Hidden Wife : Best Husband Chapter 409

After an hour's drive, Dae Hyun finally arrived at his destination. The road into the village was narrow so Dae Hyun decided to park his car on the side of the highway.
Dae Hyun then ran with wide strides. He wanted to know how Soo Yin was this time. Wanted to quickly find out if they did what was currently residing in his mind.
In front of the village chief's house it was very crowded because the residents were breaking down the door. They can't wait to see Soo Yin and Park Soo Hyun got punishment.
Soo Yin continued to sob in fear. The village chief was no longer able to contain the anger of his residents because he had been stalling for too long.
"Don't worry, his family will be here soon." As much as possible, the Village Chief bought time until Dae Hyun came.
The citizens couldn't wait for Soo Yin's hand to be tightly gripped. They were going to drag her back out.
"Wait!" shouted the male voice very loudly. His voice was able to silence the villagers who kept screaming.
"Let her go!" Dae Hyun exclaimed while looking at the citizens who were about to grab Soo Yin's wrist. His gaze was sharp and fiery.
"Who are you to command us?" said one resident.
"I am her boyfriend," said Dae Hyu while looking at Soo Yin.
"And he is my brother," he continued while pointing at Park Soo Hyun.
Everyone was silent. Park Soo Hyun was the most shocked of all when he heard that. But he was sure that Dae Hyun was just pretending when he said it.
After Dae Hyun explained at length, Soo Yin and Park Soo Hyun were finally released. The residents looked disappointed because they could not punish them.

They now walked out of the way to the car in silence. There was silence without anyone wanting to say anything. Only the sound of Soo Yin's sobs was left behind.
It turned out that Chang Yuan was already on the highway with some of his men. Dae Hyun deliberately contacted him, maybe they were needed.
"Come in." Dae Hyun opened the door for Soo Yin with a flat face.
"Hyeong, let Soo Yin come home with me," said Park Soo Hyun.
"You go with Chang Yuan and take your car," Dae Hyun said as he looked ahead without looking at his brother's face.
"But..." Soo Hyun objected.
"Hurry home with Assistant Chang!" Dae Hyun ordered furiously. His hands clenched into fists, his chest was pounding.
Soo Yin, who was already in the car could hear that her husband was very angry right now. She could only surrender about her stupidity.
=======================
Pyeongchang-dong villa,
Dae Hyun carried Soo Yin's body to get to their room. How could he have the heart to let Soo Yin walk alone when her condition was a mess.
Since on the way, not a single word was spoken from Dae Hyun's lips. It could be said that Dae Hyun was currently very angry, so it was better to keep quiet. Because silence was the highest level of anger.
Meanwhile, Soo Yin looked shocked by what had just happened. She snuggled against Dae Hyun's chest while wrapping her arms around his neck. It was like a dream because she was almost forcibly married to Park Soo Hyun. Something that had never crossed her mind.
After arriving at their room, Dae Hyun immediately laid Soo Yin on the bed.
"Where are you going?" Soo Yin held Dae Hyun's arm as he was about to leave.

"I'll treat your wound first," said Dae Hyun, slowly he was releasing Soo Yin's grip from his hand.
Actually, at this time, Dae Hyun really wanted to be angry and slammed everything in front of his eyes. But as much as possible, he tried to restrain his anger so as not to frighten his little wife. He couldn't bear to make her cry again. Let his mind be tormented for a while.
Dae Hyun went to the bathroom to get some warm water. Then looked for first aid kit in the drawer.
Soo Yin sat on the side of the bed, about to get up to change her clothes. The clothes she was wearing were dirty and sweaty. Soo Yin was uncomfortable to wear them.
"Stay there, tell me what you need," said Dae Hyun when he saw Soo Yin was about to walk. He then placed a basin of warm water on the floor with a first aid kit beside it.
"No, I can take it myself." Soo Yin felt very bad for always bothering Dae Hyun. Moreover, at this time Dae Hyun's gaze was so cold to her. Very much different from the usual which was warm and affectionate.
Although Dae Hyun didn't say harsh words and nagged like he usually did when she did something wrong. But Soo Yin knew that her husband was currently very hurt.
Dae Hyun sat Soo Yin back on the edge of the bed slowly. Then immediately went to find clothes for her.
After getting it, Dae Hyun started to help to put Soo Yin's clothes on in silence. There were jokes or teasing which were usually spoken.
The atmosphere in their room was very quiet. Only the sound of their breathing that could be heard.
Now Dae Hyun was treating Soo Yin's wound with antiseptic so it wouldn't get worse. The man felt pity and at the same time wanted to curse and scold his little wife's carelessness. But as hard as he can, he tried to hold it in so he wouldn't let it slip.
After finishing, Dae Hyun laid Soo Yin's body on the bed. Covered her with a blanket to keep her warm. He wanted to lie down beside her. But anger still resided in his heart. So Dae Hyun decided to sleep outside.
"Honey, where are you going?" Soo Yin whined in a spoiled tone. Her hands grip Dae Hyun's wrists that hung on both sides.

Thomas the Brawler
Thomas doesn't remember what his last name was, before it became Bluebrim, a name belonging to another universe. He's also pretty sure he wasn't this stupid before he arrived, but what can you do, when a day that was supposed to begin with an interview to set your life back on track instead begins in a universe that makes no sense, with rules you can't begin to understand? Maybe he should have paid more attention to the avatar creation screen ... Content warnings: All of them. Seriously. Expect lots of blue screens to begin with. Don't expect a power-leveling fantasy, in which the lone hero beats up all the bad guys, and gets a harem of women. There's just a guy who treats character creation like an annoying series of pop-up advertisements, and the story is basically the ramifications of that. The main character has to learn to take the world he's found himself in seriously, and he'll learn the way most of us do, by doing it wrong first. This is, insofar as it is successful, a dark comedy fantasy. Also a bit of horror, particularly but not exclusively body horror. I'm pretty sure I've earned those Content Warning tags, so, uh, yeah. This is practice. Hopefully things improve as I go, and figure out what I'm doing wrong, but I make no guarantees things will ever get better. I've already made mistakes, I'll make more, and I'm happy to notice them each time I make them. You don't improve unless you fail. (On the plus side, it probably won't get much worse.) Feel free to point out anything you think I'm doing wrong; I don't promise to change anything, particularly if it's a matter of taste, but I am looking to improve, and figuring out what I need to improve goes faster if I don't have to try to figure it out myself. I've updated the earlier chapters for formatting, in the hope that it would make everything easier to read on mobile devices. Hopefully things work slightly better now, but please let me know if there are any issues anywhere.
