Since it was still dim, Jo Yeon Ho had been sitting on the terrace waiting for his return home accompanied by Eun Hee. Whenever there was a sound of a car passing by, the child rushed off of Eun Hee's lap. Wanted to see if it was his father's car or not. Eun Hee was even touched by the deep longing in Jo Yeon Ho's heart.

"Yeon Ho, Mr. Dae Hyun will arrive soon. Let's go to the room first to get ready," Eun Hee invited as she stepped toward Jo Yeon Ho who was standing near one of the pillars.

"I want to wait for father and mother first," Jo Yeon Ho said with a sad face that looked visible. His heart will not be calm if his parents have not returned home.

Eun Hee felt sorry for her foster child who looked gloomy. Jo Yeon Ho really hoped that her parents will come home soon because today was the day of his graduation party. There was a small hope that his parents can come like the others.

A silver Maybach finally entered the yard.

Jo Yeon Ho's face immediately lit up when he saw the car he was so familiar with. With a little jog, the boy headed to the place where the car stopped. He couldn't wait to hug his father tightly.

"Father!" Jo Yeon Ho exclaimed as he tapped the windshield. His face looks very cheerful after knowing his father's arrival.

Dae Hyun immediately opened the car door. His chest touched when he saw his son was so eagerly waiting for his to come home.

"Wow, father's son was awake." Dae Hyun crouched down to align himself with Jo Yeon Ho so that the boy rushed into his arms. Immediately break away after a while.

"Dad, why are you just coming home now? Didn't you say you came back to Seoul yesterday morning?" Jo Yeon Ho asked with a sullen face. He wanted to know why his father didn't see him right away.

"Sorry, dad is a bit busy. There were some work to taken care of," Dae Hyun said. His chest ached because he often told a lie to his son.

"Father must replace it by inviting me to go on vacation," Jo Yeon Ho said with pursed lips.

"Where do you want to vacation?" Dae Hyun asked as he ruffled his son's hair.

"Hmmm, I want to go to Japan to follow my grandfather," Jo Yeon Ho said after thinking hard. He really liked the cherry blossom country.

"All right, later when you are on vacation we will go there," Dae Hyun said as he patted his son's shoulder softly.

"Hooray!" Jo Yeon Ho jumped with joy.

"Father today is my graduation ceremony. You can come right?" Jo Yeon Ho asked hopefully.

"Is it true today? Dad almost forgot if you didn't remind me." Dae Hyun patted his forehead lightly. He didn't remember at all. Lucky Soo Yin sent him home early in the morning.

"Why did you forget that? Am I not important anymore?" Jo Yeon Ho asked as he lowered his gaze to the ground. There is a little bit of disappointment that his father forgot something very important to him.

"What did you say? You've always been important in father's life. Who told you that?" Dae Hyun said. He suspected that Aeri was trying to incite Jo Yeon Ho.

"Mom said dad has changed unlike before and may not love me," Jo Yeon Ho said by playing with his fingers.

Dae Hyun was furious. How could Aeri say that to his son? He had to speak to her immediately to ask for an explanation.

"Your mother is lying. Don't ever listen to what she has said," Dae Hyun said irritatedly. When Aeri was still a model and was busy he never talked about her in front of his son. He always told Jo Yeon Ho to stay calm. But after gaining trust, she tried to keep him away from Jo Yeon Ho.

"Mother also said that you don't pay attention to mother anymore," Jo Yeon Ho said honestly. For this matter, Jo Yeon Ho didn't hear it from Aeri directly. He heard it when Aeri called someone, Jo Yeon Ho overheard her accidentally.

"Where is your mother now?" Dae Hyun said while tightly clenching his fists. His jaw now seemed tense.

"Mother is returning to my grandmother's house until now. It seems that mother don't remember my graduation today," Jo Yeon Ho said sadly.

'Geez, that woman!' Dae Hyun thought angrily.

"Calm down, maybe soon mom will be home too." Dae Hyun tried to calm his son down. Can't bear to see him sad like that

"We'd better be prepared so as not to arrive late," he continued. Dae Hyun lifted Jo Yeon Ho's body and then went into the house.

While waiting for his son who was getting ready, Dae Hyun sat on the sofa while repeatedly calling Aeri. Her number had been inactive so he suspected Aeri was not at her mother's place. If only now wasn't Jo Yeon Ho's graduation ceremony, it was certain that Dae Hyun would have gone there alone to confront her. That way Aeri will not be able to dodge it again.

"Dae Hyun, can Aeri be contacted?" Mrs. Park asked while sitting next to his son.

"Not yet, Mom. Her cell phone number is not active," Dae Hyun said, still with the cellphone beside his ear.

"Geez, where is she actually? Already know that her son has an event but hasn't even returned until now," Mrs. Park grumbled who felt quite annoyed with her daughter-in-law.

"Try to contact her mother," Mrs. Park suggested.

Dae Hyun obeyed his mother's words to contact his mother-in-law but the results were to no avail because there was no answer at all.

Dae Hyun was curious about why his wife and mother-in-law were so difficult to contact.
