Chapter 4: The Future Monkey God's family support!

Michu slapped the system window as fast as possible, hence the speech stopped.

The Monkey God couldn't even pass his will properly as it turned into the system whose sole purpose was to guide the new player.

It turned rather too fast, but Michu just noticed the KongFu's title and his hand moved on its own.

"Haha!" He laughed happily and returned to the old man's side.

It was surely rude to the spiritual will, but Michu was a good man with proper manners. However, he often acted rashly and in excitement. But the worst thing was that he never heard of the spiritual concept, so Michu just didn't know that there was actually a person behind that golden banana.

Now that KongFu was gone and his will became the system for Michu, the former monkey god could only pray in the yellow river for the future's success.

The old man Hao was here to help Michu, "You should check your status window now. Don't return to your work and properly check all the windows." He repeated the last sentence, then went to push the heavy basket to his magazine.

But Michu couldn't bear to see the old man doing all this work by himself, "I will help you!"

He used his natural and young strength to carry the basket, then the old man Hao passed him more free bananas with an awkward smile.

"Thank you for your help, Michu," The old man thanked with a bow.

"My pleasure! Hehe!"

After the night's carpet took over the sky, Michu sat down on the grass and looked at the moon with big eyes, "It's different." The moon was different and felt bigger than on Earth.

Under its light, Michu opened the system window, his eyes spotting 'Monkey God' immediately.

[Class: Monkey God's Will Inheritor.]

Since the old man told him to properly look over everything, Michu clicked on this name and the new information popped off.

All that information was related to the natural stats he would get by leveling up.

[Monkey God's Foot could summon the clouds! Any Agility increase gets an additional 10%]

[Monkey God's Red Gate Staff could shatter the continents! Any Strength increase gets an additional 10%]

[Monkey God's Heaven Rising Cultivation allowed him to face the heavens! Any Stamina increase gets an additional 10%]

[Monkey God's Mortal Skin could endure heaven's tribulations! Any Defensive increase gets an additional 10%]

"Cool!" More Agility! More Strength! More Stamina! More Defense! What else could Michu feel other than excitement? He already felt strong in real life, but he could even bring it further and enjoy more privileges such as golden clouds!

He enjoyed those stats, but it was already late in both the game and the real world. As Michu often got scolded by his teachers because of his naps in the class, his sister put a strict order on a proper sleeping schedule.

He left the game by clicking the logout button and appeared in the real world.

"Mom! I didn't take any loans! I didn't do it because of jealousy! I am not like that!" Upon leaving the VR Capsule, Michu suddenly heard his sister shouting exactly these words.

Since she was loud and sounded rather angered, Michu quickly jumped off the capsule and closed up the distance.

"Little sister, why are you so angry?" Michu asked while standing before his sister!

He glanced also at his mom whose face was already wet from tears and pale from the shock.

Nana shouted angrily, "I am angry because a mother doesn't believe me! How could she think that I would get so jealous to take loans! I already know what those loans do with people!" She glanced at her mother with a mixture of anger and worry.

The mom just dropped onto her knees and uttered while stuttering, "You stupid... children… Who in the world would pay for electricity bills, give you all this stuff and even pay for delivery just to please you? They will soon come for money… I am sure of it…" Mom believed that those people would come to take back their stuff relatively soon.

They would also come for the interest made by these two by playing and using all those high technology stuff…

Mom just shook her head and let out more tears. She usually would just go to the bathroom, wash under cold water and just sleep on the floor for as much as she could before going to one of her three jobs.

But she just had no strength to continue, "You can't work… We are… We are…" As Mom was about to burst with tears, Michu quickly approached her, squatted, and hugged her tightly.

"Mom, it will be fine! I saw those people and they were okay! I didn't feel anything bad from them!" He reassured his mother.

"That's right! Michu has a good eye for people!" Nana chimed in. She then turned her laptop on and showed the picture of a handsome man, "Michu, is this the guy you met?"

Looking to the side, Michu nodded and confirmed, "Yes, little sis!"

Nana smiled with relief, "He is CEO of Yami Company. They are the ones that make those VR Capsules. I think they are one of the top three companies for that… Though I can't tell what's the difference between each capsule, I think such a person wouldn't have such a sadistic side to bully us. He also sounds like a guy who can throw some money around!"

"You can never know…" Mom wasn't convinced, but she felt better nonetheless.

Nana just puffed her chest out and said, "Believe it! Believe in Michu's good luck! We might soon change our life and have proper sleep and home to live with!"

"..." Mom just closed her eyes and prayed inwardly so that her daughter's words would turn true in the future.

She then stood up and said, "I will believe… That's all I can do."

"Mom, you should sleep in this capsule! It's really comfy here! Hehe!" Michu was glad that the bad atmosphere finally wore off. He happily laughed out loud and both ladies couldn't help, but smile faintly as well.

Mom replied, "It's yours, Michu. Just sleep here… Ah, are you playing The Four Leaf game?"

Michu nodded hearing her question.

His mother added, "One of my employer's children plays this game… Though he is from a wealthy family, his game experience increased his family's wealth by 20% in just one year… This game has a lot of potential and I often hear my employer and her friends talking about it."

Michu's mom's job was cleaner. She knew that the game could change people even more than Michu and Nana who didn't have much contact with television and stuff.

They could only hear a few things from classmates and news on the street.

"Awesome! I can do it too because I got Monkey God's Will Inheritor class!" Michu raised his thumb and reassured everyone in the house.

His sister raised her big eyes at him, "Really, big brother?!" She sounded so happy that Michu just awkwardly scratched his hair.

"Yes!"

"Then we have to make a profile for you on social media and hope you get as many levels as possible really fast!" Nana said, then pulled her brother to her laptop. She did some research to help her brother by scrutinizing the game's forum.

Seeing them two smiling and looking excited before the screen, mom's lips unconsciously curled up and she went to the bathroom with a warm heart.

So warm that the cold water didn't bother her for the first time.
