Inside the conference room, the meeting with Gavin and the management was still ongoing. They were done discussing the legalities part and the turnover of the company to the new owner.

Loli, the Vice Chairman of Cooper Entertainment and Network congratulated Gavin for acquiring the company and becoming the new Chairman.

She somehow knew that he bought the company for Brione. Loli felt relieved that the issue with Derek Cyrus was handled very well.

She would be sad if Brione would leave the company because of her conflict with Derek Cyrus. She was glad that Gavin was able to solve it by buying the company.

They were wrapping up everything about the company. There was new leadership so changes would happen especially in the restructuring of the Management Team.

"I will be busy in the coming days so I can't hold two positions as both Chairman and the CEO of the company. I want to find trusted people who will support me in managing this company. But rest assured that this company is in good hands," Gavin said to Loli meaningfully.

"I understand, Gavin. I mean Chairman Wu. Whatever decision you will make for this company, as long as it's for the benefit and the best interest of everyone- the staff, employees, and our artists, I will always support you." Loli said.

Gavin gave her a grateful look then he turned to Brione.

"Sweetheart, do you have any suggestions? I want to hear it." Gavin consulted Brione because he knew that she was more familiar with the company than him.

Brione smiled at him, appreciating his gesture of asking her opinion. As Gavin's wife, she also had a say when it came to the decision-making concerning the company.

"Speaking of trusted people, I am thinking of recommending Mitch to become the CEO of our company. She has the quality and capability to do the work. She is very hardworking, organized, and has excellent leadership skills." Brione expressed her thoughts with them.

"But don't get me wrong. I didn't recommend her just because she is my manager and my good friend. I recommend her because of her skills. I know she will do a great job assisting you in managing the company," Brione added with a smile.

"Yes, I agree with you, Brione. Mitch has been in the company for a long time. I support you with that," Loli approved of Brione's suggestion.

Since it was Brione who had spoken and recommended Mitch, Gavin had no objection to that. He was at ease since Mitch was a very close friend of Brione.

She did a good job of taking care of Brione as her manager. Now, it's time for Mitch to be promoted and held a much higher position.

"Alright, We will make Mitch the New CEO of the Cooper Entertainment and Network. Add this in the minutes of our meeting."

"Oh how about we also promote Berry to take the COO position? I think she is suitable for this position," Brione made another suggestion.

"I have no problem with that as well! Brione is surrounded by capable people," Loli said, feeling proud of them.

"I will take this suggestion. Now, this is the major change in management. Mitch will be our CEO and Berry will be our COO," Gavin said, finalizing the decision.

Brione smiled widely as she could already imagine their surprised expressions once Berry and Mitch heard of this news.

"I could see the bright future ahead of Cooper Entertainment! I can't wait to work with everyone in their new roles!" Loli said with so much enthusiasm in her voice.

"Thank you, Vice Chairman. I will be looking forward to working with you as well. I'm gonna trouble you sometimes since you are more well-versed in the company matters than me," Gavin said, extending his right hand to Loli.

"It's my pleasure to help you, Chairman Wu," Loli responded, accepting and shaking Gavin's hand.

"If there is nothing more, then the meeting adjourned."

Gavin and Brione said goodbye to Loli. They came out of the conference room together with their intertwined hands. Gavin decided to walk her to her office.

Brione hooked her hands around Gavin's hand. She was in a bright mood after attending the meeting.

"Darling, thank you!"

Gavin chuckled and pinched her nose. "Stop thanking me, Sweetheart. I like to hear the words 'I love you' more often."

Brione giggled and whispered the three magic words "I love you" in his ear before giving him a peck on his right cheek.

"Hmm, Sweetheart, don't tease me like that or else, I'm going to trap you in my office and make love with you."

Brione hit his shoulder, her face reddened from embarrassment. "Hey, don't say that. What if someone hears you? Control yourself. We are in the company right now."

Gavin just let out a husky laugh, wrapping his arm around her waist as he pulled her closer.

"Where are they? Berry and Mitch? Are you going to tell them the good news now about their promotion?" Gavin asked her.

Brione's eyes lit up as an idea popped up in her mind.

"Darling, let's celebrate tonight and invite our close friends, including my brother and my sister-in-law! I will tell them the surprise tonight. For now, let's keep this from Berry and Mitch." Brione was cheerful as she could tell that Mitch and Berry would be surprised by this.

"Okay, let's do that. You invite them and I will call our helpers in the villa to prepare the garden for tonight's celebration dinner."

"Yes, Darling, let's have a barbeque party! I'm so excited." Brione mumbled, her eyes sparkled with delight.

Brione called her brother Noah and Kiera, informing them about the Barbeque party in their Villa. Meanwhile, Gavin made a call at home, instructing his people to prepare the villa tonight as they would have some guests.

After he was done, Gavin also called Xander, inviting him. Fortunately, all their close friends were available tonight. They wouldn't miss this opportunity to have a simple gathering in Gavin's new villa.
