Chapter 26: Soak the banana in the poison
Since Michu lacked the cloud to enjoy his adventures on, he had a movement ability that would lead him slowly to find one. This ability increased the power within his legs and brought him up by at least three meters.
After the tanks taunted the boss and raised their shields to pull the aggro, Michu flew and utilized the bonk skill! Using the force behind the fall unknowingly, Michu increased the damage output!
His bonk landed on the bear's head, "Haha!"
[Critical Strike! -706 HP!]
The boss had yet to make a cool entrance, exhale his irritation, and glare at every player with its menacing eyes, and yet! The monkey was here before the bear could take a step forward, smashing his bonk at him!
The wooden face cracked and eyes instantly went up to spot the disappearing monke. However, a volley of various techniques passed through Michu and each landed on the boss' body one by one.
Arrows, magical bolts with various energies, mostly flames, and even spears landed on the boss' body.
It forcefully got pushed backward and nearly lost its balance. However, the ferocious claws dug through the ground and supported the monster. It then waved those at another serve of techniques, each shattering to those claws.
"Boss is so strong! I would be already dead if it were me!" Michu commented, his foot already on the ground. Pushing his whole body forward, he kicked the ground and flew with the same technique.
Below him, Venomous and other close-combat classes surrounded the boss with tanks at the front.
Using their shields calmly, they bypassed the safe territory to inflict the wounds, then instantly recoiled to hide behind the shields.
Unfortunately, the tanks were limited and some were exposed to the claws.
"Haha!" Already known laughter descended from the top for the second time! If there was one free person, then it would be Michu! He completely ignored the boss' claws and jumped up with the bonks straight at him.
He even expanded his staff for additional damage, so the force behind his slaps was the most eye-catching one.
Every person from the backline inhaled deeply while looking at this jumpy and strong monkey, "He must be… unique class? How lucky! I should befriend him!" A lady with a nice pair of melons commented. She was a priest and her blessing already touched Michu once, so she had a strong advantage.
A few clever words and the monke would get charmed by her!
Sandra scoffed from the side, "Didn't you say he was too loud just before the boss? I remember that." Alas, the monke's friends had no problem seeing through people, so he was in good hands!

The battle with the boss was one-sided bullying with the occasional mishaps happening due to inexperience.
Those people were blessed by healers and strong natural players like Michu who continued to reveal the raw talent and thrill for battle adventurers with their weapons.
Those seemed to be only two, though. Michu and Venomous!
In each player's eyes, they were greatly different, though. While the monkey's excitement was genuine and he loved how strong his bonks were, Venomous' face sometimes betrayed her and she cursed faintly.
Her sword had a different purpose. It was not to enjoy the process but to bring her closer to her goal and benefits.
Because of that, Venomous made a rash mistake after the boss' HP fell below 50%. She ignored that and went for consecutive combos initiated by a series of critical strikes. Was it the number of consumables lost in the process or what exactly lied behind her rash decision?
Michu bluntly asked after landing near her, "Yumi! It's not like you. Are you jealous of my bonk?"
"..." Venomous wiped off the blood from her lips and glanced at the monke, "I got slightly jealous… To be honest with you, I am jealous to the core." Yumi decided to answer his boldness with boldness.
She explained while drinking the potion, "The difference couldn't be seen during normal monster's hunt. If any, then just a little… But now, it's clear. If I don't get at least an epic class, then I will continue to struggle and rely more on others."
Michu crossed his arms. He glanced at the wooden bear, its claws already lost. Those claws became weapons that dug through the ground like moles. Each aimed to disturb the tanks and allow the boss to come closer to the backline.
They first exploded with powerful power and Venomous was the one to get hit by that sudden technique's appearance.
If she paid attention to the boss' HP, then it wouldn't be sudden, though.
Mich deeply closed his eyes, then said, "Is your big enemy that strong?"
The big enemy was the organization or the guild that Yumi wanted to take down. It was already absurd for her to have such an enemy, but Michu had never questioned that. But now that she became honest and explained her dismay, he asked.
"Yes, a big enemy is strong…" Yumi answered a little awkwardly…
"I see. He is so strong you are impatient. That's not like you, so stop it, Yumi." Michu stated and nodded as if saying the golden truth. His words weren't wrong, though.
Venomous found it hard to answer, but she just shrouded the mysterious big enemy in more mystery, "I am impatient because he continues to grow stronger while I am forced to make such careful and slow steps… If I had an epic class, I would get more flexibility like you and focus more on my path… Now, it's just a little planning for the greater scale in the future."

"I see… I see… Umm… Still, stop it." Michu didn't change his initial stance and forced a little of himself on Yumi.
Her HP already returned to 80%, so the swordsman could return to the battle.
"I don't like how you stopped me after I said this much," Venomous glanced to the side, then took a step forward. If she wanted, then she could long since disappear from Michu's side. However, she was slow and waited for his words.
Michu just scratched his hair, then caressed his chin, "It's not like you… Getting hit like that… It also made me angry and sad. If you died, then half of our hard work would disappear… Wouldn't that be regretful?"
"..." The snake blankly hovered her eyes on Michu.
Meantime, Michu tried to think of a solution, "Uhhh… Maybe if we soak my banana in your poison, then we will get poison master random stat? Uhhh… Is that okay?"
"Poison Master from a banana? More like food poisoning… Haha!" Yumi let out hearty laughter and she seemed far more relieved than it looked. As her heart brimmed with warmth, she took another look at the boss.
Its HP was getting lower and lower, but since both of them had been absent for a while, the speed was far lower than usual.
Yumi said, "If we join, then it will enter the third stage after a few strikes. Are you ready for that? Because I am more than ready."
"Yeah! Hehe! It's hard to plan against this boss, right? It sucks for you, but I know that your swordsmanship in itself is like a plan!" Michu often didn't understand how her sword moved, thus, his words were genuine.
Yumi replied, "It's not hard to plan against it, though… I just feel like we don't need more than just a simple formation. Let those players think on their own too. As long as our party doesn't die, it's fine."
An hour later, Michu defeated his first dungeon boss.
He didn't get anything good and his loot was one of the common ones. He gladly accepted everything and sent a photo to his sister upon his first dungeon clear!
Nana told him to check titles, but Michu just got common ones that didn't bring anything useful. One of them was Dungeon Seeker and it helped him find the hidden dungeons, but it was what everyone had already!
"We did it… Well, it wasn't that hard because of certain someone…" Sandra commented after the party left the dungeon! The pleasant grove sheltered them from any monsters and they could rest freely on the cold stone.
She grasped her collar and waved her clothes to cool herself.
Michu's eyes got pulled by that motion and he closed his eyes when Sandra glanced at him.
"Do you two have time?" Yumi asked Sandra who was about to comment on the monkey's action. She and Lazy Bum glanced at the snake and replied.
"We do… Do you want to go for another dungeon raid?" Lazy Bum bit his lips when he remembered the boss and how easy it was. He was the first one to ask this question and his childhood friend already looked at him with big eyes.
It was not like him! First, he blushed from Michu's words, and just now, he asked about another raid! Sandra was shocked to see that, but the game was where most people changed anyway…
She shifted her blue eyes to the snake and said, "We can go for another raid! We leveled up, so our stamina returned and HP/MP refilled... I also liked how much XP we got! Should we try to go with fewer people this time?"
"Yes, we will go with fewer people," Yumi said, "Just four of us."
"..." The witch and lazy man blinked their eyes at her.
Yumi explained, "Michu got a special firefly to guide us to the boss. We can avoid most monsters and just focus on the boss. This dungeon's problem is its abundant monsters and maze, but if we can ignore these two flaws, then what else stops us?"
"That's so good, Yumi! It will be more challenging and fun! Haha! I wonder if the boss will be able to slap me without a tank! I want to try it!" The monkey chimed in and his words brought another glare from Lazy Bum and Sandra who couldn't believe his words.
"Are you a masochist?!" She waved her staff at him but agreed in the end. It was worth trying anyway! Besides, if it was Michu, then this whole dungeon might turn into an exciting ride rather than an arduous raid…
"Hey, Michu… If the boss chases after me, then you have to protect me first instead of Lazy Bum. Okay?" Sandra secretly whispered.
"Of course! Ladies first!" Michu replied to her content.
