At Cooper Entertainment Building.

It became chaotic inside Derek's office when he heard the news from his secretary. He was fuming in rage upon seeing the video clips.

"Who spread this video? How come there is a video like this? Don't tell me Brione was secretly filming us?"

Derek had thrown anything that he could grab inside his office. He was furious. The netizens were talking and ridiculing him on the internet.

Brione's fans and Gavin's fans started targeting him with harsh words. He was being judged by the public for what he had done to Brione.

Aside from that, he became a laughing stock in the online world. Others even made fun of him when Brione slapped him and beat him by kicking his balls.

Derek was furious after receiving lots of insults from the netizens.

"Call the PR team and ask them to fix this! I want you to take down that video as soon as possible!!!" Derek ordered his secretary with his stern authoritative voice.

His office became a total mess. His telephone continued ringing. Reporters from different media networks were trying to get Derek's statement about the video.

Derek was clenching his fist tightly as he blamed Brione for this humiliation. He tried calling her but his calls were ignored. Brione even blocked his number.

When he couldn't contact Brione, Derek tried calling Berry and Mitch. But none of them answered his calls.

"Damn! I will not allow this. Just you wait Brione! You are gonna pay for this."

Derek was still sulking inside his office when he received another call from Xander. This time he called him personally. He was seeking his presence right now.

After ending the call, Derek left his office right away to meet Xander in Yang Globals Group.

Xander was waiting for him inside his office when Derek arrived at the building. Xander's secretary welcomed Derek and guided him inside Xander's office.

Xander was sitting in his executive chair when Derek entered the room together with his secretary. Xander instructed his secretary to leave them alone as he wanted to talk to Derek privately.

"Why did you ask me to be here, Xander?" Derek asked him curiously. He was carefully observing Xander. He didn't know what he was thinking by just looking at his expression.

Xander asked Derek to sit down in the vacant chair near his desk. He brought his attention to Derek who was puzzled by his action.

"Derek, I will not beat around the bush. The reason I called you here is related to the Cooper Entertainment company."

Derek furrowed his eyebrows upon hearing that. He could sense that Xander was upset about something when he mentioned the company.

"What is it all about Xander?"

Xander met Derek's gaze before speaking up.

"Do you remember our agreement? When I sold to you Cooper Entertainment, we made a deal that once you tarnish the company's reputation, you have to sell it back to me."

Derek's frown deepened upon hearing that. He wondered why Xander brought up this topic.

"Yes, I do remember well. So?"

"I want you to honor our agreement and sell the company back to me," Xander said firmly with his intimidating tone. His gaze was somehow pressuring Derek.

"Why? Why should I do that?" Derek seemed a little bit confused so Xander had to enlighten him for him to understand.

"You did something that affected the company's name. If you can't recall it, then let me refresh your memory."

Xander picked up his phone and showed him the viral video of Derek who was harassing and threatening Brione inside her dressing room.

"This video is enough proof that you broke the rule of our agreement. This only means you have to give Cooper Entertainment back to me. Don't worry, I will still pay you the exact amount of money you used to buy this company."

"But Xander-"

Xander didn't let him finish his words. "There's no more but. I just want the company back, Derek. Don't make things difficult for us both. If you refuse then I have to bring this to the court."

"I hope we settle this silently and privately," Xander added.

Then Xander picked up some documents from his drawer and handed them over to him. Derek grabbed the document and scanned its content.

"Just sign the papers. Then I will transfer the money to your account right away."

There was finality in Xander's voice, not allowing Derek to object. He could only sigh in defeat. He didn't want to offend Xander. He was a powerful and influential man that he didn't dare to go against.

Derek grabbed the pen and scribbled his signature on the papers. Xander smiled happily seeing Derek signing those documents.

'I'm sure Gavin will be happy to acquire this company soon.' Xander thought to himself.

When Derek was done, he handed the documents back to Xander. Xander thanked him for his cooperation.

Derek left Yang Globals Group with a dark expression on his face. He had been humiliated today because of Brione and now, he just lost Cooper Entertainment.

He was planning to use the company to get even at Brione and punish her. Who would have thought Xander would take the company back right away without even listening to his explanation?

Derek thought that the crisis would be over after waking up for tomorrow. But he was mistaken.

As early in the morning, Derek received a summons from the court, asking him to submit a counter-affidavit for the case filed against him by Brione's side.

"What the heck is this?" Derek's eyes widened in disbelief upon reading the content. He was sued for sexual harassment.

"Damn! How did things end up like this?"

Derek didn't know what to feel about this. But one thing was for sure. Derek was doomed because he messed with the wrong people. Gavin was hell-bent on putting him behind bars to avenge his wife.

Derek was ruined. His reputation was ruined. He had just lost everything in one day.
