"What's going on?" Mitch was the one who asked because she couldn't help but suddenly feel that something was going on.

"His Highness decided that the both of you must know the truth so I was tasked to give you a briefing about it," Kevin explained.

"What?!" Mitch and Berry exclaimed in unison.

"It was supposed to be a secret from you guys as well but you two are Brione's closest and most trusted people that's why he decided to inform you about this. He wants you, girls, to work in harmony with His Highness. After what happened earlier, he was not pleased to see another man getting close with his wife.."

"Wife?!" another chorus from both women.

Kevin turned around to Mitch and gave her a sweet smile, making her blush so hard that she even felt her heart skip a beat.

"I… I don't think I understand what you're saying right now. Can you explain it further for us? Why will you call Brione his wife?" she was glad that she did not stammer while asking him this question.

"The man who arrived as Gavin Wu and the man Miss Brione left with a while ago is actually His Highness who you all met at Perdu Island."

"What?!" Berry and Mitched exclaimed in disbelief.

"I knew it! I was right to suspect him. That Gavin acted so domineering! No wonder! He's Prince Cedric too!!!" Berry snorted.

"No… He is not Prince Cedric but he is Prince Gavin. To put things simply, the Prince you met at Perdu Island is actually Gavin Wu whose body was drifted to the Island. We all thought he was His Highness, Prince Cedric. No one knew that the Queen had a twin, even the King does not know about this. So everyone assumed that he was Prince Cedric who got amnesia because of his concussion.

The King recently asked for a thorough investigation when he found out about Gavin Wu from His Highness, Prince Gavin instead. It was very unlikely for two people to have the same face so the King took the initiative to look after it. Prince Gavin's fingerprints did not match Prince Cedric's so the King decided to have him take a DNA test. The result matched the King's so it could only mean that Prince Gavin is Prince Cedric's twin brother.

Right now, the person who is missing all this time is actually Prince Cedric. No one knows where he is or if he is still alive. The King is still searching for Prince Cedric up to this point."

"Oh my God! So Boss Brione is right! He is not Cedric but Gavin! I'm so proud of Boss!" Berry echoed, totally delighted at how things turned out. "Can we go and grab some coffee on our way? I need to sober up to digest this sudden information," she added, still in a puzzled state.

"Sure, we can do a drive-thru," Kevin answered with a smile.

"Where are we going?" Mitch asked when she noticed Kevin missed the turn for her home.

"Coffee drive-thru then I will drop Berry to her home first and then you," Kevin plainly answered.

"But there's a coffee drive-thru on the way to my house. You can pass by at the left turn to my house. This is the wrong way. You will need to go back if you drop me last," Mitch said.

"Tsk!" Berry scoffed and then said, "Stop that Mitch. Let Kevin decide since he is the one driving."

She had a teasing grin as she addressed Kevin, "make sure you drive our manager Mitch safely back home later, okay? You see, she's the NBSB type so she still has lots of things to learn."

"What is NBSB?" Kevin asked.

"No boyfriend since birth. She still needs to experience having a boyfriend so drive carefully…"

"Berry!" Mitch grunted, her face burning red in embarrassment but Berry only laughed. "Relax. I'm just reminding Kevin to drive safely."

Mitch wanted to pull Berry's hair at that moment for talking nonsense. Why would she even bother to open things about her to Kevin? It was too out of topic. She sighed when Berry finally stopped teasing and instead, she remained quiet after her scolding.

They ordered coffee through a drive-thru and talked more inside the car as Kevin drove to Berry's home.

"It's very important that we keep this information a secret. His Highness, Prince Gavin wanted to make sure that you understand how important this matter is at hand. He did not bother to have you two sign a disclosure agreement since Madame Brione trusted you and the Prince said that he will trust you two as well," Kevin informed.

"Yes, I will definitely zip my mouth about this," Berry answered and Mitch seconded.

"By the way, are you still single?" Berry asked boldly. She could sense that Mitch was getting affected by Kevin's presence so she could not help but open a way for her good friend since she knew that she was too prim and proper.

"Yes," Kevin timidly answered.

"Oh, I see… Did you have a girlfriend left behind in country B?" she continued to inquire with a grin on her lips. How she wished she could see Mitch's expression at that moment but she was sitting in the backseat so that was impossible.

"No one," Kevin answered.

"Berry, stop asking him such personal questions!" Mitch scolded. She feared that Kevin might feel uncomfortable from all the questions that her friend was throwing at him. She was able to easily remember Kevin because she had often seen him sneaking glances at her back then. She honestly wanted to ask him why but she had always been too shy to do so.

With Berry's natural talent in reading people, she knew Berry had read her well since she was acting strange around Kevin and she did not know why she was doing so.

"What's wrong? I'm just being curious. I'm sure that we will be seeing Kevin often. I bet Boss Gavin assigned him to be his eyes whenever he is not around Brione. Right, Kevin?"

"Yes, that's right. I believe you guys will see me often," Kevin commented, slightly turning his head to Mitch before getting his gaze back to the road.

"You can stop there. That's my house," Berry commented so Kevin stopped the car at the side

"You two take care, okay?" Berry said before she got out of the car.

Soon after, Mitch's mobile phone beeped and her face turned deep red upon reading Berry's message.

[This is your chance! I think Kevin has his eyes on you so go for it! Don't be too formal and boring will you?]

She typed a reply and quickly sent it, saying she would kill Berry tomorrow!

"How have you been?" Kevin asked her.

"I am good. How about you?" Mitch asked, hoping she would not bore Kevin to death with the small talks they were having. She was not good at making conversation like Berry.

"Yeah I'm good too but a bit busy. Is it okay if I ask you out?" Kevin whispered, making Mitch hold her breath.

"I thought you're busy?" she asked back in reflex as she tried her best to remain calm. She just wanted to bang her head on the car window when she realized her stupid answer.

"I am but I will have enough time for you…" Kevin replied, giving her a quick glance.

"Okay," she whispered timidly. Her body was too tense and she hated why she was suddenly acting so weird.

"Thank you, Mitch…" Kevin whispered. Mitch turned to him and found him smiling, making her stomach flutter.
