Rose was so stunned to hear his every word that he was saying to her and she couldn't find any suitable words to say.Was he for real?

Kelvin Kyle sat on his knee and offered a ring to her.

Rose was so startled by his action that she almost jumped….

He is proposing to her!!!

How could that be possible!!How could he propose to her…

"I think you are the one that I want to be with her…"Kelvin Kyle said with his deep husky masculine voice.

Rose felt her breathing got heavy due to nervousness.She was really not ready at all for this kind situation.She closed her eyes.She needed to give him an answer so fast.

She tried to remember everything that Kelvin Kyle had done for her.Actually he did a lot for her and also she was really very grateful for that.But still...

Her boss was asking for her a relationship.Was that enough to build a relationship?And especially after this what she heard last time…

Her boss was a billionaire and he was one of the most influential man on the country.So also it was not very abnormal to have this kind of dark secret for a person like him!But still!!!Rose was just a secretary.And again once she had a relationship with another billionaire guy,Luther!!And now the result was infront of her...He just cheated her at the end and destroyed her four years of her life and left her surviving in a terrible situation.

And also her boss Kelvin Kyle might have more dark secrets that might be not pleasant at all.So it would be a foolish decision for her to accept his proposal.May be the concern he is showing now very soon that will fade away.And she will end up living a miserable condition like before.

And the most important thing is that she didn't think that she really have any type of romantic feelings for her.All the she had for him maybe they are gratefulness or respect that she grew as he protected her when she exactly needed.Yes,she quite likes her boss.But isnt it normal?Kelvin Kyle was handsome and has the every capabilities to impress anyone.So it was very normal.But there is a clear demarcation between like and love!

And Rose obviously can't be with anyone for whom she considered she didn't have any feelings like love.And also she is not a gold digger that she would date anyone just because he is rich.

Finally she opened her eyes.Now she knew her answer what she should tell him.

She gulped.She tried to talk but she felt there was no sound in her voice.She inhaled a long breath.

"Mr Kyle...Please stand up.I need to explain to you something…"She somehow said staring at Kelvin Kyle's face which was fixed on her with so much expectation.

Kelvin Kyle stood up.He seemed to be confused.Wasn't she happy?That he was proposing her…He stared at her face with a questioned gaze..

Rose gulped.She could sense that the environment was becoming heavier now.And also her boss's face was becoming darker.She was now feeling so nervous that she was now herself confused that if she should really stick to her decision or change it…

" Why are you silent?You said you want to explain something…"He said.His voice was calm but Rose still could sense the coldness there.

"Mr Kyle,I think it's a very bad idea.We shouldn't date."After mastering some courage,finally she said.She wanted to end this matter before it is more complicated.

Kelvin Kyle furrowed his eyebrows.He seemed like he didn't get what she said actually…

He gripped the ring inside his fist tightly.

" Did you say you are rejecting me?"Kelvin Kyle said staring intensely at her eyes.

Rose averted her gaze from him immediately.There was no way that she could withstand with his gaze.

"You misunderstood me.It's not that.I am just an ordinary person.And you very well know that your position,status and in every aspect I am incompatible.So the result wont be good if we date." Rose explained very calmly.

"Did I say I care about your position?" Kelvin Kyle seemed to be very angry.He took a step ahead toward her.

"Mr Kyle..I don't have any feelings for you.And I also think there is no point in this.I just want to live a peaceful live.So please just forget everything.I think I should leave now." Saying those,she started heading towards the entrance door.Because the long she will stay here,the long Kelvin Kyle will shoot her with his words.There is no need..She already had so many dramas in her life.No all she wanted is just a very ordinary and peaceful life.

But the moment she was going to touch the door knob to open it,she saw a strong hand pressed the door so that she couldn't leave.Rose immediately turned around and saw Kelvin Kyle was standing just behind her and he seemed to be not ready to accept the idea of her for leaving this place now.

Now Rose was feeling her heart was beating very fast as if it wanted to come out from her chest.Why he was acting like this!She totally had the right to take her decision.

He was heading toward her.So close…

And with that Rose was also stepping back and finally she felt her back touched the door.Kelvin Kyle already captured her with both of his strong muscular hands.Now she had no room escaping from there.

She was sacred...Very scared….

"What's wrong with you?Let me go...I will scream…"Finally Rose shouted.She felt the way Kelvin Kyle was staring at her,he was no longer a sane person.As if his eyes were litting up like a beast.And he was no longer her boss that she used to know earlier.

" Scream...Just scream on the top of your lungs as you can.But unless I get what I want I won't let you go from here."Kelvin Kyle said coldly.

Rose's whole body started trembling.She tried to push Kelvin Kyle but he caught her hand and held both of her hands above her head.Now Rose started panicking.

Is he insane??

Who acted like this..She just politely explained everything to him…

"What do you want?" Rose almost cried.

Kelvin Kyle touched her cheek and started stroking it with his thumb with a very light hand.As if he was trying to pet a stubborn angry kitten.

"I don't believe you don't have any feelings for me.." He said in a low voice.

"Even if you don't believe,it is the truth...Now let me go.What are you doing is not appropriate." She shouted on the top of her lungs.

Kelvin Kyle released her suddenly.Rose was still confused.She saw his eyes were normal again.

"Rose,I think you already know I don't like to hear the word no…"He said with a grin over his face.

Rose now almost choked on her breath.

" Mr Kyle...Please try to understand…"

"It's okay.I understand….As you are the only woman for whom I fell.So its okay…"He said in a very calm voice.

Rose was now stunned.She didn't think Kelvin Kyle would let her go so easily...But finally she sighed with relief as she thought she could go now.

She turned around to leave but Kelvin Kyle stopped her by grabbing her wrist.Rose stared at him with a horrified gaze.Now again what he was trying to do?Just a second ago he accepted her words…

" You always said that you are grateful for what I did for you.Now it is the time for payback,Rose.."Kelvin Kyle said in a very calm voice.

Rose widened her eyes.Is he trying to blackmail her?

"Don't worry..I won't ask you to be mine.Just I will ask for some of your time.Just stay here for sometimes.I did all the arrangements for you here.Whether you accept or not,I think just spending some time here wouldn't harm you." Kelvin Kyle said.

Rose was finally calmed down.She agreed.Just spending sometimes here wouldn't cost anything.

She nodded…

Rose was back at her apartment.She was checking her peephole on the door every five minutes.

It was eight at night.The incident of today morning was just unbelievable.Even after coming back she talked with Mark.He told her everything that happened in front of Mark.Her mind was at a mess that so much things happened and there were so much clue infront if her still she didn't have the idea about what's going on.
