"Because I said so!" David said with a beastlier smile over his pale face.

"Why should I listen to you?" Rose said furiously.

"Come on!Rose.I don't think so you wanna be banned in every company and forced to run away from this city!Do as I say.You will be benefited throughout this I am sure.Otherwise face these consequences that I already mentioned.I think you know what I am capable of doing." David said without paying any attention about Rose's emotion though she was his own niece.

Rose was gritting her teeth as if she was venting possibly all of her frustrations by doing so .Tears were threatening to flow from her eyes but she was determined about not to cry.Because her tears would do nothing but pleasured David.The God is playing a nasty prank on her.May be he doesn't want her to live in the peace.Thats why she is facing difficulty in every pace of her life.

"Go upstairs.I called a beautician for you.Let her dress you up and take note that don't create any drama.Come quickly downstairs after dressing.Get it?" David narrowed his eyes.

"Got it."Rose sighed a deep breath.

She went to the upstairs.A beautician came and offered her a dress.The dress was beautiful royal blue color gown but it was revealing her whole back.She didn't like to wear such revealing dress.But she chose not to argue because she already knew that nothing good comes after arguing with David.She is just a kind of puppet of her adoptive family now.

The silk dress nicely hugged all her curves as she had a perfect hourglass figure.A small narrow waist with perfect combination of top and bottom.

" Wow!You look stunning!You are going to catch everyone's attention today!"The beautician complimented her with a warm smile over her face.

"Thank you." Rose faintly smiled at her.

The beautician started doing her make up.She applied very light make up on her as she was already very beautiful and there were barely any flaws that should be covered with make up.She tied her hair in one sided braid.

"Like it dear?" She asked.

Rose stared at her reflection on the mirror.She was surprised.The beautician did an amazing job,no doubt.She was looking very glamorous, almost fully a different person.Not like her usual self.

"Incredible!You did a great job!Thank you. I like it very much." Rose smiled revealing all her teeth.

"Thank you but I didn't do much.You are already so beautiful.Now please go fast.David is waiting for you downstairs."

Her smile faded as she remembered about her uncle.She nodded and made her way to the downstair.

As she reached there she found David and his wife.A stage was placed on the centre of the hall.There were many young and middle age people on the hall.According to their dresses all seemed to be very rich and important figure.Some of them were familiar.Rose saw them on the front page of magazines.She was confused why david called her to this kind of occasion.

David saw her and took her hand affectionately that absolutely bothered Rose.Because there was no way he could be so caring to her.And no need to mention,it was obvious that he was very good at pretending.He took her hand and made their way toward the stage.

"Ladies and gentleman.As you all know its mine and my wifes twenty seventh marriage anniversary.So I decided to throw the party.I am very much grateful that you all come to this party arranging some time for me and my beautiful wife Risa in your busy schedule.Recently my wife wanted to do some charity work.She wanted to give donation to the orphanage.So I thought it's the best option to do this.We are placing my wife's necklace for bidding." David announced with a wide smile over his face.

Rose was feeling totally disgusted.Because she very well knew about the reality of her whole of this adoptive family.All this charity works were for their own benifit.It was just a show for maintaining their image in front of everyone.

Risa took the mike from David.

"The necklace is very special to me.My mother in law gave this diamond necklace when I was married to David.As some of you know we have an adoptive daughter.She is my brother in law's daughter.We love her very much so in her honour we are donating this necklace for orphanage."

Risa put on the necklace on Rose's neck.It was very beautiful and eye catching.But after putting on the necklace she was feeling like someone just tied a rope on her neck.These guys are just unbelievable.In front of everyone they are treating her like princess.When the truth is something else.

"Please go for bidding.Whoever win today will go on a date with my beautiful daughter Rose Wesley."David said.

Rose threw a death glare on her uncle David.David totally ignored him.He just curled his lips forming a disdained smile as he knew Rose didn't have the ability to offend him at all.

The bidder starts announcing.

The prize was increasing very fast.

"Three million." A tall handsome guy on black tuxedo declared.

Everyone's eye fell on him as well as Rose's also.

"Wait....What?Isn't this Kelvin Kyle!!!Her boss?What's he doing here?" She felt so confused as well as strange also as her boss was bidding for her.

"Four million...." another voice interrupted between them.

This guy was extremely handsome.Height probably above six feet,jet black hair,deep seated grey eyes,slightly tanned skin,a thin lip that was covered with smirk.His look can be described as the lethal combination of drug dose whose little dose was enough to kill any lady.But something in his eyes resembled her with hawk.As he was aiming at his prey with so much concentration and ready to jump on it at any moment to hunt.But overall he is the most handsome guy beside Kelvin Kyle in today's auction.

Rose noticed that Kelvin was throwing the person a death glare!As he was about to rip him into pieces.Suddenly his phone buzzed and he whispered something to the turquoise eyed person standing beside him.He went away from there for taking the call.The person shouted for Four million and five thousands.

"5 million." The lady killer declared.

"6 million." Again the turquoise eyed person stood for bidding.

It was now a great show for everyone how the price was increasing.David and Risa was extremely happy as their necklace was going to get such a high price.

"Eight million." The lady killer said.

"Ten million!" The turquoise eyed person said.

"So the prize increased into ten million.Congratulation to Mister and Misses Wesley.Is there anyone further increasing the prize?" The bidder announced.

"Twenty million!" The lady killer announced with a smirk.

The turquoise eyed person stared at him with shock.As he didn't expect him to bid with such a high price.
