet and headed for the back of the jet were his private bedroom was. He lay Ivy down on the bed and blood poured from her wound. The deep scarlet colour against her pale skin looked so striking and even more shocking. He held her wound tight, putting pressure on it to stop the bleeding. He heard the sound of the jet engine along with shots being fired.

The men from there SUVs had tried to shoot down the jet before it could take off but Noah felt the jet ascend successfully into the air. He automatically let out a sigh of relief. He then felt his body become weightless as he fell against the bedsheets with one arm draped around Ivy. Both lay pale and lifeless on the bed.

Once the jet had safely taken off Thomas and Aiden rushed into the private bedroom only to see both lovers with their eyes shut and bodies covered in blood. Horror filled both their hearts and minds.

"Shit".

Aiden cursed and rushed to Noah's side to check for his pulse feeling the rhythm he let out a sigh of relief.

"Check Ivy."

Thomas stood in shock hearing Aiden's voice he ran to Ivy's side and he felt a small weak pulse in her neck. He looked down at the blood-soaked clothing. He was not sure where the blood was coming from. He looked at Ivy then Aiden, not sure whether he should touch her or not.

Aiden had opened Noah's shirt, seeing no fatal wounds he could only presume the blood was from Ivy. He looked up at Thomas who was just staring at Ivy. She was like a sister to him and he must be in shock thought Aiden.

"Swap with me, I'll check her."

Aiden went to the bottom of the bed to change positions.

"No, I'll do it."

"Ok then quickly, the blood seems to of come from Ivy and not Noah."

Aiden returned to his bosses side and attended to his wound on his temple then his arm, checking for any other injuries. His boss was out cold but his heartbeat was strong, he wasn't sure why he had passed out.

Thomas quickly worked on Ivy, he kept her modesty in mind and kept her covered as much as he possibly could. He wasn't sure how much his boss would want others to see and he wasn't a doctor. All they could do is keep the pressure on her open wound until they landed. It was going to be a long flight.

Aiden contacted Dr Stewart and asked for his medical team to be ready. There was a small hospital at the airport that could be used in emergencies like this. All Aiden and Thomas could do were pray.

As the jet landed Aiden put a new clean shirt on Noah. Thomas did the same he used one of Noah's t-shirt's to cover her body. As the wheels set down on the tarmac and the jet door opened. Guards waited for orders. Aiden went out first and picked two guards to help him carry Noah.

"You two help me with the boss."

Thomas came out of the jet and rushed down the stairs with Ivy in his arms. He saw the hospital and waiting medical team. Seeing the gurney he laid Ivy down.

"I don't know, I'm not sure. She won't wake up. She will be okay won't she doc."

Dr Stewart saw Thomas's worried state and patted his shoulder to comfort him.

"I'll take it from here."

He then turned to his team and gave out orders as Ivy was brought inside the hospital. He looked up and saw Noah next being carried out and placed on the gurney.

"I got it from here."

Doctor Stewart's words soothed them both. Thomas and Aiden could now only wait outside the emergency room. Thomas couldn't sit still so he paced outside the emergency double doors and stared at the red light, waiting for any news.
