Alexander Queen was also not someone who would easily admit defeat from Damien Kyle.He intended to raise the price higher and about to bid but Lizzy stopped her grabbing his hand.

"No...Alex...Dont.." She said in a lower voice.

"Why?" Alexander Queen asked her.

"Don't you think forty million dollar for that hairpin is too much?" Lizzy asked.

"It's not about the money princess.I want to give it to you.Money doesn't matter." He said.

Lizzy sighed a long breath.

"You should be considerate,Alex.And even if you buy it,I wont accept it.So you should better not buy it.You know me.I wont accept.I already said it." Lizzy said.

Alexander Queen finally agreed.If Lizzy was not going to accept it,then there was no point of buying it.He very well knew her.She was very stubborn.

"Forty million….Is there anyone?" The bidder declared.

But nobody responded this time.

A smirk appeared on Damien Kyle's lips.

Sold...." The bidder announced.

Finally It was sold to Damien Kyle.

"Mr Kyle please collect the hairpin from the stage…"The actress lady said.

Damien Kyle made his way toward the stage.

" Please give this hairpin to someone very important in your life.I consider it as a lucky thing for my whole life."The lady handed over the hairpin Damien Kyle with a warm smile over her face.

"Yes.I will." He said.He took the hairpin and came back to his table.

The auction was over.Now the casual party was going on.

Lizzy was feeling annoyed.She felt her head started aching.She didn't attend this kind of auction alone without her father before.She started heading toward the bar and ordered wine.Recently she got a bad habit if drinking too much.This was not good at all for her health still she was being addicted to drinking day by day.

"Lizzy…."

A deep husky voice made her turn her head.

Finally he managed sometime from that red head beauty and came to talk with her.Though she didn't expect that Damien Kyle would come to talk to her.

"Oh...Hi..Damien.." Lizzy smiled faintly.

"Are you alone?Where is your dad?" He asked.

"Dad is out of the country.I came alone."

"By the way you are looking beautiful in this dark green color outfit." Damien Kyle complemented her.

Lizzy just smiled.She didn't answer.Her mood somehow was not good at all.And worsening her mood,just right at the moment the redhead lady came and hugged Damien Kyle's arm.

"But not more beautiful than me.Isn't it my second brother?" The lady said.

Lizzy stared at her.As per she knew,Damien Kyle had only two brothers from two mother.Kelvin and Ian Kyle.And everytime she was watching them cling to each other she was annoyed.

Damien Kyle seemed to be slightly uncomfortable.He just smiled awkwardly at Lizzy.

"Lizzy,let me introduce her to you.Her name is Veronica.She is my cousin sister." Damien Kyle said.

Veronica offered her hand to Lizzy.

"Miss Lizzy, very nice to meet you."

Lizzy took her hand unwillingly.

"Nice to meet you too,Miss Veronica." She said.

"Second brother,see you later.I have something to do." Veronica mumbled in Damien Kyle's ear and left.

Lizzy stared at the way through which Veronica left.

"Veronica,is a slightly spoiled kid.She is my mom's sister's daughter.Since we don't have any sister so she is like a sister to me and Ian.This year she reached her twenties.But she still acts like she is ten years old." Damien Kyle explained.

Lizzy felt slightly ashamed.He considered herself as a sister and so it was very unfair that she was having very weird thoughts about them.She let out a sigh.

"Your sister is very beautiful,Damien." Lizzy said.

"Yes.she got the beauty from my aunt.My aunt is a beautiful woman." He said.

Veronica was back again.

"Second brother,I want that hairpin.Where is it?"

Before Damien Kyle could say anything,Veronica already reached his suit's pocket and took the hairpin out of his pocket.

"Thank you second brother.I know you bought it for me." Veronica hugged Damien Kyle and placed a light kiss on his cheek.

A few moments ago,Lizzy was feeling slightly better but again her mood worsen.She felt slightly bitter.May be that was due to the hairpin.She wanted that for herself.But it was on someone's hand already and that also Damien Kyle bought it for her.

"It will look great on you Veronica...Damien,see you later.I think Alex is searching for me." Lizzy threw an apologetical look to Damien Kyle and left.

Damien Kyle was staring at Lizzy's back as she was leaving.He sighed a long breath…

"Second brother,is she the lead role of your upcoming movie?" Veronica asked him.She was still hugging him.

Damien Kyle stared at her but he didn't say anything.

Rose was watching a show on the television.A few hours ago,Kelvin Kyle dropped her at the apartment.There was a lot of things going through inside her head,but she decided not to think much.When it is the right time,the time will tell itself that what she should do.And for now,she was giving her a break.And being alone at the own apartment and watching television is also a good way to relax.

But the sound of the calling bell outside of the door made her slightly annoyed.The person who was standing outside seemed to be very impatient and again rang the bell.

"Im coming." Rose said with an annoyed voice.

"Who the hell is ringing the bell like this doesn't have patience at all." She mumbled.

As she opened the door,she felt slightly frustrated.

The persona is no other than her newly made boyfriend,Kelvin Kyle..

"Why are you here?" Rose asked with a frown over her forehead.

"I haven't seen you for so long.So I came to see you sweetheart." Kelvin Kyle said curling his lips.

Rose felt she was confused that she should laugh at him or cry!He just dropped her at her apartment just a few hours ago.

"I think you already have seen me now.So you can leave." Rose was also something else.

"Honey,don't you think it's very inhuman that you are driving away a hungry tired person?" Kelvin Kyle said, making a puppy dog eyes.

Rose was feeling to drown herself in a bucket of water.

Kelvin Kyle is talking about humanity!It looked like she didn't check the sky in the morning,if the sun didn't rise in the east.

"Come inside.I didn't know that you can do this type of emotional blackmail." Rose said let out a sigh.

Kelvin Kyle entered inside and locked the door.

"I am not going to cook for you." Rose said.

"Why?" Kelvin Kyle furrowed his eyebrows.

"Did you forget how you used to make me check a mountain of files everyday?And how mean you used to behave with me!" Rose said with a frown.

Kelvin Kyle felt slightly helpless.He scratched his head.

"I already said sorry for that.But how can you get revenge now for that?It's not fair."

"I am not going to cook.I already said.Order for yourself."

Kelvin Kyle seemed to be disheartened.He didn't say anything and sat on the couch with an upset face.

Rose somehow changed her mind.

"Okay.I will cook for you.But…"

"But what?Don't say you again have a condition?" Kelvin Kyle said placing both of her hands behind his head.That made his muscle bludged even more beneath the fabric of his shirt.

A creepy smile appeared on Rose's lips.

"Whatever you think.I will only cook for you if you leave me alone for a week." Rose said.

"What do you mean by leave you alone?" Kelvin Kyle said, narrowing his eyes.

"That means you won't come to meet me or call me."

"May I know why?"

"Nothing specific.I want some time for myself and also I want to take George here for a few days.So it wont look good if you come here like this." Rose said.

Kelvin Kyle seemed not to be convinced fully.But he nodded.

"Okay.Just a week.No problem."He also had some important meetings and needed to go Italy in between this time.So he agreed with her.

Rose made her way toward the kitchen.Kelvin Kyle followed her.

"By the way,why are you insisting to have dinner in my place?Are you trying to save money?It looks like my dear boss has become mingy." Rose said with sarcasm.

Kelvin Kyle cleared his throat.

"Yeah..The money that I will save today with that I am going to buy a new latest model sports car."He also said playfully.

Rose chuckled.
