I Became A God Of A Microscopic World Chapter 32

Lia's words made everyone in the Special Abilities Bureau look at each other in dismay. Even Captain Qin didn't dare to stand out and refute her. He wasn't sure if it was true or not, but according to the legends, there was indeed a group called the Watchmen.
Now, even superpowers could be awakened. Maybe the people in the past also had superpowers and had developed them to the peak level?
That mysterious expert might be one of the members of the Watchmen organization.
Captain Qin shook his head and shook off these thoughts. Then, he turned to ask, "Did you get a picture of that mysterious expert just now? If you did, we might be able to confirm his identity. There's no need for us to guess anymore."
"No, we couldn't get a picture at all. All the pictures of that mysterious expert are all gibberish. We could only see a mass of distorted air."
"By the way, did you get a good look at him? You can ask the profiler to draw a portrait."
"We couldn't see him, only his back."
"I'm afraid that powerhouse doesn't want to reveal his identity. I wonder which legendary figure he is."
The members of the Special Abilities Bureau discussed animatedly as they recalled the characters in the legends.
However, only old people could remember the ancient legends. They only treated it as a story to listen to. If they hadn't met that mysterious powerhouse today, Lia wouldn't have thought of that either.
"Captain, what do you think? Is he a legendary character or someone?"
"How would I know?" Captain Qin rolled his eyes. "When the military and research department arrive, we will retreat. However, since everyone will be able to change their equipment because of this time, you all have benefitted greatly. However, you are not allowed to divulge any information about this incident."
"The information about that mysterious expert has been raised to the highest level. I will report it to the higher-ups later. Lia, you should come along too."
"Everyone, try to remember about the legends in the near future and provide clues."
Captain Qin's expression was quite serious as he solemnly warned them.
The seven team members did not dare to laugh and hurriedly agreed.

"Yes, Captain."
Not long after, the army and the research department arrived at almost the same time. They directly came to seal off the Black Dragon Mountain range and surrounded it. They announced to the outside that there were endangered animals inside.
How the Special Abilities Bureau and the others negotiated with the army and the research department had nothing to do with Luochuan.
A day passed in the blink of an eye.
After a day of consolidation and cultivation, Luochuan had stabilized the cultivation of a peak bronze-level warrior. He even had the power to faintly break through to the silver-level.
His body was constantly absorbing the primordial particles in the air.
However, there were too many people in the city. Even if they did not actively absorb them, they could still absorb a large portion of the primordial particles.
However, the primordial particles were very scattered, so very few people were able to awaken their special abilities.
If they could stay in the wild for a longer period of time, their chance of their awakening might be greatly increased.
If they were to stay in the city, according to Luochuan's estimation, it would not be a problem for him to upgrade to a silver-level warrior and strengthen his body again. However, if he wanted to become a gold-tier warrior, he would need a much longer time to do so.
"Master."
The Book of Wisdom opened its mouth and said, "Based on your current speed of absorbing the primordial particles, even with the help of the Power of Faith, if you want to become a more powerful warrior, this will take a very long time. Once you let go of the absorption, it will cause a lot of commotion. It will easily attract the attention of the outside world and cause unnecessary trouble."
"I suggest that you move to a more remote place and stay away from the city, to not attract the attention of the outside world."
"There are too many people in the city. The primordial particles content is fifty times lower than in the wild."
It was not only so at his current house, but the surroundings of his castle were also not suitable.
The Book of Wisdom proposed its own suggestion.

"I have already thought of this, but living in the wild is not convenient. The other reason is that I don't have money."
Luochuan naturally understood why the Book of Wisdom had suggested that. After all, he had cultivated using the Primordial Breathing Technique, so it was still fine if it worked automatically. However, if he absorbs more, it would cause a bigger commotion than the Black Dragon Mountain incident. He was now a peak bronze-level warrior, so he could not avoid it.
If he attracted the attention of the outside world, his secret would be exposed.
Unless he joined the Special Abilities Bureau.
However, if he joined the Special Abilities Bureau, his body would be examined, and he would have more things to do when he was out on missions. He would lack time for cultivation, which would conflict with his plans.
He did not want to join the Special Abilities Bureau even just for a short period of time. He would have to live in the wild, which would cause him trouble in terms of material subsidies. The other thing he needed was money.
His parents were no longer in the world, and he only had an ancient castle left. The house he was living in was rented, and it did not belong to him.
The castle could not be sold. Although only a wooden door had been found, the benefits it brought to him could be said to be huge, and it could change his life.
In the future, there might be some magical items that he would need to keep.
"Master, it's just money. It's not a problem."
After listening to Luochuan's words, the Book of Wisdom did not care.
"Hmm? Do you have a solution?"
Luochuan asked curiously.
If he had money, all his plans would work.
However, he had thought of ways to make money, such as reselling items from the miniature world to make money. However, the items in the miniature world were too small and could not be sold for much here.
Moreover, if the items in the miniature world were to be leaked, it would expose him and he would have to give up on making money this way.
"Making money is actually a very simple thing. It's nothing more than buying low and selling high. It's the same for any business."
The Book of Wisdom expressed its opinion.
"So it's like this." Luochuan nodded.
In this world, regardless of whether it was the clothing business or the food business, it was about buying low and selling high. This was the only way to generate profits.
However, knowing the principle was one thing, but making money was another.
Luochuan did not understand anyway.
The Book of Wisdom continued, "Master, I spent the whole day researching yesterday and have a certain level of understanding of the world that you live in. If you want to earn a large amount of money in a short period of time, the only fast and convenient way is to trade stocks or bet."
Luochuan rolled his eyes. "The point is that I don't know how."
The Book of Wisdom's understanding of this was not out of Luochuan's expectations. After all, it was a world's prop, so it was normal for it to be a little more powerful.
What was abnormal was that it actually wanted him to play in the stock market. If it really knew how to do it, Luochuan would definitely be able to live in the wild.
"Master, it's fine as long as you have my help." The Book of Wisdom jumped onto Luochuan's shoulder. "I believe that you also know that one of my abilities is super computing power. I was born based on the operation of the world. I surpass all the computing power in this world. I can deduce the future based on big data."
"Therefore, with my help, trading stocks or betting is a piece of cake. It is even easier to make money."
"According to the information collected, due to the increase of the primordial particles, there will be a lot of natural and man-made disasters in the world in the short term, and the prices of commodities will rise rapidly. Whether it is gold, silver, steel, etc. The prices will fluctuate violently. As long as you follow my suggestion, you will definitely make a lot of money."

Rimward Bound
Every citizen of the sky-cities of His Majesty's Star-Empire knows that a ship, both sky- and star-, is more then just a few bits of metal. It is the grand sum of it's hull and the crew that sail it. 'Hulls of battle-steel and men to match!' That's what the Navy's recruitment poster's claim at least. Every sailor knows that there is one more component that the city-bound folk ignore at their own peril: the soul of the ship. That it takes both man and hull to make a true ship, and that neither alone serve well or for long. In 8225 Lord Jeffrye Saltonstall the Fourth, Political Lord of the Surveyor's Corps, demands semi-automated ships to 'reduce the loss of life among our brave crews', manages to convince the other politicians and bureaucrats to fund them, and gets the Office of Ship Construction to sign off on the ships as structurally sound. Dockyard workers shake their heads at the ships, muttering that they are cursed from birth, even as construction drags on. In 8230 the Explorer, first of her class, is launched. She sets out in 8233 to great fanfare on a trip expected to last six months. Neither she nor her twelve-person crew is ever heard from again. By 8235, the remaining seven Explorers are are commissioned. Lord Saltonstall managed to find crews for six of them but at the cost of mass resignations. The Night Horse, last of the Explorer class, sat in reserve as her sister-ships served well enough despite ill luck and misfortune. The Office of Ship Construction quietly issues notice that no more semi-automated ships are to be built and that all active Semi-automated ships are to be quietly retired and broken up for scrap over the next ten years. The Night Horse, sitting in reserve, is missed due to bureaucratic oversight. In 8250 Lord Ayland Wynstryngham the Eighth assumes the office of Political Lord of the Surveyor's Corps. His first act is to issue notice that no ship is to be without crew nor sit in dock or reserve for longer then required for maintenance and upkeep. The Night Horse, all but forgotten, is quietly brought back into active service. Recruiting a crew for her proves another matter entirely. What poor or desperate fool would willingly sign on to crew, much less command, a cursed ship and spend months or years in deep space? Well, you would, of course.
