Chapter 18: Bonding
After the quota got filled by the last two players, a few players looked around the waiting room with narrowed eyes.
Their expressions, the glitter within, and vibes felt so similar to Venomous that Michu just tumbled away from her and went to Sandra and her friend.
It was time for the preparation and some agreement between the players as everyone had arrived here without prior contact.
The world was big and it was fine for such sudden dungeon raids.
Since Michu was unable to speak about preparation and stuff, he turned his eyes to Sandra's friend.
His in-game name was [Lazy Bum Lv. 16] The man had dark hair that covered one of his narrowed and slightly sleepy eyes. He was pale and often hunched, but as per Sandra's words, Lazy Bum was a trustworthy person.
Michu brightly smiled at him, "I heard you got forced to play archer. Why?"
The man narrowed his eyes more, then raised his hand to cover the brightness coming from energetic Michu. He turned his eyes to the side and answered, "I wanted mage, but this witch can't play anything else, so it had to be an archer. I don't feel like moving around, so archer…"
"I can tell through your nickname! Haha! It's good, to be honest!" Michu raised thumbs, but it reminded so much of Sandra and her stupid smile that the friend shook his head a few times.
Michu then rubbed his nose and continued, "But if you don't like to move around, then get a horse! Can't you shoot arrows on the mount?"
"Ugh…" Lazy Bum let out a weird groan, his eyes suddenly going to the side. Here, Sandra wrapped her arm around him, then chimed into the conversation.
With similar bright energy, she smiled, "I think we have to level up hard to get the mount for you!"

"Leave me alone, witch," Lazy Bum tried to protest, but he found it hard to move with his childhood friend being so close. Even if there weren't any feelings, she was a woman with melons.
Although lazy, Lazy Bum had his principles and it was great!
Michu clapped his hands, "You two are good friends! Just like from a movie!" He laughed, but rather than a movie, Michu had an advertisement in his mind that he saw on the tv during his return from school.
The two friends awkwardly replied, "I think that's a little exaggerating…" The blonde witch laughed, but the man waved his hand dismissively.
But it felt good to hear it, so this hand didn't wave for too long.
Soon, Miichu shared the bananas with Lazy Bum and Sandra, then they looked towards the middle.
Venomous and three other players were speaking here like some leaders.
"They look so stiff and serious! Just split up and let's go, right?" The mage exclaimed!
Michu couldn't help, but nod with approval, "Yeah! What if their muscles get stiff and used to such seriousness! Venomous wouldn't look good!"
"True! You have to relax her with your banana, Michu!" The witch snickered.
-
"Let me tell you this, but I have the backing of a powerful guild."
While the three party members were eating bananas, the snake was sent to the verbal battlefield. It wasn't like there was much to talk about in the first dungeon with not many stakes as it was early levels, but there was a man who suddenly spoke such words.
A powerful guild…
He didn't display the guild tag nor his clothes had any mark of the powerful guild on.
But this man had a particular party that stood out with their equipment and set up. It was a party of eight tanks and this one man who looked to be a warrior.

Their equipment was shiny and had too much luster which meant that it was strengthened through the blacksmith's methods. Even if it was not that shiny, it still would be the top item for their level with high stats.
Venomous believed that they were more than prepared…
Initially, the preparation would be simple. They would use the dungeon chat to create groups to pass the information within. If one found the boss or clue, then they would share it in the mass chat group.
Any other information also would be passed here.
The whole twenty-two players would be split up into groups, added to appropriate chats, then just begin the hunt and dungeon raid.
In this dungeon, one had to look out for clues, fight monsters, then have the first epic battle against the boss.
However, the man had different plans, "If you guys don't have a tank or feel like one is not enough, then I can lend you one of my party members."
[Red Stigma Lv. 18]
It was his name and by reading through his level, Yumi had assumed that he was someone experienced in the dungeon raids.
Even if it meant this one, this could play a big role if he was up to something.
Why would Venomous feel like there was something suspicious going on here? She had a lot of trust issues, especially against those who looked different and had many people around them.
Her first friend in-game and his naivety was her big luck.
Looking behind, Venomous noticed Michu and his two new friends eating bananas.
Michu was the first to spot her glance, "Hey, Venomous! Don't be so stiff! You have a weird, but beautiful smile so don't be stiff!" He waved his banana while shouting.
The mage burst out laughing, "True, true! Haha! If Michu says so, then it must be true! Haha!" She then took another bite and munched happily, "Hey, say something! That's how you make a bond!"
Lazy Bum sighed and shouted, "Be fast."
"Haha!" Both Michu and Sandra laughed out loud at Venomous.
From all their shouts and bonding, Venomous' eyes had been twitching like never before. She took all her willpower to calm herself down, then facing the player with the Red Stigma nickname, Venomous stated, "Lend us one tank."
