Earth's Alpha Prime Chapter 82

After that, I asked MJ to brief me on any trouble pertaining to 'Nav-Yuga Enterprise'.
"Master, while you were in the Trial World, there were a few companies that tried to suppress and sabotage our enterprise to stop it from rising back to its peak. Some of them even hired local goons to terrorise our employees or anyone that would come to 'Nav-Yuga Enterprise' for employment."
Noticing the cold glint in my eyes, MJ quickly elaborated, "There is no need for Master to bother about it, I already dealt with them. The exact locations of those local goons were anonymously reported to the city's authorities along with the complete evidence of all the crimes they have committed in their lives."
"I also did the same for those companies that hired them. But, since those companies can use their influence to escape the law through their connections with corrupt authorities, I made sure to blackmail those corrupt individuals to either enforce the highest possible punishment on those companies, or all the crimes they have committed would be released to the press and public along with detailed evidence, which would end their career in a single day."
With MJ and his quantum A.I's looking over our enterprise, I didn't have to worry about disruptions of such level.
But, even after that, there would still be more who wanted a piece of our pie.
With that in mind, I had MJ run a simulation for probable scenarios to counter future troubles of such kind and the conclusion for that, was to set two plans in motion.
Once I was done with them, 'Nav-Yuga Enterprise' would be on a smooth ride to become one of the top enterprises in the world.
First and foremost was to increase Nav-Yuga's security detail. For that, I planned to select a few loyal ones that stayed with our family, even when we were at our worst, and make them Rudimentary ORIGIN SIGIL holders.
As for the 'not-so trustable' security members, I planned on using the magical fruits I obtained in the Trial World, to enhance their attributes, and plant a soul tracker on them, in case they try to betray or go rogue.
That would increase the security of our enterprise to another level.
As for the second plan, it was to associate 'Nav-Yuga Enterprise' in relation to 'F.U.T.U.R.E Inc.' that was owned by the holder of the Moon ORIGIN SIGIl, Olivia Morris.

That would mean that Olivia's conglomerate would own a minority or non-controlling stake in our enterprise, but still have significant influence over it.
Once that happened, none of the Indian companies would try to prey on our enterprise, as it would be partly owned by one of the world's largest conglomerates.
To be precise, 'associating' with Olivia's conglomerate would be in name only.
In actuality, our enterprise would be 'partnering' with her conglomerate, which would be the face of introducing Spirit Energy Engineered Devices, or SEED, into the international markets.
Since Olivia's conglomerate produced a wide range of products for the international markets, she would be the one providing raw products, for the thousands of Quantum A.I's to turn them into Spirit Energy based ones.
I had yet to talk with Olivia about it, but with how smart she was, I am sure she would accept it if I presented her with this opportunity, where she would get a 25% share in the profits.
Once the Spirit Energy based technology is introduced, its revelation would tip the balance of the world's economy. So, even a 1% share in profits was an overwhelming number just to look at, even for one of the richest people on the planet, like Olivia.
Before starting the first plan, I initiated the second one by having MJ convey my proposition to Olivia. It went as smooth as I expected, and she quickly accepted my deal.
However, to make it official, she had to discuss it with the other shareholders of her conglomerate. Since she was the one with the majority of the shares, it would at most take a few days for her to release an official statement, saying that our enterprise would be working together with their conglomerate.
Since MJ in his A.I form could use the internet as a medium for travel, he could basically go anywhere in the world that had internet access.
Once he reached Scotland, where Olivia's conglomerate headquarter was located, I had MJ manifest a part of nearby that headquarter, and the Quantum A.I's began creating another secret base of operations there.
The second secret base would act as a safe location for mass producing Spirit Energy based products and since it was deep underground, there wouldn't be any disturbances.
While MJ was busy with that, I didn't dilly dally my time on Earth and began comprehending the Mastery of my sister's Innate Talent, .

Since it was a Grade-10 Innate Talent, it took me less than five hours to reach from Stage-1 to Stage-3 in , awakening Qew's 1st & 2nd Innate Exclusive Skills in the process.
[: Lets the user to converge two or more Skills of the same Grade into a new skill of higher grade.
(Converged Skill's grade is directly related to the user's stage of .)
No. of uses per 24 hours: 1]
Just the was so useful that with enough time, I could easily create as many high grade skills as I wanted. After all, I wasn't lacking in the amount of skills.
But, the only thing that was limiting me was the mastery over .
Since I reached Stage-3 in , I could atmost create rare grade skills.
It was the same for , as the rare grade was the extent to which the Spirit Items could be converged.
To see how they work, I used the on my common grade skills that are related to my vision.
______________
Result of skill convergence process:
{A/N: (C) - Common Grade, (Uc) - Uncommon Grade, (R) - Rare}
Lv.10 (C) + Lv.10 (C) + Lv.7 (C) + Lv.6 = Lv.5 (Uc)
______________
[Lv.5 (Uncommon Grade): Enhances user's eyesight and enables the user's vision to adjust to the surrounding light spectrum.
Range: 500 meters]
Just as the new skill was created, it automatically began merging with me.
I once again went through a burning sensation in my eyes. But, I barely felt any pain due to my high .
After experimenting around with for a while, I gained a clear understanding of the improvements in my Vision.
At first, I assumed that creating a new skill through convergence of two or more skills would result in losing the abilities of the skills that were used in the process.
But, that didn't seem to be the case, since I could still use the abilities of all the skills that were converged into .
On top of that, the range that I could use my vision's abilities were also improved by a bit.
After that, I opened storage space and took out two silver glaive replicas, which I had MJ to create based on the appearance of the silver glaive that the previous host of used.
The reason I had MJ create them, was because my ultimate skill could only be activated by using a glaive-type weapon.
But the replicas that MJ created using Spirit Energy Engineering were only of uncommon grade, and I would need at least a rare grade glaive-type weapon to activate without breaking the weapon straight away.
Because, no uncommon grade could withstand the overbearing Origin Energy before turning into scraps in a second or two.
But, the rare grade one would be able to withstand for 5 seconds, which would give me enough time to activate by creating the required prehistoric patterns through Origin Energy.
Without the proper grade materials, making rare grade Spirit Items was impossible, even for MJ who was well versed in Grade-4 Spirit Energy Engineering.
However, the changes that possibility as it doesn't need higher grade metal ores, since the Convergence Law would take care of that issue.
Without any delay, I activated on the two replicas.
______________
Result of spirit item convergence process:
(Uc) + (Uc) = (R)
______________
[ (Rare Grade): A replica that couldn't compare to its original.]
Effect: Strength+18^, Agility+22^
Requirements: 34 Strength, 38 Agility
Durability: 100/100
Inherent Skill: (Rare)
: Turns the glaive as light as a feather and increases slashing damage three-fold.
Cost: 40 Spirit Energy per second.
______________
With my Lv.30, the rare grade silver glaive replica felt natural in my hands, almost like a part of myself.
Even though it was a rare grade spirit item, I didn't merge with it, so that I didn't have to suffer a drastic stat reduction when it eventually got destroyed by the Origin Energy from .
While I was inspecting the Silver Glaive replica, a few celebratory notifications popped up in front of me. From the chimes that were associated with it, I could tell that they were the notifications for the whole Trial World.

Fallout: Vault X
An original novel set in the Fallout universe, written to be accessible to all, featuring unique people and places. Vol.II. out now Fallout: Vault X tells the story of John. A vault dweller, who spent every day of his twenty five years underground. Like his father, and his father before him. Proud to live in the last remaining bastion of humanity, all that survived The Great War of the atomic age. Hidden deep below the surface of the earth, toiling under brutal conditions. Year after year, decade upon decade. All to expand into the natural cave system the Vault occupied, building for the future. However, John knew what his forefathers did not, that everything he’d been taught was a lie. After finishing school at the age of ten, John received his standard issue pipboy. An arm mounted personal computer, worn by everyone in the Vault. Used to coordinate the relentless pace of expansion, needed to work as an apprentice. To learn the craft that would be his life’s work. A noble calling to ensure a future for all that remained of the human race. A quirk of fate saw John equipped not with the crude, clunky, pipboy model his father wore. That almost everyone around him wore. His looked smaller, sleeker, finished in a jet black sheen. And capable of doing far more than its drab counterparts. The world above had been ravaged by atomic flames, yet life clung to its bones. The Red Valley fared better than most in the century since the bombs fell. The clean water and rich soil protected by rolling hills. All spared from direct strikes, for the most part. Life survived here. Trees spawned from charred ground, misshapen, green leaves turned red. Along with simple crops, grown wild at first, then cultivated by the survivors. The scavengers of the old world were inventive, hardy people. All determined to rebuild in the ruins of a world they never knew. In the decades that passed settlements emerged. They grew, spreading along the valley floor. Reclaiming the pre-war remnants of the once industrialised heartland. Salvaging the robotic wonders of a bygone age to build their walls and work their fields. To protect them in the dark of the wasteland. But such things are uncommon in this world, and the rarer something is, the greater its value. And the worth of pre-war technology had not gone unnoticed. The last, real, power in this world rested in the mechanised hands of The Brotherhood of Steel. Forged from the mortally wounded old world military. The Brotherhood used its access to the weapons made for a conflict no one won to strike out into the wastes. Men and women were equipped with advanced armour, aerial transportation, high grade weaponry. Accompanied by the training, strength, and will, to put them to use. They established chapters and set up outputs far and wide. All dedicated to a single purpose. To ensure the technology left abandoned by its long dead creators didn’t fall into the wrong hands. Namely, any hands that were not their own. This is the world John escaped into. A place of horrors brought forth from atomic fire. A place where survival meant battling against the darkness. Fighting a war each day to get to the next. And war...war never changes
