Hidden Wife : Best Husband Chapter 178

Dae Hyun and Soo Yin were now sitting at Mi Young's table.
"Okay, I'll give you vitamins and medicine. You have to drink regularly so that your pregnancy is fine," Mi Young said while writing a prescription for the medicine they had to redeem at the hospital pharmacy.
"One more thing, you have to come regularly every month to see a doctor," Mi Young continued.
"Thank you, Doctor," Soo Yin said with a smile that didn't fade away.
"Honey, you have to take care of our future baby." Dae Hyun shamelessly grabbed Soo Yin's waist in front of Mi Young.
"Of course I will take care of it," Soo Yin said, who leaned her head on Dae Hyun's arm.
Mi Young massaged her temples, feeling uncomfortable and embarrassed to see the intimacy of her ex-lover with his young wife. Mi Young was Dae Hyun's only ex-lover. They dated when they were in high school long enough that the image of the good times still remained in Mi Young's heart.
'If this young girl is his wife then where is Aeri? Have they separated?' Mind full of question marks but immediately got rid of her curiosity.
Mi Young used to know the news that Dae Hyun was married to a top model who was quite famous. Of course he knew that the woman was Aeri.
"Then excuse us," Dae Hyun said.
Mi Young's tongue felt so sore that she just nodded her head. She kept staring at Dae Hyun's back, who had not been seen for a long time.

Dae Hyun drove his car back to the villa after the first dinner at the restaurant.
Soo Yin continued to cling to her husband's arm, even though Dae Hyun was focused on driving.
"Honey, so you already know if I'm pregnant from Doctor Kang? Why didn't you tell me," Soo Yin said while turning her face to the side to look at her husband.

"Yes, but I'm not so sure so I didn't tell you first. How are you feeling right now?" Dae Hyun asked.
"I'm very happy," Soo Yin said with a happy face. She continued to hold her stomach which was still flat.
Dae Hyun was too happy to express his feelings in words. He was happy because soon they will have a very cute baby.
"Honey, haven't you come home to meet Yeon Ho yet?" Soo Yin asked. Even though Yeon Ho was not her real child, Soo Yin didn't want that child to not get attention from his father. Especially after that night when Yeon Ho trusted her so much, she really didn't want to be a selfish and evil woman.
"Not yet," Dae Hyun said with a soft sigh.
"Meet him, don't make him sad because he missed you," Soo Yin said.
"Tomorrow I'll be home," Dae Hyun said because he also missed his son.
Soon they finally arrived at the villa. As usual, Dae Hyun will rushed to open the door for Soo Yin. He was about to carry Soo Yin's body but the girl immediately grabbed his wrist.
"Honey, I'm pregnant, not sick. I don't want you to treat me like a sick person. I'm not that weak," Soo Yin muttered. Dae Hyun's attitude towards her was too much.
"Okay, but be careful," Dae Hyun said as he let her get out of the car by herself.
Dae Hyun walked beside Soo Yin while leading his wife along.
"Didn't I tell you not to make me look like sick?" Soo Yin glared at her husband.
"I'm just afraid you might fall," Dae Hyun said.
"Let me walk by myself!"
Dae Hyun finally pulled himself away from Soo Yin until she was one meter behind him.

====================================
Early in the morning Dae Hyun was awake because he was going to UN Village because last night Jo Yeon Ho had also asked him to come home. There was anxiety when he had to leave Soo Yin. His heart was still not calm at the moment because he remembered Mi Young's words about Soo Yin's weak pregnancy.
"Is it okay for me to leave you?" Dae Hyun asked.
They were currently in the dining room for breakfast sitting across from each other.
"It's okay, you don't have to worry." Soo Yin squeezed Dae Hyun's fingers who were on the dining table.
"You should contact me immediately if you feel sick like yesterday," Dae Hyun said. His light brown eyes were now dim with worry.
"I'm sure our baby will be fine." Soo Yin lowered her gaze to see her stomach which was blocked by the cloth. She rubbed her stomach gently.
Dae Hyun let go of Soo Yin's hand, then approached his little wife who was across from him. He sat squatting in front of Soo Yin. Gently, he rubbed the flat stomach.
"Honey, be fine in there. You have to be strong so that we can meet," Dae Hyun said as he uncovered the clothes Soo Yin was wearing and pressed her face against the stomach.
This was the first time Dae Hyun felt happiness because soon he can feel like a father with the girl he loved. In the past, when Aeri was pregnant, he never felt as happy as now. Even when Jo Yeon Ho was born he felt just like nothing special.
Dae Hyun was only able to love Jo Yeon Ho with all his heart when the child was one year old because at that age the child looked very cute.
"Yes, Dad. I'll be fine," Soo Yin said, imitating a child's voice while chuckling with amusement.
"Now I have to go, see you." Dae Hyun kissed Soo Yin's stomach for quite a while before finally releasing her.
"Now go, later Jo Yeon Ho will go to school," Soo Yin said while stroking Dae Hyun's hair.
Dae Hyun sighed softly then got up.
"Take good care of yourself." Dae Hyun kissed Soo Yin's forehead for a moment.
Soo Yin nodded her head with a smile to reassure Dae Hyun.

Fragments from the Wildlands
“Your first death is always the hardest.” Miguela was the third-born child of a well-off merchant family and knew from around the time she could speak that her life’s path was already decided. She was to become an Orator, as was Xandran tradition. However, Miguela had an affinity with the magikal arts and somehow found herself studying at the Academy. She did just enough to keep up with her studies but never found the motivation to apply herself and “reach her potential,” as her instructors often said. It was not that Miguela was uninterested in the arts. Rather, she knew her time at the Academy ultimately did not matter. Whenever Miguela returned home, she would become an Orator, and that would be that. Or so she believed until, one day, an opportunity appeared that would change her life. Miguela was offered the chance to join a research team tasked with a mission of the utmost importance to the future of the Five Kingdoms. She could not turn down the prospect of regaining control of her life and finally finding a purpose for herself. Of course, Miguela might soon discover that offers that appear too good to be true are usually fraught with lies. Welcome to Five Kingdoms of Cordizal! Question: What is the Five Kingdoms of Cordizal? I often get asked this type of question about my stories by friends, bloggers, and potential readers. The Five Kingdoms of Cordizal is a high-fantasy epic universe that is the setting for most of my stories. The foundation of the universe is its multicultural, multiracial setting with several sentient races attempting to carve their legacy and survive. The world is fully fleshed out and vibrant with a rich and mysterious history not based on Tolkien mythology. This brings me to magic. To me, magic is an essential part of the fantasy genre, so, of course, there is magic in the Five Kingdoms universe. However, one critical part of the Five Kingdoms universe is that magic is an abundant commodity that is a part of everyday life and not some plot device used to drive the story. In short, the Five Kingdoms universe is the setting of epic fantasy stories with deep characters and world-building. I try to tell as many different types of stories as possible in the universe, and hopefully, you can find something for you in it.
