Chapter 149: Magic

After Mortarz left the first leaf world, Michu and Momo returned to their booth.

The storm calmed down and lightning no longer scared other players! The wind torrent likewise dissipated and left the cave and Michu's booth alone.

This meant that other players finally could leave the mine!

And as they did, their bodies rushed to Michu's booth!

"I have heard about Higher Perception Bananas! Lil Monke, please, give me two! No, three!" One of them roared!

Others followed quickly after, "I will buy four! After I get useful mines, I will buy even more! Please, Lil Monke!"

"Hehe! I have a lot of these! No need to shout!" Michu giggled.

Half of his burden was lifted by Momo who helped him sell the bananas!

Her charm was no longer the problem as both of them understood each other more. In his presence, Momo could control it better and the initial allure that bewitched everyone was utterly erased.

People could only appreciate the beauty before their eyes and feel like she and monke were the pair!

Michu sold a lot, then packed up his staff, "I want to prepare even more bananas now. Hehe!"

"I will be here to help my master!" Momo happily replied.

But after spending the remainder of the time with him and seeing his face, Momo added, "Is the master worried?"

Although Michu laughed out loud, Momo could sense that it was just not hearty laughter as usual. It was more like a cover or something he would do to avoid an uncomfortable topic!

She smiled and asked, "Is it because I confessed?"

It wasn't a blunt confession, but Momo had uttered the magic word 'Love'.

Michu was also compelled to explain himself and it might've caused some problems to his heart! That was why Momo asked and waited for his answer...

Michu asked, "Are you sad, Momo?"

"No, I am not," Momo replied.

Her instant reply bothered Michu, but he couldn't see any sadness or pain within her eyes. Their steps never halted until now. All due to Michu extending his hand for hers, "Momo... Our relationship will continue to progress! We might be best buddies soon because of how much time we spent together! I can't imagine my banana farm without you!"

"..." Momo's cheeks blushed.

"If my heart flutters for you... I will be the one to confess!" Michu stated, then whispered, "I will make everyone happy..."

"Thank you, Master." Momo clenched his hand.

"Yes..." For a stupid guy, Michu understood that it would be pretty soon if things kept up the way it was as Momo was too cute!

Both of them returned to their banana farm while holding their hands!

A few days passed after the incident with the Incubus Prince.

The forums had exploded that day and people were asking what happened for such a storm to appear in the game. Many believed it heralded a new event and researched Mountain Cliff City, but all they found out was some banana farm!

This didn't mean anything and the mine was also the usual mine.

However, Michu's Higher Perception Banana was the hot topic in the miner's community!

He sold a lot of them and Michu was overly happy to see people eagerly coming to his booth! He wanted to set up shop, but the production of those bananas was limited.

Nonetheless, he didn't back off and continued to take care of his banana farm.

Occasional leveling up was also conducted by Monkey God's party.

Rainbow May never failed to attend and they went around various leveling grounds.

This became the video for Michu's social media and people liked it.

"Master, the banana soul tree has grown up to two meters!" Momo commented after ending her cooking session.

She and Michu rested their eyes on the banana soul tree...

"It doesn't move." Michu caressed his chin.

"It doesn't move, indeed," Momo replied with a hand on her cheek.

But such speed should be fine for Michu's epic guardian!

He poured all his hard work and love into this banana soul tree, so it should grow up strong and amazing soon!

Michu smiled and nodded, then his eyes widened.

Momo replied, "I think... Monkey God's Staff Control!"

"I agree with the succubus," KongFu nodded.

Out of all Michu's skills, this skill would be the best for 'offensive'. It would extend the sturdy branches forward and make the guardian take down all enemies from a long distance!

However, if Michu wanted, he also could go with production mode and imprint the golden banana skill!

After KongFu talked about it, Michu's eyes went wide, "This could be good for Miyuki's business and I would repay the favor faster!"

The choice was hard.

But Michu had more production skills for this guardian! His class relied on the staff and high movement which was hard to imagine on this guardian!

The choice was nearly settled, then KongFu added, "Maybe for your third subclass, get something that would combine offensive and production skills... Magic?"

"..."

That sounded so cool and also challenging!

A new type of battle magic piqued his interest and stars flooded his eyes!

He chose 'Monkey God's Staff Control' as it definitely should help the tree extend its branches, then said, "Next would be The Golden Banana production! It will extend its branches and gather bananas from chosen banana herbs! This is an automatic golden banana farm!"

"Good,"

"Congratulations, Master!"

"And later, I will learn... magic!" Michu giggled!

The Monkey God's team turned heels and went to the house where they would eat and rest after their hard work.

Michu held Momo's hand and they called out to others as well!

"Time to eat! Hehe!"
