Hidden Wife : Best Husband Chapter 403

Park Soo Hyun immediately went out through the gate to meet Soo Yin. She was sitting too close to the edge of a steep cliff. There was no fear in the expression on her face.
"Soo Yin, don't go too far because it's very dangerous," Park Soo Hyun said worriedly because Soo Yin sat too far to the edge. If she moved just a little, she will fall into the cliff.
"I'll be careful. You don't have to worry," Soo Yin said as she turned her face towards Park Soo Hyun. She immediately stood up and wiped her jeans which were dirty because of the ground.
"Am I able to practice right now?" asked Soo Yin impatiently.
Park Soo Hyun took a deep breath with a complicated expression on his face. He really couldn't bear to say that. Soo Yin would definitely be very disappointed in him. But earlier, he had tried to persuade Teacher Cheon, though to no avail.
"Sorry, today we can't. We'll come next time," said Park Soo Hyun with a sad feeling.
"Why?" said Soo Yin who immediately went limp. Her face immediately turned gloomy.
"Teacher Cheon is busy so he can't teach us," Park Soo Hyun said, lying.
"Hmmm, that's a shame. Even though I'm already excited," Soo Yin said. Her face looked very disappointed.
"Don't worry, next time we can come here again or find another place," said Park Soo Hyun to comfort Soo Yin.
Soo Yin was disappointed and regretted that she came and spent quite a lot of time but didn't get anything she wanted. If she knew something like this would happen, surely Soo Yin would not have violated her husband's words. Maybe it was the result of being impatient and disobeying her husband's words.
"Alright, don't be sad. I promise, tomorrow we will find another teacher," said Park Soo Hyun. It really hurt his heart to see Soo Yin who was now uninspired.

Soo Yin nodded her head weakly with sore legs. When something she wanted was not achieved, then Soo Yin felt her body very weak.
"Wait!" said Teacher Cheon who was now at the gate.
Park Soo Hyun and Soo Yin looked back simultaneously. They looked at each other for a moment.
"Park Soo Hyun, bring the girl in first," Teacher Cheon ordered.
Park Soo Hyun's face immediately lit up because he seemed to get a good signal from his teacher.
"Park Soo Hyun, who is he?" asked Soo Yin.
"He is Teacher Cheon," said Park Soo Hyun.
"Teacher Cheon, my name is Soo Yin." Soo Yin immediately bowed her body to give a respectful greeting.
Teacher Cheon just nodded his head with an even expression.
Without thinking and asking his teacher, Park Soo Hyun then brought Soo Yin to enter. Followed the footsteps of Teacher Cheon right behind him.
It turned out that Teacher Cheon took them not to the practice place. But to a place that was on the side of the hermitage. A place that students rarely went there.
Teacher Cheon had wanted to let them go, but seeing Soo Yin made him uncomfortable. Felt pity because she had come a long way there but he didn't tell her to come in.
"Before practicing, change your clothes first," Teacher Cheon ordered with his arms folded across his chest.
"Can we practice, Master?" Soo Yin knitted her brows together. Because Park Soo Hyun said that they couldn't practice because his teacher was busy.
"Just for today," said Teacher Cheon flatly.
"Thank you, Master." Soo Yin couldn't hide her happiness this time. Her lips curved into a very sweet smile.
Not long after, a female waitress came to bring clothes and a tray containing two drinks for Soo Yin and Park Soo Hyun.

Although it did not accept female students, that did not mean that there were no women in the school. The servants were still women but most of them were no longer young.
Obediently, Soo Yin immediately changed into her Taekkyon uniform. The size was much looser so as not to restrict the movements.
"Drink first," said Teacher Cheon.
Obediently and without arguing Soo Yin then took a glass. Though if it was a drink to welcome guests who came.
"Argh!" Soo Yin exclaimed while holding her neck. Just one gulp, Soo Yin already felt her throat constrict. It turned out to be a very bitter drink.
"What is this drink, Master?" Soo Yin asked while blinking her eyes. She shuddered to feel the drink that immediately spread throughout her mouth and throat.
Park Soo Hyun who was beside her only grimaced at the look on Soo Yin's face. He forgot to say that before practicing usually students will be asked to drink a special potion that tasted very bitter.
"It's a special potion so that after practicing your body won't feel sore," Park Soo Hyun said, grinning.
"Should I drink it all?" Soo Yin looked sourly at the glass which was still almost full in her hand. Even right now her tongue tasted bland. She licked her tongue a few times.
"That's up to you. The risk will be taken by each," said Teacher Cheon flatly. His words sounded casual but contained orders in them.
Park Soo Hyun also drank it until it was finished. In the past, he got used to it so it wasn't too much of a problem with the taste. Moreover, before practicing he was used to drinking it.
Soo Yin only drank half of it because her throat couldn't handle it if she had to finish it.
"Park Soo Hyun, you didn't forget about the punishment, did you?" asked Teacher Cheon.
"No, Master," said Park Soo Hyun. Then he hurriedly stepped into the well which was not far from where they were.
Park Soo Hyun took off his clothes so that his pure white body shone in the sun. His muscular body looked so perfect. There was no fat attached to his body.
Soo Yin turned her face to the other way, she tried to swallow her saliva which tasted bitter when she saw Park Soo Hyun's body. But there was something in Soo Yin's heart about the punishment that Teacher Cheon gave.
Park Soo Hyun turned out to be taking water from the well. Then put it in two places that were similar to buckets. Once full, he immediately carried it towards the kitchen. He kept doing it back and forth several times.
Soo Yin was still silent, considering her feelings of wanting to ask but afraid of teacher Cheon.
"Do you want to ask something?" guessed Teacher Cheon who can read Soo Yin's mind.
"Teacher, why is Park Soo Hyun punished for taking water?" Soo Yin asked courageously.
"That's because it was his fault that he brought a girl to this place. Let him, now you should get ready because we will practice," said Teacher Cheon.
Soo Yin's mouth was about to open again but she cancelled her intention. It felt too chatty if she asked too many questions. She intended to just ask Park Soo Hyun
"You'd better warm up before you start," Teacher Cheon ordered.
"Okay, Master." Soo Yin immediately moved her body. By moving the legs and arms that she remembered when warming up to exercise.

In The Maw Of The Gods
Synopsis Lilly Harper was always the type to keep to herself. She struggled to make friendships and so, she simply opted not to. That was why moving to the coastal town of Wilham didn’t bother her. She wasn’t leaving anybody behind and she certainly didn’t expect to be making any friends any time soon. However, when she starts hearing about the school’s “Magic Club”—a group of weirdos who claim that magic is real, she can’t deny that she’s slightly intrigued. Then without warning, she suddenly finds herself wrapped up with them. And what if they aren’t crazy? What if magic is actually real? And what if it’s because of that magic that something more powerful than they could ever conceive of is drawn to Wilham? I plan to follow a release schedule of Tuesday/Friday. Average chapter length will be 4,000 to 6,000 words and I will be using multiple POV's quite often. Also to note, while I am flagging the story with content warnings, I am only doing so because there are specific moments where it will be needed. Overall, the story will be relatively tame and I plan to put extra warnings at the beginning of chapters that it applies to. Thank you to everybody who decides to give my story a chance and I hope you enjoy it!
