Chapter 159: Magical Academy's Dungeon
Michu learned from Venomous that players usually didn't spend much time in the magical academy.
The teachers from the magical academy often required players to stay in their rooms and practice their magic skills.
This increased their INT and Mana, but it was mundane work.
It reminded many players of their school life, and the teenagers avoided this place with wide steps...
In this game world, people wanted to have thrilling experiences.
Alas, the magic disciples could get such experience after upgrading their token, and most players weren't patient enough to do so.
Michu was different.
"It's a challenge." Michu faced the three quests.
[The Magical Academy's First Sorcerer Quest - Fill your item with mana, so it bursts!]
[The Magical Academy's Second Sorcerer Quest - Create Mana Duplicate of your sorcerer item.]
[The Magical Academy's Third Sorcerer Quest - Evolve your sorcerer item.]
Those were exciting quests!
Michu sat before his banana and poured all his mana, to no avail!
He either lost focus, or he was just unable to exert more mana! It was a tricky quest because Michu didn't have any mana control skills!
But those quests were laid in a good order that would help him become closer with the mana and his coveted subclass - The Banana Sorcerer!
Michu didn't mind such quests, and he wasn't alone.
Next to him, Momo was also doing her quests.
In a way, the cooking class was like sorcerer class.
She had her ingredients, and it was her job to bring the best effects out of it... Therefore, it was similar to the sorcerer class, and Momo could rely on the magical academy's quests and room...
-
"You finished school just a few days ago... And now you are in another one... Haha." Yumi laughed on the bed as she summarised Michu's current daily life.

He went to the magical school every day and studied the mana and sorcerer skills as much as possible!
It was not easy, but he had completed the first quests after two weeks.
In those two weeks, Yumi got many friends from The Sword Mistress' Amazon Guild, and they were climbing up in levels like crazy.
Quests, leveling grounds, and unique relationships with named NPCs were all done across the center as Yumi's friends were all strong ladies!
Those who were jealous were ignored, and those who had potential became friends with Yumi...
"But it's fun! Momo and I are getting much stronger! Momo also got quests for her enchanter class! We are about to upgrade our token to the third grade!" Michu nodded a few times and proudly shared his experience.
Yumi already did hers, and so they were just about to sleep!
But Yumi turned around and hugged Michu, "Illiana and I became close friends... The Sword Mistress is not bad, but there's still a distance between us." She sincerely looked into his eyes.
But all she could see was relief and happiness, "That's great! Illiana is nice!"
"Well, I am glad we ended up in a team with other ladies... Otherwise, it would be too awkward. Guess why?" Yumi teased.
"I don't know." Michu honestly replied.
"I will keep you in the balance," Yumi concluded and laid her head on his chest.
Her eyes closed, Yumi went to sleep in less than thirty seconds!
Michu did the same, and these two stuck glued to each other for the whole night just as usual.
-
[Your token has been upgraded to the third grade.]
"We did it!" Michu and Momo exclaimed in a tandem!
They looked into each other, then hugged as it was a great success! They weren't fast, nor were they the slowest!

But their progress was still great for both of them!
Their hearts beat with content, and the hug lasted until other magic disciples told them to bring such hugs to their room!
In a blush, Momo nodded.
Michu burst out laughing and took her hand.
These two went to their room.
"We see more residents than players here... It makes things more lifelike!" Michu said, then closed the doors.
In his room, Michu had a small kitchen and a small magic study desk.
The latter belonged to him, and one could see the banana here.
However, this banana was evolved!
Knock! Knock! Knock!
"Who might it be?" Michu said out loud, then opened the doors.
[The Magical Academy Grand Sorcerer - Master Banau Lv:??? HP:??? MP:???]
"Oh, hello!" Michu brightly called the grand sorcerer!
It was an old man with long white robes. His white beard blended with his clothes, but it was as long as his outfit! It nearly reached the ground, but as he nodded, the tip of his beard touched the ground and bent.
It made his beard look weird.
Michu chuckled but covered his lips as fast.
"I have heard about you. Show me your sorcery ingredients," Banau said while looking at both Momo and Michu.
It meant that their achievements reached one of the strongest teachers!
Michu fetched his banana and showed it, "This is an evolved banana. If it hits you, you will lose a lot of HP. By the way, I can use mana to make it fly fast!"
"Hmm." Banau caressed his beard, then took out his staff from inventory.
He tapped the ground, and then the banana exploded into pieces.
Four pieces, to be exact.
"Just four... This is a tough one." He complimented Michu, then tasted Momo's cooking. "This is magic and sorcery in one..."
Banau's eyes moistened, and he explained, "Magic is not just raw power and mana. It's also the skill to convey one's emotions... It applies to everything... You can convey your strength and feelings through everything. And now, your evolved banana was so tough it wanted to serve you the best... And this cooking... I feel rejuvenated after tasting it a little! Strong and precious!"
"Oh."
"Mmm."
"You two should join The Magical Academy's Level Fifth Dungeon!" Banau announced, and the new quest appeared in Michu and Momo's logs.
This quest was... EPIC!
It wasn't Yumi and others who had the exciting adventurers!
Michu and Momo were about to be the same!

The Due
Every sailor knows the tale of Davy Jones' Locker. That place drowned sailors are sent to, ever resting on sea's bed. Some tales recount of a ghostly ship, the Flying Dutchman. Many a story has spawned from these two tales. Countless retellings mixing in their own fictions. But all stories spawn with a kernel of truth to them, and the story of Davy Jones is no exception. Those who've met the legendary seaman and his ghostly ship might call him a ferryman, escorting the drowned to their respective afterlives. Others might call him a devil, meting punishment on those deserving. The true story is always slightly different. Davy Jones is a ferryman, but not one for the afterlife, as Walter finds out. No, Davy Jones manages those who die at sea while in debt, and Walter died with a lot of debt. Unable to pay, Davy puts Walter to work. The specter has just the job for the dead college graduate. Another god, Sod, needs an afterlife for his new world. Davy tasks Walter with the job. Suddenly, Walter finds himself having to run a fledgling underworld with little instruction from Sod. To top it off, the denizens of Sod's world have their own ambitions to achieve godhood, and they won't take kindly to Sod's newest employee shaking up the status quo. [Traumatizing Content tag is up just to let everyone know this will be a story that deals with different themes of death. Some of them won't be nice and so better to be safe than sorry.]

[Archive] Legend of the Nameless Hero
A WhiteSamurai original Web Novel There are always the mysterious tales of heroes, those who fight against the Demons, who fight for justice and those who head mighty quests against tyranny. Heroes that are born to destiny, Heroes that are forged through tragedy, and Heroes that are brought to the world in times of great peril and strife. Not all true Heroes are wanted or beloved, but all life understands, that throughout all time and space, for those who truly stand as Heroes, they never need to be called one. The sands of time are the only true judge for those who journey upon the true path, the only one they will ever need. This is the tale, no, the Legend, the Legend of the one who throughout all time, would forever be, the First Hero. This is Their story, a story of true hardship, of a sorrow greater than any other that would stand as a symbol of inspiration no matter the test of time. A tale of darkness, a true curse, an impending evil hidden beyond the horizons that threatened the very future of existence. This is the tale, of one of the few great figures, who, in the face of true evil, continued to stand. . . . _______________________________________________________________ :Disclaimer: _______________________________________________________________ . . . All Chapters are subject to sudden revision, scrapping, or complete removal from the canonical storyline. The author of "Legend of the Nameless Hero" uses RoyalRoad as a method of experimentation with genre's and writing styles for Fantasy-style works for the sake of eventual publication. The end result isn't to release perfect chapters on RoyalRoadl, but eventually develop the story as intended using the best material to produce the highest quality work. The best mentality when reading works from WhiteSamurai is to see it as the ability to read and review pre-release transcripts or "Rough Copies" before publication. Viewer discretion and maturity are both requested and required. . . . _______________________________________________________________ :About: _______________________________________________________________ . . . This story follows direct character point of views along with an intentional third person narrative to explain to the readers what the characters won't. (I don't use my characters to go give extensive explanations for every last thing like EVERYTHING DOES) This tale shall encompass the life of the Hero from the moment she is summoned into the Kingdom of Kremor, to the Legendary Final Clash. This isn't your run of the mill hack and slash raise an army and conquer, I don't follow that bandwagon. Real life holds politics, intrigue, economics, structure, populations, civil opinions, history, psychology, heart, suffering, wonder, advancement, curiosity, ambition, and so many more things that would lead to me hitting some character limit. I refuse to take the same route that others use by simply ignoring these factors, my worlds, my stories, are as real as they get. There's no plot armor here, if someone screws up, they've screwed up and there's no magical sword in a well for them. I write in 'Seasons' not 'Books' as many often do, these are generally, not always, hundreds of chapters long, though as I have yet to finish a season, the average length is in the air. I go by an ideal of what I call 'Universal Lore' which includes the policy that things that exist within the story don't follow the rule where the Protagonist needs to be there so that it will happen. There will be some things that will happen, and the hero, and sometimes the reader, won't know happened until they enter a place, or news gets to them. A person needs to be in the right place at the right time, I hate plot holes and meta characters above all else... For my works, comments are practically demanded as reactions, thoughts, and various viewpoints are like sweet fuel to my writing spirit. Reviews are highly accepted and appreciated, BUT ONLY IF THEY ARE EDUCATED AND THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED. Those that throw down a low rating ARE HIGHLY REQUESTED to extensively detail and explain their viewpoints on the work. They should also be willing to come back to the work at a later date if messaged by the Author, Me, due to issues they mentioned being taken care of. I'm never against scrapping a chapter or rewriting several paragraphs if there are character or story discrepancies. I want the highest quality work possible, and every comment, every review, are tools for me to use to further that goal. . . . Enjoy the work. ~White Status: (Ongoing)
