Wade dropped her at the entrance of Obsidia and then the car drove into the parking lot.

This was because she did not want anyone to be suspicious of her connection with the VP.

As she entered, she saw the receptionist gloating at her but Lina just harrumphed and strut towards the elevator.

When she reached her department, she saw people looking at her suspiciously.

She tried to ignore it when it was one pair of eyes earlier but now many of them were warily looking at her.

She scanned the area and when she found Leon, she signaled him with her eyes and then entered her office.

In a few minutes, Leon sneaked into her office and shut the door. He quickly sat in front of Lina at the desk and looked at her.

"What is it? Why is everyone staring at me?" Lina questioned him and he just handed his phone over to her.

It was the company chat server and there was a video trending at the top of the page.

*A fairy or a whore?*

Lina frowned when she read the harsh words on the title of the video.

She then played it and immediately felt like facepalming herself.

'That dolt!' She cursed as she watched it.

The video showed yesterday's incident, where Lina got into the car with her brothers.

But since it was taken from a weird angle, it just showed Lina willingly getting into the car after the masked man had signaled her.

"What's so wrong with that?" She was confused and asked for Leon's opinion.

"There's nothing wrong with what you did, but did you see the comments?" He asked her to scroll down to check them out.

The company server could be reached only by the employees but they could change their names to whatever they wanted it to be.

The first comment was from the person who had posted the video.

Bluestone - Yesterday the so-called "fairy" was seen entering a car with a masked male after he had commanded her to. What does that mean? Will she enter into anyone's car because they called her? Do we need such a woman in our company? I don't think so!

Mr.TwistedTree - What is this? Why is our fairy's video being tagged in such a bad headline? o_O

QueenOfTheWorld - I saw here get in with my own eyes! That's not a fake video. Hmph!

LadyV - Oh please! I've seen her flirt with three different men in one day, so I am not surprised to see her doing something so disgusting.

QueenOfTheWorld - Me too! But she was flirting with two men in front of me! She looks so innocent. You can't judge a book by its cover. Tsk.

The comments kept pouring in, some could not believe this and were defending her.

But most of the comments were from people who were swayed by this scheme to blacken her image.

Some even went as far as calling her a streetwalker.

Lina was baffled that such a small thing could be turned into such a big issue by some gossip mongers with ill intentions.

"Stop reading it!" Leon pulled his phone away when he saw her scary eyes once again.

'I pray for the soul of whichever idiot who decided to mess with Lina.' He said a silent prayer when he felt her anger rising.

Lina just ignored his nervous face and dialed a number on her phone. The call was answered within one ring.

"Hmm… I want it gone in 2 minutes." She hung up after she said those words.

Leon just looked on as she dialed another number.

"Benji, I'm sending you three IP addresses, find out who they are immediately." She commanded her Asst on the other side of the world even though he would be asleep right now.

She opened her mini-fridge and picked up two bottles of coconut water. She tossed one of them to Leon and drank the other after she sat comfortably on the couch.

Seeing her leisurely attitude, Leon was confused. But when he remembered her first phone call, he reloaded the page that had the gossip about her.

'Your Mother! It's really gone!' His eyes widened when he saw that the screen displayed, 'page deleted'.

He looked up at her and saw her checking out her emails.

"Who's Wendy Qin?" She asked when she was done replying to the email.

"Umm… Isn't that the new intern we hired a few months back?" Leon thought out loud.

"It's someone named Wendy Qin from my department."

Leon did not realize that she had called someone while he was in his thoughts.

"Now that issue has been sorted, so let's move on to the next." She cheerfully cracked her knuckles and typed at her Tab at a rapid pace.

"Done! Check it out!" She told him and he just reloaded the server on his phone.

FireFromHell - To all those who had a lot to say about the video of me entering a car, read this message carefully:

First, that was MY car I entered.

Second, this is a free country and I can sit with anyone I want.

Third, for all those people out there calling me filthy names. That was my brother, not the kind of brother that some of you just address for namesake and then shamelessly flirt with. That is my blood-related brother, so EWW..! Get your heads out of the gutter!

Lastly, to the person who posted that video and tried to defame me, please await my lawyer's letters.

I would like to end my message by giving everyone a kind and much-needed advice. If you want to gossip, do it privately and not on the company server. Any further such cases will be penalized rigorously.

Leon laughed out loud when he read the message that Lina had posted on the companywide server.

"You really are a firecracker!" He remarked as he held his stomach and rolled on the couch.

"Was I great or what?" Lina proudly smugly asked.

'Actually, that was a scene from an old CEO plot that I had read when I was younger.' But she withheld that info.

'I can't believe that my novel knowledge came in handy in such a weird situation, I must have sounded like a badass though!' She giggled foolishly and Leon stared at her with concern.

'Is she alright?' He was worried about her mental health.

But soon their phones started pinging with notifications.

The entire company was showing their support to Lina and were condemning the ones who started this mess.

Among the top brass who was standing on her side were Wade, Anthony, Irene, Ivan, and many more who knew her.

"What about the woman who tried to slander you?" Leon suddenly asked.

"Wade will handle that now. Let's get back to work, I'll meet you at lunch." Lina kicked him out because she had to prepare for when Mr. Hitoshi's team arrives and then she'll be taking them to the floor that was assigned to them.

'So she was talking to Wade earlier?' Leon looked at the close door and speculated about this new clue he discovered.

On the top floor, Wade was fuming when Asst Kirk informed him of the scandal that had happened before they had arrived.

Lina had also called him and instructed him to pull down that video and all its comments. So within a few minutes, he had completed his task with the help of Asst Kirk, his personal hacker.

But before he could find out who the culprit was, Lina had already informed him of the person behind this nuisance.

"It must be Benji." Kirk announced when he heard that Lina was already aware of the culprit.

Benji, Lina's assistant, was one of the best hackers he knew and even Kirk couldn't compare with him.

"Boss, Lina posted a message!" He hurriedly passed his phone to Wade.

'This girl! She can't control her tongue sometimes.' He shook his head as he read the message.

"Get me all the information about this woman and send her a lawyer's letter along with a termination letter. She will be banned from all the companies affiliated to Obsidia Designs, Yang Group and Luo Industries." He gave his verdict and went back to work.

'I'm sure uncles won't object to my decision. Anyone who tries to harm her is harming us!' He narrowed his eyes.

He was just glad that Wind and his dad were not here, or else they would have skinned the culprits alive.

He shuddered when he thought of how terrifying Wind could be when it came to Lina's matters.

After a few hours of the scandal, the atmosphere had cooled down but Leon was still vigilant.

He took silent peeks at Wendy Qin who according to him was just a silent worker but it seemed that it was merely her disguise.

He could see her flinching every time someone walked by her seat and she kept glancing at the elevator as if she was waiting for someone.

'Sweating much?' He mocked her when she wiped her face for the nth time.

Now he was sure that she was hiding something, but what was it?

Leon's train of thought halted when he saw Mr. Hitoshi and his 3 member team come through the elevator.

He quickly walked towards them and greeted them before he led them to Lina's office.

*Knock*

He waited for her permission and then opened the door for them.

"Lina, Mr. Hitoshi is here for you." He informed her as they walked in.
