The lack of warmth and hunger woke Ivy from her exhausted state. Ivy knew she was alone by now she new Noah liked to sleep with her wrapped in his arms making her spoilt with his warmth. Feeling the cold Ivy thought it was hard to sleep alone after experiencing the warmth of Noah.
Rubbing her eyes she pulled the duvet up to cover her naked form. Curled up in the foetal position to feel some warmth again she sighed in relief when she was comfortable again. She sighed in relief when she felt comfortable again inhaling Noah's cologne she new dreamland would come soon.
Ivy's phone buzzed and buzzed. The vibrating annoying her beauty sleep. When it stopped she smiled and curled up again only for the buzzing to start up again.
Resigning herself to the fact she wasn't getting back to sleep she sat up. Her hair was like a birds nest now and she cursed the person on the other end of the phone.
"Hello".
"Dad, what is it?".
"You can never answer the phone and be happy I am calling you, can you".
"Its too early for this argument. What's up dad?".
"Well there is a function, I need you to go representing Hughes Inc. Some big names will be there just make a few rounds some small talk and leave.... please I wouldn't ask if I could go".

Ivy lay back down and curse at the lack of sleep. One man kept her up and away from her food all night and now another wanted her to make small talk with some snobs.
Getting up she goes to Noah's shower, as the water hits it relaxes her sore muscles. She gets out drying her hair and walking to the wardrobe. Going through the endless clothing Noah bought her she smiled. He was pampering her.

She picked out a deep purple dress with ornate flowers on it. It had long sleeves and went in at the waist but was loose over her hips stopping just above her knee's.
She paired it with Black boots and not wanting too much jewellery she picked her grandpa's watch he had gifted her. He had worn it throughout the years and always kept it with him. She treasured it. Checking the time she had twenty minutes till the event start.
She rushed to the living room and grabbed her bag. Rushing for the door as she didn't want to be late, she wanted to be in and out as soon as possible.
Opening the door she ran straight into Thomas back.
"Thomas move I'm going to be late".
"Sorry bosses orders are to accompany you wherever you go".
"Control freak". Gritting her teeth she then put on a lovely smile.
"You have been working too hard lately, why don't you take a break. Here take this and treat yourself to something nice".
Ivy was hoping to bribe Thomas with some money.
"I'm sorry Ivy I'm told not to accept any bribes from you. Noah would have my head".
"Oh don't be so dramatic, ugh I'm gonna be late".
"Then I suggest you let me accompany you".
"Fine let's go, but stay away I don't need people thinking I'm employing a bodyguard".
