Rose stared at the bathroom at her own reflection.The upcoming day will be hard for her.And specially she was very sure Kelvin Kyle won't leave a single opportunity to make her life crazy like shit.She let out a sigh.

After she freshened up and was done with her breakfast,she sat with her laptop.The main cause of forbidding Kelvin Kyle not to contact her few weeks was not George actually.It was true that she wanted to spent some time with George but her main motive was to find another job.She was pretty sure that Kelvin Kyle won't take her any other job rather than joining his company.But she was also not someone who would give up so easily.She was very determined that she would somehow find a job.For this she needed some distraction and personal space from Kelvin Kyle.And now she was doing the exactly same as she thought.

Kelvin Kyle stopped hearing the voice.

"Stop right there.I swear if you try to hug me like a koala.I will smash you on the ground." Kelvin Kyle told the moment he saw Veronica running toward him.

Veronica seemed to be disheartened.

"Kel...Don't be mean to her.Why are you always having a bad mood?" Noah Kyle scolded Kelvin Kyle.

Kelvin Kyle didn't say anything.He made his way toward his room.As he removed his shirt,he heard Veronica.

"First brother,did I do something wrong?" Veronica said.

Kelvin Kyle stared at Veronica.There was no clothes on his upper body.His eight abdominal muscle was very prominent and naturally contoured as if God made his body with his own hand very carefully.Veronica blushed.She must admitted Kelvin Kyle was very handsome.No wonder why all the woman across the city head over heels for him.

He put on a robe and said,

"Did I say that you did something wrong?" He said very calmly.

Veronica sat on his bed.

"First Brother,I missed you." She said in a pampered voice.

"Veronica,you are not a kid anymore.Do you know that?" Kelvin Kyle said.

"I know…"Veronica blurted out..

"Then you should also know that you just can't enter my room like this.You should knock before." Kelvin Kyle said without any reaction.

"But first brother…"

Kelvin Kyle did not pay attention to her.He opened his cupboard.He took his cloth and went directly to the bathroom.He needed a cold shower now badly.Last night,it was very tough for him to not to make love with Rose.

He switched on the shower.Cold water started pouring on his muscular body.A ray of smile appeared on his thin lips.Last night it was hard to control himself but still he didn't mind.

It was a matter of great surprise that Kelvin Kyle didn't force Rose to sleep with him which now a days very common in today's cruel world and also he was an ex mafia boss.This kinds of thing is not very uncommon.But somehow this is the only thing that Kelvin Kyle didn't want to do against her will…

Kelvin Kyle came out from the bathroom after half an hour.He was wearing a normal pajama.Veronica was still there.

Kelvin Kyle was wiping his short hair with a towel.He was still reactionless to see Veronica there as if he already knew that she would be There.

"It's late at night.Go to your room." Kelvin Kyle said coldly.

Veronica did not say anything.She seemed to be hurt somehow.She stared at Kelvin Kyle with her big doe eyes that was almost ready to shed tears.

"What did I do wrong that you started avoiding me?" Veronica said with teary eyes.

Kelvin Kyle fixed his gaze on him.

"You should better know this,Veronica." Kelvin Kyle said coldly.

Veronica wiped her blue eyes.

"I am sorry brother.I was drunk last time.You know if I were sober,I never would do that."

Kelvin Kyle sighed a long breath.Veronica is thirteen years younger than him.She is Damien Kyle's mother and Kelvin Kyle's stepmother's sister's daughter. Veronica's mother got divorced with Veronica's father when Veronica was three.After a year Veronica's mother remarried.But the problem was Veronica's new stepfather didn't want keep her and he didn't mention that he didn't want to keep Veronica with themselves.He told it after marrying Veronica's mother.Veronica's mother was deavasted.So finally Damien Kyle's mother decided to brought Veronica to herself.

Veronica started living in the same house with Kelvin,Damien and Ian,three Kyle brothers.Even Noah Kyle had no issue with it.Damien Kyle's mother brought Veronica When she was just four years old.Kelvin Kyle was back then seventeen and Damien Kyle was sixteen years old.A huge age gap.Veronica was a beautiful child and very adorable.Even the ice cold Kelvin Kyle used to bring chocolates whenever he was back at home.Also Veronica was very happy getting such three older brothers like them.But after three years when Veronica was seven,Veronica went back to her mother.Actually she was not willing to go,It was her mother that took her back as she could finally convince her husband.Her new husband was impotent.Even after three years of trying Veronica's mother couldn't conceive again and the all the reports claimed that Veronica's stepfather didn't have the ability to produce child.So he changed his mind and decided to adopt Veronica.

So ultimately for the Kyles brothers,Veronica was like their own sister.Everything was going on alright.Sometimes Veronica used to visit them.But the problem created six months ago.

Kelvin Kyle was in Italy.Veronica went to meet him direct to the Italy without informing anyone even not Kelvin Kyle also.May be she wanted to surprise him.Veronica is already adult but her behaviour is not like an adult at all.Sometimes she does something so terrible that keeps blow up everyone's mind.And that time she exactly did the same thing.She wanted to meet Kelvin Kyle at Italy.But before meeting him,she went to a night club and that was also alone.She just danced randomly there and even after few shots of alcohol,she remembered she didn't come to Italy for joining night club.She came her for her first brother.Then she called Kelvin Kyle and due to the alcohol she was already drunk.

Kelvin Kyle did not have the idea that she was in Italy.When he got her phone and heard her drunk voice,no need to mention how furious he was.He postponed his all meeting and went to get Veronica in the nightclub.

"First brother…." Veronica shouted with joy as she saw Kelvin Kyle.

Kelvin Kyle let out a sigh as he saw her terrible condition.She couldn not even stand on her own feet and totally tipsy.A young man was embracing him and as long as he saw Kelvin Kyle,the man released her and stepped back.Kelvin Kyle immediately grabbed her so that she wouldn't fall on the ground and threw a dead glare to the the man.

Veronica hugged him.

"First brother...My knight in the shining armour." She said.

"What the hell are you doing here?" Kelvin Kyle said in an angry voice.

"I wanted to meet you.So I came to Italy."

"Lets go." Kelvin Kyle said.But he saw Veronica was not in the state that she could walk on her own.He sighed a long breath and took her in his arms.

They went back to the Kelvin Kyle's hotel.He leaned her on the bed in a hotel room where Veronica would stay there for the night.He was about to leave but Veronica caught his wrist.

"Kelvin…"She called him in a soft voice.

Kelvin Kyle turned his face toward her and narrowed his eyes.What's wrong with her!It was very strange that she was calling him by his first name.

But Kelvin Kyle really did not like her reaction.He gently released his hand from her grip.

" Veronica,It's already late at night.You should sleep now.We better talk tomorrow."Kelvin Kyle said in a cold voice.

Veronica again grabbed his hand.She was not willing to let him leave.

"No...You can't go now.I want to talk now." She insisted.

Kelvin Kyle clenched his jaw.

"Veronica,dont be stubborn.You are not a kid anymore.Okay?" He said with anger in his voice.Clearly he was angry.
