Chapter 44: Yakuzan
"What pov did you choose for your video?" Sandra asked on their way to the Azure Forest. To her question, Michu blinked his eyes faster; a confusion blooming within. He dipped his fingers in the black magic.
"I didn't set anything, so it's default... Third POV!" Michu answered after digging enough within his game system. The third pov meant that there was a small robotic eye floating behind him!
That was what Sandra said and Michu followed her gaze, "There is one." She couldn't see it, even while in one party, but Sandra had enough experience to pinpoint the default location.
Her voice then flowed faintly to Michu's ear, "Show me what you have recorded." After a while, Michu managed to bring out the first sample.
This sample wouldn't be anything significant, but Sandra's eyes looked around her rear. Even though this was a normal piggyback, her ass was somewhat sticking out too much! At least for her eyes.
Sandra pushed herself up, alarmed by this image, 'Why am I so concerned about that? Didn't I already ride Michu in the dungeon? I even saw it on my own saved video...' Back then, Sandra wasn't alarmed and thought of it as an enjoyable time.
Now, her heart had been pounding faster and she felt her cheeks getting hotter.
"Sandra? Why are you so rough? Eh, I might stumble..." Michu spoke ambiguous words too, increasing temperature within the lady's body.
"I will move on my own. Enough of a ride, for now," Sandra let Michu's body go. She did her best to not look into his eyes. Those brown eyes should be concealing a lot of questions right now!
He even asked, "Are you okay? Is it fever?"
"If I had a fever, I wouldn't be here, Michu! Who could suddenly get a fever in-game? Only NPCs!" Sandra blurted out and waved her hands. She then sprinted forward, "Don't you dare to show off our ride to Nana!"

"I don't break promises!" Michu shouted and kicked the ground heavier. He began to sprint after her! He wore an innocent smile that yearned for some fun, but Sandra took out her staff and threw water bolts at him.
She was just too flustered out of sudden and it had yet to wear off.
Michu avoided all of those with his monkey movement, then shouted, "Hehe! Am I too fast or did you get too rusty from subclass quests? You need to shape up!"
A bitter smile appeared on Sandra's face, "Sorry to disappoint! I hope you don't mind some more bolts!" Her staff flashed with blueish sparkles, then water bolts took off to race against Michu! "I won't stop until my mana depletes!"
"Heh! I don't mind!" Michu took out his staff and blocked those bolts, but Sandra's heart no longer beat faster. She was focused and challenged by the monke, so her water bolts began to land on his body one by one!
Both of them suddenly halted their adventure and played with each other like kids.

"I just wanted to tell you that you can have two povs active at the same time. How did it turn out into a battle?" Sandra uttered while laying on Michu's back. It seemed like the friends returned to their starting point, but Sandra's stamina went down faster than her mana!
She complained about Michu's back. Each time the memory of the monke's video flashed within her, Sandra would blush and thrash a little.
It didn't mean the monke's back was uncomfortable and she soon grew to just like it.
"It was you who got a fever," Michu replied stoically while exhaling deeply! If it were a fantasy world, then he would let out two small clouds too.
Sandra rolled her eyes and pinched his side, "It was not the fever! I just got embarrassed. Eh, you! Because you say it like that, it makes me even more embarrassed."

"But why would you get embarrassed? Didn't you already ride me?" Michu pondered and looked behind, but no words came out from Sandra. She felt like he would make things more awkward if she just were to bluntly say that her ass stuck out.
"I will just get priest-like mage robes that fall on the ground next time," She left this comment and returned to the proper topic, "You can have two active povs and it makes things more exciting for editors. When you begin a battle, just turn another on and pass it to Nana."
"Okay! I will do it during solo leveling! Hehe!" Michu didn't plan to break any promises, so he left these words, then sprinted up towards the Azure Forest. The blue forest was already on the horizon and more players entered Michu's eyes.
Sandra patted his shoulder and he let her go, "The Azure Forest. We can find monkeys here. Do you want to go for normal monkeys or try the quest for monkey gang?"
"Monkey Gang! I want to see the monkey gangsters and teach them something!" Michu crossed his arms and exclaimed. A few players chuckled at his words and covered their lips while laughing at him.
Sandra threw angry eyes at them, then retracted those to look at Michu, "There should be an NPC somewhere... If not, then we will go to the Azure Lake within the forest." The Azure Lake was one of many attractions for the players here.
Since no NPC wandered around the forest, Sandra and Michu strolled forward. With all those players around, they didn't need to bother about wild monsters and the path toward the Azure Lake had been constantly cleaned by coming and leaving players.
The respawn point was not that short, so Michu just swung his staff a few times.
He then raised his eyes at the lake spanning over a few kilometers. The blue water seemed like a liquid that refused to reflect anyone. The falling blue leaves whirled around it with content and players around sat down in meditation.
Not every player was in such a state, though. A lot of players had an eye on any monsters that could lurk behind nature.
Sandra was about to explain what those players were doing, but commotion broke out, "They are here! Ah, we didn't even get the quest from the NPC!"
The Monkey Gang had arrived.
Leading the group of ten monkeys was the one-meter and half-high monkey.

"Uhuhuhu!" Yakuzan shook his black coat and corrected his sunglasses. His tail slapped the ground as he announced the next target! His muscles then bulged out and he strode forward by waving his thick biceps back and forth.

"Yakuzan! I can understand him!" Michu exclaimed! "I know who their target is!"

Names. To most humans and other savory and less savory creatures, they are important–-an integral part of whom they are. To me, however, it is quite trivial, especially so when you have a strange ability to reincarnate. Did I also mention that my current mother is a dragon?Warning: Can get quite bloody later on and an indifference to killing and sexual content in the future

Knights of the Partition
We like to think there are no monsters. No magic, no gods, nothing waiting in the night but the stars and cold, hard science. It’s a comforting thought. It isn't true. Magic isn't common, mind you. Working forces is difficult in the Age of Man, and gods are limited in the ways they interact with the world. The great monsters of old have mostly been slain, or sealed away. But rare or not, the magic isn't gone. The great Working that protects us from the horrors of the past does not have the power to destroy such things. Instead, it created the Partition, a tapestry of worlds beyond the boundary of our own. There the magic roams, searching for a way to come back. I am a Knight of Avalon. One of the protectors of the Partition. How did I get this job? Poor decisions, mostly.

Life is Feudal
No OP stuff, status bars, levels or skills. This story is in favour of more realistic setting in a world of humans and various monsters. "Behind the mask of the assertive, resolute facade that employs ruthless routes at any given moment, lies the frail, anxious heart that were once but a puny human. Reviled and revered by many, none would ever know my true allegiance lies within myself, merely trying to survive this mess." Just the life of a grumpy man child living in a terrible piece of shit or a desolate state in which I call an alternate historical take on medieval Europe. Living as a peasant who is forced to take up arms to defend his own kin. This story grants an insightful take on the life of people living under constant danger, from vying nobles who commit atrocities in the name of justice, eager nations and barbarians aiming to take a piece of the bountiful land and mythical divine monsters who resembles a walking catastrophe in any possible way. [If you're easily offended by alternate-history religion and cultural practices, then you shouldn't read this.]

STAR WARS: Knights of the Old Republic
Four thousand years before Anakin Skywalker was born, the Jedi thrived as the guardians of peace in the galaxy. The Republic, weakened by a costly war with the Mandalorians, faces now another great threat. A false Sith Empire created by two fallen Jedi, Revan and Malak, has risen from the ashes of that war. Now the Republic is on the brink of defeat to their once great hero, now turned Darth Revan. Hoping to protect the Republic at all costs, the Jedi dispatch an elite strike force to capture the Dark Lord. To the dismay of the Jedi, Revan is betrayed and killed by his apprentice Darth Malak, who proclaims himself the new Dark Lord of the Sith. Now with the entire galaxy at stake, the Jedi and the Republic must go to extreme lengths if they are to survive the seemingly endless forces the new Sith ruler commands. Only by the will of the Force, will they survive... This is a novelization of the popular video game by Bioware. One of my favorite stories within the Star Wars universe, I am putting my own little twists and style on this story in a way I could see potentially fitting into the new canon by Disney. I will be releasing new chapters periodically with the goal of trimming the story down a little bit as well. Enjoy, and of course constructive criticism always welcome, and if you like what you're reading, consider voting for my story.
