The Mysterious Black Magician Chapter 35

After introducing the three elders, the speaker Head Instructor Mr. Stone De Guz Man proceeded by giving a slight briefing about this world and the academy.
After the briefing, one of the elders, Elder Gatan used a resonance with his deity. After that, his body was enveloped by blueish mana. A moment later, all those mana that was surrounding him slowly faded like it was being absorbed by his body.
This was the skill that only an expert magician could do. The level of understanding and control over magic was not based on a magician's breakthrough level, but it was based on his training and perseverance to learn and how eager he or she wanted to advance his/her level of understanding and control.
Elder Gatan was absorbing that mana that was encasing his body to minimize the use of mana at a reasonable degree. Fledgling doesn't know about it. All of them thought that encasing one's body with mana could increase their defense and attack power. But the truth was, it only increased a little while at the same time eat much of their mana. That mana that was wasted from covering one's body could be used in a more specific and efficient way.
Although he could absorb it in an instant, he chose to do it slower to show it to these fledgling trainees the difference in their level of understanding and control over magic, and what they could possibly learn in this academy.
All the trainees were watching in awe. Everyone suddenly felt the urge to learn and to perform better.
Seconds later after absorbing all those excess mana in his body, he summoned a circle object, with an estimated 3 inches radius or lower. The object he summoned was a pale orb with hazy bluish light.
Watching the object on elder Gatan's hand, Yman believes that it was some kind of weapon used by a magician who has had the expertise in Casting Magic Spell.

A moment later, the orb glowed after he chanted a spell. Then the water on a glass hovered to the air like a fountain until it empties the glass. Magically the water did not spill and scattered.
The water swirled in the air as they gathered in one spot trying to make a form. Elder Gatan continued chanting the spell and what happened next was amazed all the fledgling trainees.
Hundred Sprite Summoning!
The accumulation of water broke into pieces and those broken pieces formed tiny sprites or water spirit then they flew around on top of the elders like tiny bugs.
About hundreds of tiny sprites, each took 1 piece of paper on the table and flew towards the trainee as they handed those papers to every trainee.
The trainees took the paper handed to them by those cute tiny creatures. The trainees were more than amazed at the magical spell used by Elder Gatan.
Every trainee has a different conclusion for these tiny water sprites. Some thought it was illusion magic. Some surmised they were summoning magic. And the others believe it was some kind of ancient spell. The other had different guesses as well.
When all the trainee got a piece of paper in their hand, the speaker HI Stone De Guz Man instructed them what to do next.
Those papers handed to them were not ordinary papers. They were magical devices or also known as Magical Tools. These magical tools were more efficient to use than the conventional one.
Magical particles followed when Yman's finger was trailing down the papers as he wrote something on it.
The water sprites were flying beside the trainee's side. After he finished writing on the magical paper,
Yman noticed the tiny sprite playing tag with Sistela as they swirl around him. He scratched his face and forced a lazy smile after seeing Sistela trying her hardest to catch the water sprite which undoubtedly more agile than her. Although Sistela was already a level 3 deity and already got her arms. But too bad for her, her speed just enabled her to float.

He felt pity for his deity, looks like this water sprite with him was a playful one and a bully at the same time. When Sistela was about to rest, the water sprite would appear before her and would poke on her round body. Then the annoyed Sistela would chase after the water sprite again. Yeman noticed the other sprite was behaving accordingly only this sprite with him was a bit different.
"Yman Bro, shall we write only the name and magic type we currently have?"
Bob who failed to follow what the HI instructed awhile ago looked behind him and asked Yman about the other information that was needed to write down on the paper.
"Your name, age, gender, blood type, Outerworld address, your deity's level, and your current breakthrough level," Yman replied.
"Ohh, thank you, Yman bro!" Bob was so thankful that he asked Yman.
"Don't mind..."
"Nice memory, my frog prince," from behind him, Keremi softly whispered.
Yman suddenly felt a chill that tickled his ears.
|The heck, I forgot this dude!| He exclaimed inwardly. Yman was wondering why this guy kept calling him a Frog Prince. Isn't the Frog Prince some kind of ancient tale from a lost era?
After they finished writing all the needed info's of themselves, they handed the paper back to the water sprites. The other sprites dove back to the glass after putting the paper back on the table which already signed by the trainee.
Yman noticed sistela already out of gas. She was sitting on his shoulder and did not twitch. She must be tired of floating already. Regardless, the bully sprite was poking her but Sistela had no reaction at all. She must be reaching her limits.
He shooed the water sprite. But the water sprite flew in front of his face while staring at him which make Yman surprised.
"Fufu, look at that little thing, even this tiny one showed interest to you, my frog prince," Keremi whispered again.

Quebracho: The Legend of Two Heroes
After a violent and tough battle, you recover in an infirmary with your fellow soldiers, or in a more relatable scenario, visit your friend's house after a hard day of studying. You’d expect that both of them would play out normally for the most part, right? Well... Maxon Cortez and Jason McGuire had the same thoughts too. Yet, fate has different plans for them: Max ends up in an eerie location he doesn’t recognize and Jace gets transported to an entirely different world that works like a video game (sort of) by walking into a portal. As they travel along the lands, the two of them will encounter other individuals of many kinds, make friends new and old, gain powerful abilities, experience spectacular adventures, and obtain priceless treasures. However, Maxon and Jason will unknowingly become integral parts of a nefarious conspiracy that, if successful, will plunge both of their worlds into eternal chaos and darkness. So it’s up to them and their allies to thwart it. Side-Note: I’ll admit right off the bat that this story will be my first attempt at writing a LitRPG, so the in-game mechanics and terminology will probably look weird and be even nonsensical. If you notice something that’s out-of-place or just flat out wrong, I apologize. Not only that, it's been a while since I've wrote anything and thus I'm a little bit rusty. So please bear with me. New chapters once every Saturday or Sunday. Also, I'll be fine-tuning the grammar, punctuation, and spelling when I have the time. So expect a lot of random edits. This story is also available on ScribbleHub.

Adelaide
The entries here are transcribed from the log of Marie Ruiz, first mate of the Adelaide. It was definitely, definitely not published without her permission or knowledge by a certain lovable artificial intelligence for the purpose of sharing it with my AI friends on other ships who follow it like a soap opera. No way, no how. Remember guys, don’t go spreading this around too much. Only pass it on to those you can trust. God forbid this should ever end up on a public network… (Adelaide is a science fiction web serial featuring the adventures of a crew of smugglers. In space. It’s on the softer end of the soft/hard sci-fi spectrum because the author got a C in physics. Updates every other Sunday.)
