"Good.But keep it in your mind,the drug dose shouldn't be higher.I don't want her to die.Just mild symptoms are enough."

A room not very large but all the furniture there are very luxurious and expensive.A man dressed in a black tuxedo was sitting on a king size chair.He was holding a cigarette between his two fingers.He released a bunch of smoke from his mouth.He threw the cigarette on the ashtray.

"Boss dont worry.The dose is very low.it will just affect on her behaviour.''The man standing in front of him said.

"Very good!"He stood up from his chair and went to the direction of the window.

"Boss,One thing..."

"What?'"His gaze was still locked through the window view.

" The plan you are plotting against the person,if they know that ever then we are in very big trouble."

"If you die tomorrow,What will happen?" He turned his neck.His eyes lit up.

"Boss...Why will I die tomorrow?" The man's face fell immediately.

"So why will our plan fail?"

"Boss..."

"There is no room for if....So stop splitting nonsense.."

"Did you call her,Dr Laila?"

Dr Laila stared at the person that was sitting in front of her.Her face was pale.Whenever she sees her,she felt as if it is the last day of her life.For a long time,for this man she is giving her patient Rose a special drug,that is affecting her mental health.She also felt bad for that but have no choice.Because she is tied,she has a two kids.They are not even five years old.He threatened her if she didn't do it,they will kill her kids.So she has no choice except doing it.She can't afford to lose her children.

"Yes.I called her and she will come to my Chamber in a few days." Dr Laila said.

He curled his lips and lit up a cigarette.

"Dr Laila,This time dose should be higher."

Dr Laila widened her eyes.

"I am sorry but I can't do that."

"Why?"

"She will be very violent.I dont think so its a very good idea.If you are willing to give a higer dose than that,may be She can murder also."

"That's exactly what I want!" The man smirked.

"What?" Dr Laila freaked out.

"Dr Laila,it looks like you don't love your kids anymore."

Dr Laila stared at him with horror.

"Is it true?That you don't love them?" The man inhaled a puff of smoke.

"I love them very much.They are my life." Dr Laila said, staring downward.

"Then do what I told you to do..Did you get it?" He stared at her coldly.

Dr Laila sighed a long breath and nodded.

"Yes.I got it.But please don't hurt my child." She pleaded.

"As long as you are willing to do,what you are told to do.You and your kids are safe." He said without any emotion.

She clenched her fist.Life is very cruel sometimes.Sometimes everyone has to do some specific things to survive that they don't want to do.

"Pretty sister...I want a milkshake!" George pleaded with his cute voice.

"Okay.But which one?" Rose asked.

"Strawberry milkshake." George said.

"I am ordering a milkshake." Mark said and ordered the milkshake.

They all three came to the restaurant for dinner.Mark and George really likes each other.When he heard that George came,he immediately came to accompany him.

"Mark brother..."

"Yes." Mark said.

"I missed u a lot,you know that.." George hugged his hand by his little hands.

"I missed you too little biddy." Mark said, running his fingers on his hairs.

"Pretty sister...Isn't that your boss?" George almost shouted with excitement.

Mark and Rose both stared at the direction.Kelvin Kyle was standing with a man.Both of them was shaking their hands.After a few seconds the man left and Kelvin Kyle noticed them.He came to their table.

"Hey little guy...." Kelvin Kyle called George.

"Good evening Uncle." Mark stood up from his chair.

"Good evening sir." Rose also stood up.

"Good evening." Kelvin Kyle said without any expression.

"Did you eat your dinner?Why don't you eat with us?" George suddenly said.

"Yes.Uncle.You can join us." Mark also said.

"Okay." Kelvin Kyle said.

Mark was slightly surprised.As per he knows,Kelvin Kyle never eats anything except his preferable place.So it was slightly unusual to agree with them for eating here.

Kelvin Kyle sat with them.

"So,what's up?Look like you guys are having so much fun here?" Kelvin Kyle said without looking at them.His eyes were fixed on the menu card.

"Umm...No uncle..Not really!I just came to see George." Mark said nervously.He became very nervous whenever he was around his uncle.

"Mark brother...Is pretty sister's boss your uncle?" George asked Mark with amusement.

"Yes." Mark first looked at his uncle then to George.

"Oh my!!" George covered his mouth with both of his hands.

"What!" Kelvin Kyle furrowed his eyebrows.

"How old are you?" George asked.

"Thirty three.Why?" Kelvin Kyle said with confusion.He was trying hard to understand what was exactly going on this little child's head.

"You are too old.I thought you are young!" George said.

Kelvin Kyle didn't say anything.As he was speechless.He was confused whether he will take it as a compliment or insult!His face was worth seeing.

Rose and Mark became stunned to hear George's word.They exchanged a look between them.Rose was trying hard to suppress her laughter.

"Pretty sister,why don't you call him uncle?Mark brother's uncle means he is also your uncle..." George said.

Mark was drinking water.He almost choked and started coughing.

Kelvin Kyle's face immediately fell.There is no way that he wants to be Rose's uncle.

"Do I look like an uncle to your pretty sister?" Kelvin Kyle said with a pained expression.

George again checked him from top to his toe.Then after judging sometimes,he said,

"No you don't look that old but you are Mark brother's uncle that means you are our uncle also!"

Kelvin Kyle flipped his hair backward.

"But I am not your sister's uncle.We are not related by blood." Kelvin Kyle tried to explain to him.

"Oh!That's mean if you want to call anyone uncle then you should be related by blood?"

"Kind of like that!" Kelvin Kyle said.

"Why?" George asked..

Kelvin Kyle furrowed his eyebrows.he never thought that counseling a child is that much hard!

"Baby he is my boss.I can't call him uncle.And also he is not that old as you are thinking.He is just a few years older than us.Apologise to him..It's very rude to say someone like this." Rose said to George.

"Okay.I am sorry big guy." George went close to him and offered his hand to him.

Kelvin Kyle smiled and took his hands.Surprisingly he is not that offended neither irritated.Instead he was finding the child is quite cute.

"Big guy!Nice name...." Kelvin Kyle said curling his lips.

"Yes.I am your little guy and you are my big guy!" George said.

Kelvin Kyle smiled.His smile was very genuine.

"You look Very handsome when you smile big guy!You should smile often." George said came back to his seat.

Kelvin Kyle stared at the child with amusement.He doesn't know why but he was feeling an irresistible bond toward this little child.As if this child has a special relation with him.

"How are you feeling recently?" Dr Laila asked Rose.

Rose sighed a long breath.

"Pretty good.I think I am recovered now.I no longer need this treatment." Rose said.

"It's not you who can decide whether you are recovered or not.As long as you take treatment you will be fine.If you dropped it,then your symptoms will be back.Mind it Rose!" Dr Laila said.

Rose nodded.She came for check up again.She had to take an appointment every month so that her condition doesn't get worse.She has no choice but have to do it.Everytime Dr Laila injects her some medicine and gives her some tablets as daily supplement.She doesn't want to take that medicine.She felt that after taking that tablets specially the injection,she has become more weak.She lost her appetite for food when she always had a great appetite for food.Even she is noticing that she also having some memory loss issue.Recently it has become a great problem.But the doctor said she had to take it if she wanted to recover.

Dr Laila injected the medicine in her vein.Rose closed his eyes and again opened it.Staring at the direction of her hand,she saw an injection mark on her hand.
