Jomel was on a tree, he mostly ate vegetables and fruits.

Also his Bird-Like Raptor disdain of eating these fruits. Jomel knew that he had to feed his Soul-Beast so he would have to get out and hunt. He had some uncomfortable feelings like he is still hungry.

Losing protein?

No.

Soul-Beast Tamer's body composition has extreme endurance.

Plus they wouldn't get hungry even if they hadn't eaten for days and weeks. Is it motus again?

No

Motus is currently sleeping or acting lazy. Taotierus is also dead drunk, twitching from time to time inside his Soul-Space. He is clearly evolving with some of his fur falling.

Then who could it be?

Could it be his Voltury? A bird-like raptor?

And then he looked at Voltury's stats.

Now he knows why he is feeling itchy but why is he feeling itchy? Like he is always looking for battle but at the same time a portion of food to eat. Could it be that Tamers would have certain characteristics of their Soul-Beast?

He gotta look for an opponent and food to eat. He craves for something he couldn't explain. Maybe it really is this way, a Tamer would have some characteristics of their Soul-Beast.

All his Soul-Beast are a glutton.

Does it mean he's gonna be a meat-eating Tamer?

He never heard that Tamers would get their beast's Characteristics or it's just like he never encountered that information on this realm of Soul-Beast..? He gotta take a note in that one for sure. He remembered his team, they have a different kind of atmosphere.

Maybe that's why in television in the memory of Francis, Tamers had different kinds of traits and aura surrounding them. Does it mean he's gonna be a meat-eating maniac? That is something Jomel couldn't imagine. So jomel decided to set out and go for a hunt.

3 days...

Jomel's mouth was full of dirt and mud, he couldn't take it anymore.

His hunger feels like it is eating him.

Painfully and...

Slowly.

He thought that he would witness a lot of dangerous stuff inside. And face a lot of terrifying beasts, is there truly a danger here? But he couldn't even find a single Soul-Beast to eat. Maybe this is the true danger of war, inside the newly sprouted realm.

It's too troublesome.

His beasts are all glutton, is he gonna die from hunger together with them? He tried eating a Plant-Type Soul-Beast that he easily killed. But the hunger is still there. Then, he tried some edible-looking insects. Still, the result is the same, his insatiable hunger is eating him alive.

While feeling the pain, Jomel remembered something. His Taotierus ate those legendary bodies, but why couldn't he feel hunger? Although Jomel's memory is fuzzy at that because it's like something is controlling him.

But he can still remember some small details.

Jomel didn't know that the only reason Taotierus can eat those bodies is that he is just newly Contracted. If a day passes, Taotierus won't be able to eat using his physical form. He didn't know that, so he will be guessing endlessly about it. Jomel stopped thinking about it because he noticed something.

In a bush, there's something moving.

An ape with six muscular arms appeared.

It looked like it was in a hurry and distressed. Suddenly, A colossal shadow appeared and grabbed the monkey. Its size is like a combination of three school buses. It is a giant gorilla. A gorilla with six arms, pitch-black skin, and white fur covering its whole body.

*HO! HORH! HOHR!*

Jomel didn't appear and showed himself.

He is not moving, he is trying to conceal himself. So the gorilla won't notice. The gorilla looks left and right. It is checking for something because obviously, the gorilla is going to do something.

The little monkey in the palm of a giant gorilla tried to struggle. It was crying pathetically, with a desperate look on its expression.

The Giant gorilla snorted.

It opened its jaw and...

*CRUNCCH!!*

The head of the little monkey was bitten horribly. Jomel was stunned, this is the first he saw a Gorilla eating monkey similar to his kind.

But he didn't feel any pity, because when he saw the Gorilla bit the monkey. There's something inside of him that triggers his hunger. Greed began to flash in his eyes.

He didn't feel anything but hunger. The image of the Giant gorilla in his eyes is like a giant slab of meat. Jomel's instincts are telling him that this time. As long as he killed things.

His problem with his hunger will be solved.
