Hidden Wife : Best Husband Chapter 146

"Is Mr. Dae Hyun okay?" She wanted to know if her husband was doing well and there were no serious problems.
"Of course, don't worry about it."
"Can I meet him?" Soo Yin asked. She hasn't calmed down if she hasn't confirmed it herself.
"Of course you can. Who will forbid you?" Park Soo Hyun said.
"Miss Aeri didn't let me in," Soo Yin said with a sad face.
"Don't worry. Let's go in," Park Soo Hyun asked, who immediately took Soo Yin's wrist. It was true, just touched her hand his heart was pounding again. He never felt this kind of thing even though he was close to so many women. Park Soo Hyun was increasingly convinced that Soo Yin was his true love.
"Sir, please let go of my hand," Soo Yin said. She felt very uncomfortable with Park Soo Hyun holding her. She also didn't want Park Soo Hyun to think of anything else.
"Sorry, I was too excited to see my brother immediately." With a heavy heart, Park Soo Hyun let Soo Yin's hand go.
'Be patient in a little bit, Park Soo Hyun. If she has accepted you then you can hold her hand any time,' Park Soo Hyun thought. He talked to himself to be patient any minute. He firmly believed that Soo Yin will be willing to be his future wife.
Soo Yin walked first to enter the hospital building followed by Park Soo Hyun behind her because suddenly someone had called him.
Soo Yin was now standing at the door of the room where Dae Hyun was being treated. Just about to hold the door knob Aeri went outside while glaring at her.
"What a pain!" Aeri cursed. Looked like she must have a way to get Soo Yin out of Dae Hyun's family because she has a bad feeling. Whenever there was Soo Yin near her husband's family, everyone always puts her first.
"Sorry miss, can I come in?" Soo Yin asked while biting her lower lip.
"Why don't you just go back to Seoul? You're not needed here at all. It's all your fault too," Aeri said curtly.
"Aeri, who are you talking to?" Mrs. Park exclaimed from indoors.
"I am …." Aeri was about to say that she was talking to a hospital cleaner but Park Soo Hyun suddenly appeared.

"I chatted with Soo Yin, Mom," Aeri continued. Then she opened the door wider for Soo Yin to come in even though she had almost kicked her out earlier.
"Soo Yin, come in. My husband has been waiting for you since earlier," Aeri said with a fake smile.
Soo Yin and Park Soo Hyun finally entered together.
Dae Hyun felt relieved after seeing that his little wife was doing well, but he also felt guilty when he looked at her swollen eyelids.
"Soo Yin, where have you been?" Mrs. Park asked Somehow she always liked seeing Soo Yin especially after knowing Park Soo Hyun liked her. She was increasingly impatient to want to make her daughter-in-law.
"I just went to the back of this building to get a breeze. Sorry if I bothered you," Soo Yin said as she bent her body.
"Not at all," Mrs. Park said as she gripped Soo Yin's fingers.
Soo Yin was really touched by Mrs. Park who smiles warmly at her because since childhood she has never felt a mother's love. She really hoped that Mrs. Park's attitude will not change if she found out about everything.
"Where are Grandma and Yeon Ho?" Soo Yin asked, who looked around the room but there was no Jo Yeon Ho and grandmother Hyun Bin.
"They have been sent home because it is not good for a child to be in the hospital," Mrs Park said.
Soo Yin nodded her head knowing about it.
"Hyeong, why are you acting stupid like that?" Park Soo Hyun grumbled as he looked at Dae Hyun who was sitting on the bed.
Dae Hyun only glanced at Park Soo Hyun while snorting. Even though he almost risked his life, he did not regret doing that. He didn't want Aeri to insult his little wife's cooking because he knew Soo Yin must have worked really hard to make it.
"I just want to go home because I'm cured," Dae Hyun said, who was about to remove the IV needle again. After seeing Soo Yin he didn't need any medicine. After all, the longer he stays here Aeri will definitely blame Soo Yin.
"Honey, stay here until tomorrow morning so that your body condition is completely recovered," Aeri said while holding Dae Hyun's arm.

Dae Hyun threw Aeri's hand roughly so that Aeri's body staggered backwards. Luckily there was Mrs. Park nearby.
"Dae Hyun, why are you rude like that to your wife?" Mrs. Park said, who glared at his son.
"Mom, looks like Dae Hyun really hates me for that photo." Aeri immediately sniffled while wiping the tears that trickled down her cheeks. It turned out that learning crying acting was very beneficial in situations like this.
"I didn't mean to. Never mind, don't exaggerate it," Dae Hyun said in a flat tone without feeling guilty at all.
"Dae Hyun, your jealousy is too much. Hurry and apologize to Aeri right now!" Mrs. Park was furious that Dae Hyun has hurt his wife. She rubbed Aeri's shoulder to calm her down.
"It's true what mother said, Hyeong. You can't be rude to sister-in-law," Park Soo Hyun said.
"Don't get involved!" Dae Hyun said in a high voice.
Soo Yin only watched those who were arguing with each other. Seeing Dae Hyun's attitude towards Aeri was completely inversely proportional to her being so gentle and caring. Soo Yin wondered if her husband had a dual attitude because of his completely changed attitude.
Aeri continued to sob. She wouldn't stop crying until Dae Hyun apologized to her.
"Dae Hyun, apologize right now!" Mrs. Park said one more time.
"What's so hard about apologizing to sister-in-law." Park Soo Hyun stepped down to protest because of his brother's stubborn attitude.
"Okay, I'm sorry," Dae Hyun said lazily and was very disgusted.
"I've forgiven you because I know if you're really jealous it means you love me," Aeri said with a sly smile on her thin lips.
"Never mind, I want to rest. You'd better just go home to grandma. Leave me alone here except for Soo Yin who can't go home. She has to take care of me because I've paid dearly for her," Dae Hyun said. He had absolutely no problem if his family found his words nonsense.
"Hyeong, Soo Yin is your secretary not your servant," Park Soo Hyun protested. He didn't want Soo Yin to take care of Dae Hyun.
"That's my business! You don't need to interfere. Now go home, I want to rest." Dae Hyun pulled the blanket from his feet to the top of his head. Silently he prayed that they would all really leave the hospital.
"Mother, just let me take care of him." Aeri wanted to show her in-laws if she had changed her attitude.
"Aeri, you also come home because I don't want you to be tired looking after me," Dae Hyun said from under the covers. He was forced to say such disgusting words.
"Thank you, darling. Apparently you are very understanding to me." Aeri bent over to hug her husband's body but Dae Hyun struggled a little so she let go.
"Soo Yin, if he's messing around, just call my number," Park Soo Hyun said.
"Yes, sir," Soo Yin said.
Actually, Park Soo Hyun wanted to accompany Soo Yin to the hospital but being in the hospital too long made his stomach churn. He really hated the smell of the drugs that were there.
Soo Yin tailed to the door to escort the three people. She took a deep breath before turning back to Dae Hyun.
Soo Yin walked quickly when she saw Dae Hyun leaning over his chest. He closed his eyes as if holding something tight in his chest.
"Sir, what's wrong with you?" Soo Yin asked in panic. She stood up but didn't know what to do.
"Call Doctor Kang right now," Dae Hyun said while enduring tightness and pain in his chest. He grabbed his neck which felt like it was choked.
"Very well," Soo Yin said. He immediately contacted Doctor Kang to ask for his opinion on what to do. It turned out that Doctor Kang suggested Soo Yin to redeem the medicine at the hospital pharmacy according to the medicine recommended.
Soo Yin immediately ran through the hospital corridor. She didn't care at all about the people who saw her. Not infrequently she even nearly hit other people. Right now she was really panicking afraid that something might happen to Dae Hyun. This situation was like experiencing déja vu when his father was in the hospital before.
After getting it, Soo Yin immediately returned to the room where Dae Hyun was treated. She immediately rushed to pour water and then opened the medicine from the package.

Embers in the Ash
Four ordinary young people from four corners of the Earth wake up on a hill in another world. Here, their very presence is a crime against the Gods. On the fringes of civilization, life is often brief and always violent, but in the Empire's Heartland, implacable hunters seek to rectify their blasphemous existence with Blade and Fire. To return home, they will need to adapt to a place where their life will be earned in steel. But what will they be ready to sacrifice for their goal? Will their flame flicker out like so many others before them? Or will they thrive as Embers in the Ash? Hello, and welcome to my first fiction on this site! Embers in the Ash is an epic fantasy adventure story that aims to span quite a few chapters (I hope!). To set expectations, this isn't going to be a LitRPG or power fantasy-style story. I'm aiming for a fairly grounded story set in a fairly high-fantasy world. I hope you enjoy it! For this first month of publication, my aim is to give you, the reader, something to really bite into. I will be releasing a chapter every day at 9:15 AM EST (13:15 GMT), as well as the occasional double chapter (which will always be announced by a post-chapter author blurb). Check in fifteen minutes after the first chapter's release! After this first month of publication, the aim is to go for either a weekly or bi-weekly release schedule, depending on the sort of time I can reliably dedicate to writing. Either way, settle in for the long haul, and welcome to the story!

A/N: Mature tag added for possiblity of violence, sex scenes (not entirely sure if I can write one though), etc.; harem tag removed but not exactly sure yet Hi guys, I thought I'd try to write a book (obviously easier said than done). Don't actually know where I'm headed with this but thought it would be fun to try to get as far as I can. There is no set schedule whatsoever. Constructive criticism greatly appreciated.
