Chapter 146: Incubus Prince

After Michu planted the new seed in his territory, Lil Monke proceeded with another experiment.

It was the Lesser Banana experiment!

Momo was with him and she brought a small kitchen out of her inventory. She conjured cooking magic next to her master.

Although it wasn't the quiet magic, Michu didn't mind the sound of cooking and he even looked forward to Momo's meals!

He was sitting below the banana herb with the Lesser Banana Skill imprinted within.

His job was to take care of this banana and bring out the Lesser Bananas with a random, but weaker effect.

After hours of hard work and being fed by Momo, Michu managed to get his first lesser bananas.

In this world, the players and residents were supported by the black magic; the system. This effect would bring out system messages and that was Higher Perception Stat! Of course, more astute players or those with experience would have their eyes and instincts enhanced.

In their cases, the black magic's notifications would be just to confirm things.

Michu looked at his banana and nodded with content, "This should work well in the mine! Let's test it!"

"Yes, Master! But first, I have something for you to eat!" Momo flashed a smile and the monke succubus duo enjoyed their time to the fullest.

Michu received around five hundred bananas from his hard work.

These lesser bananas were ready to be sold on the mine!

As said earlier, Lord Fabian's mine had a huge influx of players and one could see a lot of players going in and out.

Michu wondered how much money he should sell his lesser bananas, "Let's ask... Miyuki?"

At first, he thought that asking Venomous would be just fine, but Yumi was on her research for the epic quest and Michu didn't want to bother her.

He also lacked much contact with Miyuki, but she was the savior's sister and a lady with big melons!

But more than anything, she excelled at business probably!

Michu nodded and typed on the keyboard, "I don't want to forget about my friends, but I don't have much in common with Miyuki... I know!"

After Michu and Miyuki talked about the first banana business experiment, Michu asked the question, "Do you know how to dance?"

"I know. That's a little obligatory in our circle... Interested in dancing?" In the other part of the world, Miyuki typed with a smile on her face.

She chuckled after Michu spoke about his talent in dancing, "I don't find dancing particularly interesting nor immersive. I know the reason for it, though."

Her words piqued Michu's interest as it wasn't easy to find one's flaws.

Miyuki's chat flashed with quite a disturbing sentence, "Because I had to dance with swine and demons in the skin. Fortunately, things turned out well and my hand is like a goddess' hand on business parties."

If Michu was near her, he would've heard a pleasant chuckle.

He caressed his chin and replied, "I will do my best to get the goddess' hand and show her the best moves!"

He was satisfied with his reply.

His satisfaction skyrocketed after Miyuki's reply, "This goddess has never danced with monke, so you will have one chance, Michu."

"I will do my best!" Michu ended the conversation after wishing the best for his savior's sister!

His eyes shifted to Momo and he said, "It's time for a risk!"

"What risk, Master?" Momo replied.

"We will sell lesser bananas for just fifty silver coins. Then, we will slowly increase the price! The worst is whether our booth will draw any attention or not! We can only do our best!" Michu said.

Momo glanced at him with incredulous eyes, then she took off her hoodie, "I can take off the robe and we should have a lot of clients, Master."

"Stupid! You are my cook, not... Umm... You are not a clerk!" Michu nodded a few times.

"Haha~~"

He and Momo set up a booth then!

It was a booth with just a few wooden planks nailed down together.

The black magic did the advertisement for Lil Monke.

[Michu's Wonderful Banana! If you buy one banana and eat it, you will receive High Perception for the whole hour! All epic ores will be yours!]

"Is it a good advertisement?" Michu asked seriously.

"It's a splendid one, Master," Momo replied.

Though it could be better, did they really need more fancy words or a different structure? It was an honest advertisement written by her master and that should suffice for these newbie miners!

Many of them passed while glancing at Michu and Momo.

One of them stopped with valuable advice, "Lil Monke. You are really popular lately, so you shouldn't scam people."

"Master doesn't scam others!" Momo stood up and instantly retorted.

The player looked away with a blushed face, then took out fifty silver coins, "I will take a risk and try this banana..."

"Thanks!" Michu passed one lesser banana, then flashed a bright smile!

After the player thanked him back, he disappeared into the mine!

Michu turned his eyes to Momo, "Thanks! But you don't have to get so angry! Hehe! Miyuki already told me that it would be hard to sell it at the beginning! However, we have planted bait already!"

"Don't stop me, master! This was just a low-level player. How could he slander your name? I didn't like it!" Momo didn't back off and pouted with her eyes looking in another direction!

Michu could only smile faintly at her!

The duo spent some time in their booth!

Michu was a little bored, so he played rock-paper-scissors and tic-tac-toe with Momo and KongFu!

His succubus also did some cooking, then lay her head on his lap for some nap!

It looked a little wrong from the side, but no one voiced their opinions! It was because Momo's face was upside down!

A storm kicked in then...

But Momo's eyes snapped and she glanced at the sky! This storm wasn't a normal one and her whole body shuddered with fright!

Anyone could tell that it was not a normal one!

The sky turned dark purple and bright pink lightning bolts slithered like snakes across the whole sky!

Michu was looking curiously at it together with KongFu.

But Momo raised her upper body and looked down at the person who stood not too far away from them!

"..."

"Don't tell me the big event is going to happen soon?" Michu exclaimed with his eyes up!

But the silence from Momo and KongFu brought his vision down!

And his eyes landed on a man who held a red rose close to his cheek.

"Incubus Prince?" Michu recited this man's title and gulped down.

This level wasn't something he could go against!

An incubus was the male representation of Momo's race, so he was definitely due to her here! If he wanted to bring her back or worse, snatch her into his 'possession', then Michu wouldn't be able to stay still!

But that level gap was too much of a bother...

"What does he want?" Michu asked out loud.

But the only reply he got was Momo's hands clutching his clothes.

She was scared.
