Hidden Wife : Best Husband Chapter 401

It took almost an hour to reach the Inwangsan Mountain area. Along the way, Soo Yin kept on shining, forgetting the trouble that would be obtained because she had violated her husband's prohibition. She really wanted to try the martial arts shown by Park Soo Hyun.
"Hmmm, the place is a bit far so we have to walk to get to the top." Park Soo Hyun doubted Soo Yin's ability to climb hundreds of stairs. Shouldn't have taken her there. But seeing her looking excited made him not have the heart.
"No problem, I can definitely do it," Soo Yin said with great confidence in her ability.
Soo Yin got out of the car first because she was impatient. Wanted to enjoy the beautiful green trees as far as the eye can see.
Inwangsan Mountain was a mountain with a height of 338 meters. In the past, Park Soo Hyun was evacuated there when his parents could no longer take care of him due to his delinquency which was difficult to cure.
Park Soo Hyun was there for a few months while still in high school.
"How did you know this place?" asked Soo Yin, curious that a rich person like Park Soo Hyun knew of a place hidden behind a mountain.
"It was my father and mother who brought me to this place," said Park Soo Hyun, grimacing. There was a sense of shame when he wanted to continue the story.
"Why?" Soo Yin frowned until her brows knitted together.
"When I was in school I was very unruly and my behavior was very bad," said Park Soo Hyun shyly.
"Really? It's unbelievable that you were such an unruly child back then." Soo Yin chuckled amused hearing Park Soo Hyun's story.
"In the past I also changed my own name to Park. With the reason that I didn't like my name and it wasn't cool," said Park Soo Hyun, who laughed with Soo Yin. It was great to be able to laugh together with the people we loved.

"No wonder your name is different from Mr. Dae Hyun. I think your parents deliberately gave a different name," Soo Yin said.
"I used to be really bad and used to fight almost every day. My parents couldn't stand it and brought me here."
Soo Yin shook her head, it was unbelievable that behind Park Soo Hyun's very friendly attitude, he turned out to have a dark past.
"Never mind, we better get up soon. You said not to come home too late," said Park Soo Hyun.
Soo Yin nodded her head.
They immediately climbed one by one the stairs made of stone. The stairs can only be climbed by one person because it was very narrow and there was no safety on both sides. One step wrong, then they will fall.
Park Soo Hyun asked Soo Yin to walk in front, because he was afraid that if Soo Yin was tired, the man would not know.
Only half way through, Soo Yin's legs already felt weak. But as much as possible, she tried to hold it. She didn't want to make Park Soo Hyun worry.
"Are you tired? If you're tired, climb on my back," said Park Soo Hyun worriedly when he saw the sweat that was already dripping down Soo Yin's face.
Soo Yin repeatedly wiped her sweat with the back of her hand. The condition that was already noon coupled with the hot weather made her throat feel dry.
"No, I just need a drink," Soo Yin said breathlessly. It turned out that getting to the top required a struggle.
Park Soo Hyun then opened the mineral bottle cap, then handed it to Soo Yin.
"Thank you," said Soo Yin. Then drank the drinking water until it was half a bottle. She was really thirsty right now.
"If you're tired you should rest. Or can you climb on my back?" Carrying Soo Yin was the best way for them to arrive quickly and Soo Yin didn't get tired.

"No need, I can still walk by myself," said Soo Yin quickly. She intended not to be close to Park Soo Hyun. Hee heart and body already belonged to Dae Hyun only.
Soo Yin quickened her pace up the stairs, leaving them a few steps apart.
After half an hour of walking, they finally reached the top. The place was very flat with a nice view. There we can see the city of Seoul with towering office buildings.
Soo Yin thought the place at the top would be disorganized. But it was much different from her imagination.
"Aaaaaaaa...." Soo Yin shouted as she spread her arms to relieve fatigue. The tiredness in her legs was replaced by a very stunning beautiful view.
Park Soo Hyun smiled as he watched Soo Yin twisted her body a few times. Her long hair fluttered in the mountain breeze. Her very beautiful face glowed even more.
Park Soo Hyun let Soo Yin outside because she was enjoying the natural scenery around her. He then walked towards the gate first.
There were two people in charge of guarding the gate.
"I want to meet my teacher," said Park Soo Hyun.
The two gatekeepers looked at each other. They didn't recognize Park Soo Hyun's face because they hadn't seen him in a long time.
"I'm Park Soo Hyun, teacher Cheon will definitely know me," said Park Soo Hyun.
"Are you Park Soo Hyun the son of Mr. Park Ji Hoon?" One of them made sure that his guess was not wrong.
"That's right," said Park Soo Hyun.
"It turns out that you were the one who was always making trouble when you first came here?" said the other guard.
Park Soo Hyun just smirked while scratching the back of his head. In the past, Park Soo Hyun was also known as a bad student.
"Please come in, teacher Cheon is inside. I haven't seen you here in a long time," said the guard.
"I've been a bit busy these past few months," said Park Soo Hyun.
"I left the girl so that you guys pay attention to her. If she asks where I am, bring her inside," Park Soo Hyun ordered the guard while pointing at Soo Yin's whereabouts.
"Okay, you don't have to worry. Leave everything to us."
Park Soo Hyun looked at Soo Yin who was sitting on the ground under a tree. After making sure she was okay, he immediately stepped inside.
The place was like a hermitage with the style of the house was still traditional. Nothing had changed from that place since then.
Park Soo Hyun continued to walk while looking around the hermitage. It turned out that in the usual place for practice, the voices of people practicing could be heard. Park Soo Hyun peeked through the fence. It turned out that right now, many people were practicing in that place.
"What are you doing here?"
Park Soo Hyun jumped in surprise when he heard a voice that was so scary sounded in his ears. He held his chest, Park Soo Hyun immediately turned his head.
"Mr. Cheon?" Park Soo Hyun said, then bowed his body as a sign of respect.

Toothpick
“Hello! My humble audience! I, the Bard of the North, am going to tell you a tale. Nothing new, nothing old. A story of a hero, some may say, others a poor boy who was hated by the world.” The storyteller paused as he waited, right timing was everything when telling a story. Pacing… Too slow and the audience became bored then left without tossing even the smallest of coins. If he spoke too fast and rushed the story. It would leave the audience confused and having no reason to be impressed. So like any good storyteller, the Bard has to do a balancing act of sorts. Not too slow, not too fast. Just perfectly in the middle. “In a shattered country in the south, a novice princeling has the ambition to mend a torn tapestry that is his birthplace. Struggling to fend off those who would usurp the throne in an unending civil war spanning centuries. A mercenary that left only death in his wake, unable to stave off the monotony and peace of life. He looks back at the path laden with bodies, wondering if it was all worth it. Wandering souls summoned by a madman, travel away from a wasteland in a foreign land, the first alone, the others as companions. A deity, ancient in her years, waiting to be freed from a duty she no longer enjoys. For all these people and their stories, none are the hero of this tale. No, the hero is not grand, not wise, not ready.. he was punished for nothing of his doing, who was an outcast that was unloved by many, including his father.” This was always the big reveal novices use to jump off into their story. He did not start here, instead, like any good fishermen, he set the bait and waited until the fish bit before pulling. As he saw the audience's eyes focus, he then started the backstory. The harness, that stopped the listeners from having metaphorical whiplash. The foreshadowing. “But that is not where the story starts. No, not even the hero's birth. Where the story begins, is the boredom of the deity, a deity many know of. She who hunts for the impossible, the guide for those who have lost the path, the Huntress of Mallon--” A small pause, a short breath. “--All old names for a single powerful being that has roamed the grounds of this continent longer than any line of kings or queens, lords or ladies. A being of worship for many an individual…” One last breath. And he began singing the first verse.
