"Excuse me?!" Brione burst out, suddenly pushing Derek away from her.

"You, don't you dare make a move on me, or I will definitely move out from your company!" Brione threatened before she strode back to Loli.

"What's wrong? What happened?" Loli asked when she saw how dark Brione's expression was.

"I want to perform now, Loli. I have already told you that I wanted to leave early. If you delay me any further, I will have to leave without singing at all!" Brione warned before her eyes scanned the room in search of Mitch and Berry. When she found the two, she immediately walked towards them and sat with them. In the corner of her eyes, she noticed Derek went on his way back to his table as well.

"What happened? Why are you sitting here?" Mitch inquired.

"We should put up our own agency by now, Mitch. Should I ask Gavin to get me a new entertainment company?" Brione uttered with a crumpled look on her face.

Berry laughed and replied, "Hey, even Gavin was working under our company. He was anchoring under Cooper Network. You should have chosen Prince Cedric if you want to have your own entertainment company."

Brione exhaled loudly. She almost forgot that Mitch and Berry were not yet aware that Gavin and Cedric were just the same people. Her brother Noah said it would be best that no one knew about this information except for them only.

"Didn't he contact you after you guys found Gavin? I mean, it still shocked me when I learned that both of them actually had amnesia after that ship incident," Mitch commented.

"Well he did call me but as I said… I already chose Gavin." Brione didn't blink an eye when she smoothly lied her way out of the question.

"Then… You should ask your brother Noah to buy an entertainment company for you or to at least help you start a new one. To be honest, I don't think it will be easy since your brother is already busy with the group he's currently handling." Berry expressed.

Brione turned at Mitch and asked, "How about you do it, Mitch? I will take care of the finances. Since you are also my finance manager, you should already know that I have enough money to start a company, right?"

Mitch heaved a sigh and whispered helplessly, "You two are torturing me. I guess you guys really want me to become an old maid and just bury myself with work huh?"

Brione ended up laughing. She was glad that Mitch and Berry were there to lighten up her mood before she was called for her special number.

She stood up on the stage, in front of everyone which made the crowd clap their hands the moment they saw her. Everyone has been anticipating her performance since they knew that she was a good singer.

Brione chose a very soulful song to perform but before she started, she gave them a short speech. "Tonight I chose to sing this song since I think most of our guests preferred listening to a slow melody. I composed this song myself. I have dedicated this song to the man I once lost... but I was fortunate enough to be given another chance of finding him.

And now, he is back in my arms… Hmm, as for the album, I have not released it yet since I still have one more song to add to it. Anyway, I hope you will all like it," Brione said with a sweet smile before she signaled the accompaniment to start playing.

She was singing it with all of her heart that Brione could not stop her tears from rolling down her cheeks.

"This is going to be another hit, I'm so sure of this," Berry whispered, hearing the guests applaud after Brione ended the song. Everyone stood from their seats as they began cheering.

"Yeah, this song just hits the heart. She is not yet done with the last piece, right? I bet she wanted to change it into a dance tempo and spread it to the world about how happy she was that Gavin is now with her." Mitch replied.

The guests soon surrounded Brione after she got down from the stage. They asked her for some picture taking and for her autograph so she was unable to leave with all the people that kept blocking her path. Her face instantly sourced when she saw Derek approaching.

Derek placed his arm around her shoulders which made her feel uncomfortable but then, she did not want to look rude to the guest and media so she remained still without trying to shove his arm away. Derek flashed everyone a toothy smile as he announced, "This is our brightest Star. Please be rest assured. I promise that our company will continue to give you the best among all in the entertainment industry."

"Please pose for the camera…" A photographer instructed.

Brione felt Derek pulled her closer. Oh, how she wished she could push him away that instance.

"Mr. Cyrus, as the new Chairman and CEO of the group, what can you say about Brione's relationship with Gavin Wu that they just announced this morning?" One of the reporters asked.

"Well, nothing is certain in this world except change but as the head of our group, I only want what is best for our talents. I hope that they will choose and think wisely when it comes to their personal life. But then, whatever happens, we will always be at their backs to support them whenever they stumble and fall. We will make sure to help them get back on their feet and see through things properly."

Berry, with a wrinkled forehead, whispered, "Why do I feel that something is off with his words? Brione is so uncomfortable with him. Look at those fake smiles she's giving."

Brione tended not to show her teeth whenever her smile was not genuine.

"Now we know why she wants to have her own entertainment company. That Derek probably said something that she didn't like." Mitch said.

"Back then, we both thought that Brione would announce her relationship with Prince Cedric instead. I remembered how we had to prepare ourselves mentally and physically for it since we're sure that it will be bigger news than this.

But look at how the table turned with Gavin coming back like this. In the end, Brione still chose him. Ah, I can't wait to have time with our bubbly Gavin once more. We should visit him tomorrow," Berry suggested to which Mitch agreed.
