At Gavin's Villa, Country D

Gavin just finished taking a bath when he felt soft hands engulfing his body from behind. Smelling her fragrance, Gavin already knew that it was Brione. He asked Kevin to send her home as soon as she wrapped up things from work.

He was wearing his robe while drying his hair using a towel. Brione pulled his arm, guiding him towards their bed.

Brione made him sit on the bed as she took the towel in his hand. She began drying his hair using the towel.

"Sweetheart, you seem like you are in a bright mood today. Did something good happen?" Gavin gazed up only to see the glowing smile on Brione's lovely face.

"Darling, thank you!" Brione said, hugging him from behind.

"I saw the video. I know it was you who spread it online. You did it because of me. I really appreciate it, Darling!"

Gavin let out a husky laugh before pulling her closer to his body and making her sit on his lap. Now, Brione was sitting sideways as she faced Gavin.

Gavin pinched her cute nose and said, "You don't have to thank me. I just did what a husband should do for his wife. Hmm, but if you are really grateful, why don't you reward me with a kiss?"

Brione's giggle bubbled up in the entire room. After that, she wrapped her arms around his neck and she leaned closer to give him a passionate kiss.

Gavin pulled her closer, grabbing the back of her head as he deepened the kiss. He urged Brione to part her lips for him and soon his tongue invaded her inside, exploring her mouth.

Their tongues got entangled inside as they kissed each other hungrily and aggressively. The kiss lasted for several minutes before they broke apart to grab some air.

Gavin cupped her face and rested his forehead on hers.

"I will do anything for you, Bri. I will not let anyone hurt you. If they do, I will make their lives a living hell."

Brione felt touched because of Gavin's overprotectiveness. She didn't ask him nor complain to him about Derek but he already made a move just a few hours after the incident happened.

She didn't expect him to do that. She already knew how busy Gavin was in searching for Cedric. He already had a lot on his plate but still, he made sure to keep her safe and defend her from someone who tried to bully and hurt her.

"You are my prince charming, my knight in shining armor, and my hero… the best husband in the world!"

"You are my princess, my Queen, the only love of my life and… the best wife in the universe!"

Gavin and Brione erupted into a peal of laughter as they exchanged compliments with each other.

"By the way, Sweetheart, I forgot to inform you but Atty. Liam Sy will be the one handling the case against Derek Cyrus. He might contact you one of these days regarding our complaints. He will put Derek in prison."

Brione smiled sweetly after hearing that.

"My darling husband is savage. I can now imagine the dark days ahead for Derek Cyrus."

"Of course. He deserves it! How dare he touch my wife with his filthy hands? I will never forgive him." Gavin pulled her closer, embracing her in his arms.

Brione leaned her head on his shoulder and nuzzled her nose on his neck. She felt relaxed. This was her safe haven... Gavin.

"Atty. Liam also informed me that the court also summoned Derek Cyrus today. Don't worry too much. Liam also requested from the court. He said a restraining order against Derek Cyrus will be issued today. He can no longer approach you," Gavin said, informing Brione. This was to ensure that Brione would be protected from Derek through legal actions.

"Besides, Kevin will also be there at your workplace, keeping an eye on you. He will keep you safe while I am not around."

"Okay, Darling. I understand. I don't mind if Kevin will be around me. At least, he will have the opportunity to get closer to Mitch. You know, Berry and I are rooting for those two."

Gavin chuckled. "I didn't know that my Sweetheart is a good wingman… I mean wingwoman."

After spending some lovey-dovey moments, Gavin received a message from Xander, informing him that he succeeded in buying the Cooper Entertainment company back from Derek.

Gavin didn't waste any more time as he drove to Yang Globals Group to see Xander. He was eager to buy the Cooper Entertainment and Network for Brione. He didn't mention this to Brione because he wanted to surprise her.

Gavin was aware that Cooper Entertainment was like a second home for Brione. It was a good company that helped her to boost her career. Aside from that, she made a lot of friends there so it would be sad if she would leave the company just because of a worthless guy like Derek Cyrus.

After a few minutes, Gavin arrived at the Yang Globals. He proceeded to Xander's office in a hurry.

"Oh, Gavin, you are here." Xander was a little bit surprised since it wasn't that long when he messaged him about Cooper Entertainment. He could tell that Gavin couldn't wait to buy the company.

"I know you are eager to buy the company so I already made preparations even before I texted you. The documents are ready. You only have to read it and sign the paper if you don't have any more complaints about the terms and conditions."

Gavin only nodded his head. Xander signaled his secretary to give the documents to Gavin. Gavin gladly accepted it and grabbed the pen right away, signing the documents without even checking it or reading the contents.

"Hey, Gavin, did you just sign it without even scanning the content? What if I sell the company to you ten times the original price?" Xander said exasperatedly with disbelief in his eyes.

Gavin just let out a soft chuckle. "The price doesn't matter to me. I am willing to spend all my money just for my woman. Besides, I trust you, Xander!"
