Hidden Wife : Best Husband Chapter 224

"I just delivered yesterday's report which turned out to be wrong," Han said dryly. No nervousness that appeared on his face.
When he saw Soo Yin's face, with a sly grin Han smiled. He grabbed the file again then opened it while walking towards Soo Yin.
Brakkk… Prang….
The sound of the collision and clinking of cups falling on the floor, bursted into the room. His voice was loud enough to be heard.
Han accidentally bumped into Soo Yin so that the coffee she was carrying spilled over the report he made. The report was now on the floor in wet conditions.
"Ouch!" Soo Yin moaned as her hands felt hot from being scalded by coffee. She rubbed her wrist quickly. Her clothes were also wet with coffee.
"Weren't you using your eyes whilst walking?" Han cursed angrily. Actually he did it on purpose to get the report wet so that Soo Yin would be fired. As per Aeri's request, he had to make Soo Yin stay away from Dae Hyun.
"Look, the report I made. Everything was in vain because you spilled the coffee," Han continued with a raised tone.
Soo Yin who was rubbing her shirt looked towards Han while frowning.
"Aren't you the one who didn't look around when walking. You already know that I'm standing in here but you were still walking while reading," Soo Yin muttered defensively. This was not her fault so there was no need to be afraid. After all, Soo Yin was annoyed with the man too.
"You are still defending yourself even though you already know if you are guilty," Han said while his hands on hips with eyes glaring at Soo Yin.
Instead of being afraid, Soo Yin did the same thing Han did. Now she felt like wanted to hit him. Didn't care about that man who looked angry.

"Now clean up the file right now before Mr. Dae Hyun comes!" Han ordered while pointing at the file that lied on the floor.
"I do not want to." Soo Yin shook her head. Out of nowhere to get this kind of strength to dare to refute Han's orders.
"If you don't want to, be prepared by packing up all your things because soon you will be fired," Han sneered while raising one lip upward.
Soo Yin narrowed her eyes as she wanted to laugh at Han's sneer.
"Right now, clean up all that!" Han said while narrowing his eyes.
Soo Yin just kept quiet without doing what Han ordered. It wasn't her fault that Soo Yin didn't want to do it. It didn't matter if her husband got angry later.
Han's anger grew even more when Soo Yin was silent without doing his orders. He immediately took one step forward and then pressed Soo Yin's shoulder until she sat on the floor.
"Ouch!" Soo Yin moaned as her shoulders ached and her knees ached too.
Right at that moment, the door opened from outside. It was Dae Hyun who entered.
As soon as he entered the room, Dae Hyun's gaze was immediately fixed on Soo Yin who was sitting on the floor. She looked grimaced in pain.
"What is this?" Dae Hyun asked in his cold voice. He immediately stepped toward them.
"Sorry, sir. The report I fixed was damaged by your sloppy secretary," Han said while glancing at Soo Yin.
"Soo Yin, get up." Dae Hyun stretched out his hand to help Soo Yin up.
"Soo Yin, why don't you clean the file!" snapped Han who had run out of patience. By scolding her, Han also intended to find a face.
Usually Dae Hyun really believed in him if he got angry like this then anyone will be fired immediately.

Dae Hyun really didn't accept Han who yelled at his little wife.
"Don't ever yell at her!" Dae Hyun exclaimed quite loudly as he tightened his fists. His face looked flushed from holding back anger. The look in his eyes also looked so sharp and scary.
"But, she destroyed the report you requested, sir." Han was so stunned, could not understand what he had just heard.
"You can make it again if it destroyed," Dae Hyun said.
"But this is all because of Soo Yin's fault. She was bringing coffee and suddenly bumped into me," Han said defensively. Didn't let the weapon eat the master. There was no way he did it all again.
"Intentionally or unintentionally it is your job. It is not the duty of a secretary, because Soo Yin's job is only to help my work," Dae Hyun said with great emphasis.
"But…." Han said.
"I don't care. That report must be on my desk this afternoon," Dae Hyun said.
Han forced to pick up the filthy file. He walked past Soo Yin while glancing at her with a sharp gaze.
"Excuse me, sir," Han said with intense anger. If Aeri had not asked for it, he would not have done the job twice. It's really time consuming. There was no way the report could be finished in the afternoon.
Soo Yin was about to crouch down, intended to clean the broken glass on the floor. But Dae Hyun immediately grabbed her wrist.
"No, let's just let the servant clean it," Dae Hyun said softly.
"It's okay, I can clean it," said Soo Yin.
"Don't argue," Dae Hyun said firmly.
"What did Manager Han do to you?" Dae Hyun looked panicked seeing Soo Yin's red wrist.
"Ah, this is okay." Soo Yin covered her red wrist. Didn't want to panic Dae Hyun just because of a small thing like that.
"I saw him looking for something earlier. But he walked towards me instead so that the coffee I brought spilled," Soo Yin said with a bent face.
"Don't think about it. Maybe he really intends to make excuses as if you made a mistake," Dae Hyun said to comfort his little wife.
"I'm really sorry. I didn't do anything," Soo Yin said sadly.

Beneath the Dragoneye Moons
Elaine is ripped from this world to Pallos, a land of unlimited possibilities made real by a grand System governing classes, skills, and magic. An ideal society? What is this, a fantasy novel? Adventures? Right this way! A Grand quest? Nah. Friends and loot? Heck yes! Humans are the top dog? Nope, dinosaur food. Healing and fighting? Well, everything is trying to eat her. Join Elaine as she travels around Pallos, discovering all the wonders and mysteries of the world, trying to find a place where she belongs, hunting those elusive mangos, all while the ominous Dragoneye Moons watch her every move. Hey! Beneath the Dragoneye Moons is my first writing effort, so please be kind, but don’t hesitate to point out the flaws. The story starts off slowly, more like a slice of life than action-adventure, but it gets there! I’m going to be posting M-W-F I do know how the story ends, and I promise if it ever gets dropped, or I stop doing this, I will post the ending. There will be no random “this is the last chapter” out of the blue. [participant in the Royal Road Writathon challenge]

The Silver Mana - Book 1: Initiate
I used to be a healthy, young guy with a normal life - I had a career planned in professional soccer, a girlfriend, lots of hobbies, and loads of fun. Until the accident. Which changed my life. A few years later I had adjusted to my new reality, adjusted to being in a wheelchair, adjusted to having someone take care of me 24/7. And then the world changed. Old people and kids did not make it. And neither was I supposed to make it. But never count me out. If anything, I am tenacious. This new world was different. People could do magic. And there were monsters. And what about me? I had mana as well, silver mana. Which no one else seemed to have. The only problem was, I did not know what to do with it. Until I really needed to. Author's note: This is the rewrite of Silver Mana. The first bunch of chapters (until I will have caught up to level 2 of the dungeon) should be quite familiar to people that have read the original. There are some changes in content, but the story follows the original fairly closely for at least the first 150-200 pages. Most of the changes are in the writing, and some of the details of how things work. A few of the side characters get a bit more attention too. Some general comments to avoid disappointment: 1. The MC likes to swear. If you object to reading the word "fuck" at least once and usually multiple times each chapter don't read the book. "Fuck" is such a great, allencompassing word... fuck that; what the fuck?; fuck me! Fuck! one word, expressing so many nuances. And, frankly, the people I know that use fuck as a swear word.. they often use it a lot. 2. If you are looking for immediate progression, rapid advancement of the story, etc.... read another book. This one takes a bit. 3. I am NOT Pirateaba (who is writing The Wandering Inn) or anyone close to that level of productivity. If you expect to read 10k words every 3 days, or even just once a week... sorry. I've got a busy life. This is for fun, I have no patreon, paypal, anything, so I write when it is fun and however much is fun. Not more. And sometimes that turns out to be a decent amount, sometimes nothing. I have another book (Marrow) so that complicated things - basically I switch between the two whenever the muse strikes me.

A cry for help goes out and bonds long faded into obscurity are renewed. And the world quakes when their calls are answered. Melena, once a slave girl, resides happily in the Mansion and is slowly getting used to her new life, where equality seems to rule. When the enigmatic master of the Mansion decides to personally deal with the rulebreaker, her world is turned upside down as she stumbles upon ancient mysteries that threaten to overwhelm her. Luckily she finds support in her once-liberator, now turned friend, the happy-go-lucky Evon, who carefully hides his past, the ghost-like Khrast, Kreya and many others. It is a tale of adventure, of lies and deceit, of love lost and found, of bravery and cowardice and where every one of our heroes and villains alike strive to find the answer to the same question: who is the being behind the Mansion of the Woods?
