Brione stepped forward, ready to do the needful in order to check Cedric's butt.

However, Cedric stepped back and said, "Wait, hold on…"

He looked at the contract and said, "You really signed it. I can't believe it, I mean you really signed on it! We are married! All I need to do is sign this and have it registered tomorrow morning and we will be officially married!"

Brione sighed and said, "You have to keep your promise. I need to see if you have the birthmarks."

"Seriously, Sweetheart? Did you sign this marriage contract just to see my butt?" Cedric burst out in disbelief. He had confessed his feelings and asked her to marry him but she had not responded, but now she quickly signed the contract he always kept with him, simply to take a look at his butt?!

Brione replied with a pout, "Of course not! Do you think I'm that shallow that I would sign a marriage contract so easily?" She moved and grabbed something in a paper bag.

"Here," she said timidly and handed something to Cedric.

"Huh?" Cedric breathed unevenly as he stared at the box wrapped in wrapping paper. It was so sudden. He had expected an explanation from her, but here she was giving him a gift? She grabbed it from the paper bag that contained the presents she had bought at the boutique.

"Oh, I get a present too?" he commented, a bit amused and excited, wondering what could be inside. What had Brione bought for him?

"Yeah, go on, open it," she whispered bashfully. She blushed as she waited for Cedric to see what was in the box. She was feeling shy and nervous at the same time.

Cedric forgot their current discussion about his butt and immediately started to remove the wrap. He did not know why he was feeling nervous. He never felt so nervous in his life as he did when he gently lifted the cover of the box.

In the box was a mug.

But what made him hold his breath were the words written on the mug…

'She's confessing to me, right now, like this?' he mused. He was caught off guard. Various emotions ran through his heart and without him knowing, tears started rolling down his eyes.

'Is this her way of saying she loves me?!" he thought, frozen in his place, as he stared at the mug. He read the words repeatedly.

He was so overwhelmed that he stared at the words written on the mug till his eyes became blurry because of the tears.

Brione saw him crying and could not help herself as tears started to form in her eyes too. She felt dumb that she told Cedric how she felt about him like this.

She sighed and charged herself with the courage to open her mouth and say, "I'm not good with words, I'm honestly scared of the consequences and possibilities but I want to be with you. You asked me why I signed the contract so easily? It was not because I desperately wanted to see your butt.

I didn't have a second thought about signing the marriage contract because I want to keep you in my life. I love you and I don't want to lose you," Brione said in a low voice, praising herself for finally saying it. She felt like a heavy weight was lifted from her chest, and she could breathe normally again.

Cedric finally managed to move and he walked closer to Brione. He lifted her chin so she could look straight into his eyes. He wiped the tears from her cheeks and Brione raised her arms to wipe away the tears from his cheeks in turn.

"Why are you confessing your feelings looking on the floor? I can barely hear you. How about you say it once again by looking straight into my eyes and that way it would strike me harder as I still feel like everything is unreal. It feels like I am dreaming, a dream that I don't want to wake up from."

Brione unintentionally bit her lower lip and it made Cedric groan. She looked so seductive that he wanted to eat her lips whenever she did that lip-biting thing. He controlled the urge to kiss her and waited for her to speak while she looked into his eyes. He wanted to savor the moment and hear the words from her lips with their eyes reaching deep into each other's soul.

She parted her lips and whispered, "I said, I love you and I want to keep you with me. I don't want to lose you so I will never have second thoughts about marrying you again, however many times you want me to, regardless of whatever we may face in our life ahead."

Cedric stared at her, still in awe. Brione waited and once again bit her lip, none of them broke eye contact.

"And I love you and I want to keep you with me more than you know! You will never lose me as I will never lose you. I am already yours as you are mine. So Mrs. Wilhelm, you may now undress me anywhere and anytime you want, Sweetheart." Cedric whispered seductively, making Brione's face turn crimson red.

"What are you waiting for?" Cedric asked, this time with a challenging look, anticipating if Brione would undress him or not. He already knew the truth and was planning to tell Brione later.

But he now felt that this was the right time to do so. He felt Brione tugging the hem of his shirt. He waited then let her pull it up, remove it from his body, and tossed it on the floor.

He gulped when he felt Brione suddenly tug the waistband of his shorts.

He held her hand and whispered in her ear, "I have something to tell you but it can wait if you prefer to see if I have any birthmarks on my butt first?"

Brione gulped as electrifying shivers traveled through her body when Cedric suddenly licked her earlobe and sucked it.

"So what is it to be, Sweetheart? Do you want to hear what I have to say or do you want me to undress both of us first?"
