Finally Rose couldn't but go close to the woman and ask her,

"Are you okay?" She said in a very polite voice.

The woman stared at her face.Her whole face was red due to weeping.The woman just nodded her head and next she took her bag and left.

Rose was slightly surprised as she didn't expect her to leave like this.

"Maam very sorry for all the things that just happened.Please don't mind." The other staff tried to apologise.

Rose smiled.She didn't mind at all.In Fact she just felt pity for that poor woman.May be she was going through some hard situation.

After an hour,Rose was done with her shopping.She bought two dresses for her,one for George and some normal household stuff for her.Now her hand was full of bags.She barely could move with them.

She stood on the road and was waiting for a taxi as she should go back to her apartment.She waited for at least ten hours but unfortunately there was no taxi that she could hire.Finally a car stopped in front of her.

Rose furrowed her eyebrows as the car just stopped there it seemed to be very expensive and it was a sports car.Why this car stopped here.Then next moment the window was lowered and now she could see who was inside the car.Rose didn't the expect the person at this time at all.Too sudden meeting..

Benjamin Cullin…

"What a pleasant surprise?" Benjamin said with a wide grin over his pale white face.

Rose forced a smile over her red lips.The man in front of her was too humble and polite,still for an unknown reason she didn't like meeting her.Whenever she met him,her mind always alarms her about some strange apprehension.

"I am alright.Hope you are doing good,Mr Cullin.." Rose said in a calm voice.

"Actually very good.I think you are waiting here for a taxi.I can give you a lift." He said.

"No..No thanks,Mr Cullin.I will take a taxi.But thanks for your offer." Rose immediately denied.

"Hey...Come on.Are you denying me Because of your boss?I thought that was not personal." Benjamin Cullin said as if he was hurt.

"Oh my God..Mr Cullin it's not that.I just don't want to give you trouble.You must be having some important things to do." Rose tried to explain.

"I have but I can do that later.Where are you going?" He asked.

"My apartment." Rose replied.

"Okay.If you don't have anything personal against me then I think you can have a lift from me.I will be very happy to drop you."Benjamin Cullin said to her.

This time Rose couldn't deny his offer.He was being very humble so it would be very rude if she didn't take lift from him.

His driver opened the door of the car for her and Rose got into it.She sat beside Benjamin Cullin and both of them were in the passenger seat..

" So what's up?"Benjamin Cullin asked her, staring at her face.

"I heard you were shot?How is your leg now?"

Suddenly Rose felt his voice was gloomy.All the time he seemed to be very cheerful but now there was a sudden change in his tone.

"My leg is alright.As you can see I can walk properly." Rose said with a polite smile over her face.

"Very nice to hear.You should be alert.You know every part of our body is very important.If once you become physically disable that's not an easy thing to handle at all." Benjamin Cullin said with some hidden grief over his voice.

Rose then understood about his mood change.He was disable for a long time.No need to mention how hard it was for him to pass all those bad times.

"I can understand,Mr Cullin.And thanks for your concern."

"You are welcome."

Both of them became silent.Now Rose was feeling very awkward due to this strange silence.

"How is Ether Cullin?I haven't seen him for a long time?Is he in the country?" Finally Rose broke the awkward silence.

"Yes.He is in the country.But..."

"But what?"

"Last time there was an accident and he was badly injured.His arm burnt from the accident and now he is at home having bed rest and waiting for the recovery."

"What!!An accident…..How did that happen?" Rose felt very surprised.She couldn't understand suddenly what kind of accident just happened to his brother.

"It was very unfortunate Rose..Someone tried to kill him actually…Actually not him...The target was me.But unfortunately there was Ether instead of me.Thanks God nothing happened to him that much.He is still alive." Benjamin Cullin signed a long breath.

"Oh God!!That's so unpleasant to hear!Do you know who did this?" Rose asked.She felt really sad hearing about Ether Cullin.After all he was a really nice guy.

"I know him very well."

"Who is he?" Rose asked out of curiosity.

"I think you wont like to hear his name." Benjamin Cullin said with an unpleasant smile over his face.

"What do you mean?do I know him?"Rose widened her eyes.

" Let's drop the weird topic.I don't want to scare you."He said fixing his blonde hair with his long slender finger.

Rose didn't ask further.May be the answer he was going to give her,it really wouldn't be pleasant.

"Rose…"

Rose stared at him.His face was giving now a kind of mixed expression.At the same time there was concern,grief, insecurity and may be anger for someone…

"Yes.Mr Cullin…"

"I heard you have graduated in commerce from the best graduation school.So aren't you planning something good for your future?Or you still decided to keep working just as a secretary." Mr Cullin said.

Rose sighed a long breath.Actually she never thought about this.In Fact she didn't get the opportunity to think about her future.She had a family to look after and huge responsibility.It was not that she was tired of the responsibility but after managing all she hardly gets time to think about her.And the amount of wage that her boss give her was quite good.So she really didn't think further.

"Actually it's just been a few months since I started working with a business company for the first time.I think I should gather some experience before I apply for some good post." Rose said..

"Kelvin is a very hot tempered person.It is very easy for him to fire someone.Once he is done with you,he will do the same as he did to others.I think you better think about yourself before something bad…." Benjamin Cullin stopped there.

Rose clenched her jaw.Now she was being annoyed.First thing she didn't ask him for advice and the second thing was he didnt have the right to talk about Kelvin Kyle like this.He never did anything to her so why she should blame him.But she didn't say anything.

"Mr Cullin, my apartment is just two minutes away." She said as she was not willing to talk about this topic.

Benjamin Cullin was silent as well.He didn't mention it the rest of the way.Finally after a few minutes,Rose told his driver to stop the car as they reached her apartment.

Rose was about to come out from the car but before she could open the door,Benjamin Cullin came out and opened the door for her.

she was startled by his sudden action as she saw him walking.Then she remembered,Benjamin Cullin was no longer disable,he could walk now.

"If you don't have anything,I will be happy to have coffee in my apartment with you." Rose said politely.

Rose stared at his pale white face.There was a small smile lingering on his lips,but for some unknown reason it seemed to be lifeless….
