Lina saw as he woke from his daze and beamingly smiled at her.

"Of course, Noona! You have a great body and I would love to design something new for you!!" Steph pulled her up from the seat and dragged her to the big mirror.

He circled her as he analyzed how her body would look in different types of dresses.

'I know he's doing his work but that crazy look in his eyes is scaring me.' Lina peeked at him from the corner of her eye and stood still before the mirror.

"Hmm... I can do that.. and that.." Steph kept mumbling as he stroked his chin.

Right now he was trying to create a whole new look for his Noona.

This was the very first time she had asked him for something and he would definitely not disappoint her.

"Any suggestions or preferences?" He questioned her before he could start his work.

"Umm… Not too much cleavage. That's all. You can decide everything else according to what you think would look good on me." Lina mentioned after she gave it some thought.

Lina was always very conscious and insecure about her chest and tried her best to avoid drawing attention to it.

"Okie!" He quickly picked up a measuring tape and stepped towards her.

"Now strip it down!" He chirped excitedly.

'Excuse me what?' Lina whiplashed towards him when she heard his instructions.

She put her hands on her hips and stood akimbo as she raised her brows in question.

"I need to take your exact measurements, Noona. I'm not some pervert!" Steph pouted when he saw her accusing glare.

"Oh..! My bad, I never had my measurements taken that way before. But what the hell, as long as I get a breathtaking dress out of it." She shrugged in a nonchalant way and slowly took off her jacket.

"Is that enough?" She sheepishly asked because it was weird to take off her clothes while he gawked at her.

'I treat him as my little brother but he still is a grown man. It's weird no matter what!' She defended herself in her mind.

Feeling her apprehension, Steph suggested that she use his bathroom and then come out wearing the robe that was in there.

Lina gratefully agreed and ran to his bathroom.

A few minutes later, she emerged clad in the black robe that she had found in his room.

He patiently waited for her to take it off and when she did, Steph just gaped at her with his mouth wide open.

'I knew she had a great body on the day we first met but this is a designer's dream body! Perfect curves, long legs and look at those big breasts! Sugoi…!' He marveled at her body structure.

Lina squirmed under her scrutinizing gaze. She was wearing a nude lacy bra with matching panties because she had worn a white top today.

"Steph? I'm getting cold here!" She waved her hand in front of his face and this successfully woke him up.

"Sorry, Noona. This will be over in a few minutes." He apologized and got to work.

True to his words, he was done measuring her body sizes in a couple of minutes and Lina scurried away to put her clothes on.

When she came back, she noticed that he was immersed in drawing on the sketchbook in his hand.

Being a designer herself, she knew that it was not right to disturb him when he was in the zone.

So she just sat on the couch and texted Wayne.

*I hope I hear good news regarding the gaming arena!!*

She attached a few evil smirking emojis just to mess with his mood.

And that was exactly what happened.

Wayne was in a board meeting when he received a text.

Usually, he would ignore it, but when he saw that the sender was Lina he hurriedly checked it out.

Seeing the contents of the text, Wayne was reminded that he still had to meet that Ice-faced Emperor in an hour's time.

He was hoping that this meeting would get prolonged and he would have to cancel his appointment with Reuben.

But he was sure that it wouldn't happen because this meeting would soon be coming to an end.

He cursed his employees for being so competent and then he sent Lina a reply.

*Nana, wish big brother luck. I'll try getting more than 50 Million for you.*

His text sounded confident but the person who sent it was definitely not.

He prayed that Emperor Reuben would be in a good mood when he reached Ming Enterprises for lunch.

Back in Steph's space, Lina silently giggled when she read Wayne's reply.

'I'll be happy to extort more money from the asshole who troubles my brothers.' She smirked gloatingly.

"Noona! Check it out!"

Lina looked up when she heard Steph's enthusiastic screams.

She reached him and looked at the sketch that he had drawn of a beautiful dress.

"This is amazing, Steph! You really are a talented gem that Obsidia is proud to have." She patted his head lovingly.

'Noona says some weird things sometimes.' He thought but then concentrated on her praises and forgot about everything else.

"Thanks, Noona. I'll get it done before the auction so that you can be the most stunning beauty that night!" He vowed seriously.

"Ha ha.. No need to be that serious about it. Plus you can't tell anyone about this dress or about me attending the auction." She warned him.

This auction was only meant for the upper echelon of the society and even the directors of Obsidia weren't invited if they did not belong to any big family.

After this morning's scandal, Lina did not want anyone to create any more rumors if the news leaked out that she would attend the auction with Wade.

Having received his positive answer to her warnings, she looked at the time.

"Steph, wanna have lunch together?" She offered to take him to the 22nd floor's cafeteria.

Steph happily agreed to her invitation and they left the room while talking about her new dress.

When they reached Lina's floor, everyone's eyes were on them.

Steph was already used to people staring at him everywhere he went but this was a first for Lina. She liked mingling with everyone rather than being stared at from afar.

But that video fiasco had put her in the spotlight which was making her uncomfortable.

Steph noticed her uneasiness and covered her body from their stares as he walked beside her.

He then looked up and glared at everyone looking at them. This instantly made them turn away in a panic.

'Mission accomplished!' He smirked and walked along with Lina.

Lina was now looking around but she couldn't find Leon anywhere.

When she asked Julia about it, she said that he had gone to answer a phone call from home.

Lina hoped that everything was okay back at his house and led Steph to her office to wait for Derek to arrive with her lunch.

In a dark corner of the parking lot.

"What do you mean by nothing will happen!?" A furious voice could be heard.

"I did this because you assured me that she's new here and no one would back her up!" The same feminine voice whisper yelled at the other person who was with her.

"How was I supposed to know that she had successfully seduced all the men in the company? Every single one of the directors spoke up in her favor!" The other person turned around to check if there was anyone around and sighed looking at the deserted parking lot with just a few cars around.

Right now, the woman who had posted that video about Lina was called and asked to come down here during the lunch break.

"Wendy, just chill!" That person placed a hand on the woman named Wendy's shoulder to calm her down.

"She must have lied that she knows who you are. But even if she knows that you did it, there's no way that the management will fire you because of some new consultant." The other person tried to convince her.

The woman paused and thought that this was true but she was still hesitant and nervous.

"Don't forget that we promised to see this till the end. Broken promises can hurt. A lot." The cold voice came from the dark corner of the parking lot.

Wendy Qin shuddered and clenched her jaw as she resolutely nodded.

"Okay. Don't worry, I won't let anyone know that we had something to do with this scandal." She nodded and quickly walked away while looking around to see if someone was watching.

The person who was hiding in the shadows finally came out and smirked at the woman vigilantly walking away.

Then they dialed someone's number on the phone.

"... Yes… She will not open her mouth if she wants to see that money. Rest assured, this cannot be tracked back to you."

Hanging up the call, the person sneaked away with no one noticing.

Or at least that is what they thought.
