Chapter 114: Legendary NPCs

Venomous had her reasons for not taking the golden banana.

"Even though KongFu can turn effects into positive ones, it doesn't necessarily mean that it would be a good stat for me," Yumi replied and added some example she came up with on the spot, "If I got poison resistance, then it would be useless."

"I see your point," Miyuki replied.

But while these two beautiful women talked, Michu felt like a lightbulb flashed above his head! He thought that giving golden bananas to his friends would be one of the best starts for them!

But his banana farm and golden banana production needed to work! If he wanted to repay a little to his savior, it would be best to produce as much as possible and let her play or bully others with it.

Michu thought that he would save some bananas slowly, then make golden bananas for his friends and Nana!

By this time, his farmer abilities would go up too and maybe even better effects would get acquired by them!

In such a good mood, Michu laughed to himself.

"What did you think about, Michu?" Venomous asked.

With the two pairs of unique eyes on him, Michu caressed his chin and replied, "I just thought of something good! Will tell you later!" He didn't want Miyuki to know about it for two reasons.

The first was that he wanted to give his all to repay the savior, so it might cause some unnecessary thoughts and the second was that Michu didn't want to do it right now!

Therefore, he kept those thoughts to himself, but Venomous would probably suck out those later on.

As the conversation and fun with golden bananas reached the end and Miyuki bought as many golden bananas as Michu could've offered, the lady signed a small contract with him and all golden bananas would fall into her hands from now on.

The contract didn't force Michu to produce golden bananas as there was no monthly quota at all.

Miyuki was just curious about people who had bought those, "I might get interesting visitors soon," She chuckled and leaned down, her eyes on Michu, "I was thinking about your business, Michu. The problem is that you lack people. With players, you would rather bound them with a contract, but even this can be broken if you don't have the proper background."

If she offered some help with that, Michu would've shaken his head a thousand times as she had given them enough help with her brother.

Therefore, NPCs were the way.

This was something that piqued Michu's interest as NPCs were royal in the game and they followed much simpler principles. It was also nice to talk about them and they were in the game forever.

The worst part was that they would die forever too if they were killed.

The respawn points were foreign to them...

"It would be the best to get Legendary NPC, wouldn't it be?" Miyuki spoke about a new term that heightened Michu's interest.

Those Legendary NPCs were like old masters scattered across the continent! One could become their disciple or even fight them for ample rewards and other classes!

One of such NPCs was in the Magical Academy. Many players and NPCs were here to learn magic and its other various forms to catch the eye of this individual.

"What kind of class would he give to other people? Legendary Magus?" Miyuki thought out loud, then added, "Your business is small, but if you could get one of those NPCs onto your side, then wouldn't you be able to start business earlier?"

"It's still hard to make such bananas..."

"Of course. You wouldn't find one of those NPCs anytime soon. But you can always look out for clues and so do I," Miyuki promised and the visit to the casino concluded.

"Didn't you want to play at the casino?" Yumi asked.

She and Michu already left the casino and put on their robes.

With her tail tightly coiled around Michu's torso, Venomous hid her little nose in his hair and waited for the answer.

Her beloved kept surprising her, "I don't want to, because it would feel like money loss. I still want to try playing a little, but I think Miyuki would make me win! That would be unfair!"

"Yes," Her hands balled and she rubbed Michu's cheeks, "You still could've asked for a fair game."

"I think she would still make me win despite promising a fair game." Michu laughed out loud and he didn't press on this matter further. In the future, he would have much more money and then he would be able to allow himself for some fun.

But for now, he didn't want to play around with money and he also faced another problem right now.

Those were the eyes of onlookers.

They were looking at Yumi with mixed emotions, but disgust prevailed within them.

Despite what had happened at the conference, there were two kinds of people; the first type that just knew 'She is a killer' and the other 'It was a suspicious accident'.

The former was the majority here and their eyes were just plain annoying.

But Yumi couldn't care less. Her green eyes just reflected Michu's face!

On the other hand, Michu felt like it was just appropriate to comment on that. He didn't want them to keep their eyes, but what could he do? His sister also told him to stay silent in such a situation, but the unfairness heated Michu!

He parted his lips but stopped just in time... "I shouldn't care about them... It's pointless..." His steps resumed and Michu continued his journey while ignoring those people! He didn't want to go to the forest or any other area to hide, but with Yumi around him, he followed the route and ignored all those people!

Yumi's hearts kept beating faster, "You have changed, Michu."

"..."

"It's a good change... Really..."

"At the end of the day, we will surely forget about them. Therefore, it's pointless."
