Lana was in the ward room where her son was lying down!

She was so happy to see him and wanted to be with him but the doctors said,

"Mi..Miss!! We.. We can..can not let you see the little master for so long.. He is still sick!"

Lana looked at them and then her son! She did not want to leave at all, so she looked at Evardo!

She wanted to be there with her son but her son was not willing to be with her at all!

"He.. He is alone! I… I want to be with my son a little longer! I want to be with him! I will not leave!"

Lana did not want to leave at all!

There was no way, She wanted her son to be alone or to leave him under the care of nurses only!

She could also take really good care of him!

"No! I do not want to leave!"

Seeing her protesting the idea of leaving, Evardo looked at Little Alex but he turned his face away!

He did not want to let his mother witness his sufferings and then let her suffer with him!

"Why not just go and see your little brother? He needed company as well!"

Evardo sighed at her son's reaction and could do nothing!

He could only suggest some ideas to get her away from there!

"I know! But! I feel guilty! I...I was so sad for… my brother at first and then for my little Rain that.. That…!"

She did not know how to say what she was feeling in her heart at the moment but all she knew was, She needed to be with her son at the moment!

Alex looked at his mother! Her tears were still streaming!

He could see everything but never could see his mother crying like this. His heart was piercing with needles at the moment.

But what could he do? He was not able to talk! Even though he tried his best but he still was not able to talk! He did not want his mother to know about this.

He knew how she was! Given her nature, She would blame herself for sure. She would even cry harder but..

But taking her away from himself was also the cause of her agony!

He looked at the doctors and nodded in silence!

"Miss..Miss Lana!" They were not sure what he was trying to say! It was not like they did not want to help but they had never seen such a cold child!

The kids at his age would have been in tears and crying the moment they saw their mother but it was all different in this case!

He was even comforting his mother to be quiet down and was even hiding his pain!

They all knew that how much pain he must have been going through at the moment but he was still holding it all in!

Evardo could not understand his gesture as well!

"Let's go and see Casper and then come back here! You can live here as long as you want later!"

He said and held her by his hands and gently patted her hair softly.

Feeling him caress her hair, she was reminded of her father! How good he was and how much he doted on her! Even though she was not his biological daughter but he still loved her!

But speaking of her father, She suddenly remembered that her and her brother's blood group was the same and on top of that, They both had the rare kind of blood group.

Her heart started racing and a strange thought came in her mind; Could it be, Her brother was her own and she was not adopted? But if it was true then why would their parents make such a ridiculous story?

Just after a thought of possibility, a question followed her as well.

Lana shook her head! At the moment, She really did not want to think about all those ridiculous possibilities! She had had enough of it!

Either blood related or not! Casper was her only little brother in this world and she would always love him in that way!

"Lana! Are we good now? Shall we leave?"

Evardo looked at her dazed face and asked!

"Um...Yes...But I..I want to come back here!"

He caressed her head like he did to his sister all the time and unconsciously or consciously he had a smile on his face which was really a rare thing for him!

She looked at him smiling like that and a word came out of her lips, while looking at him with her teary eyes, "Brother!"

Hearing her say that, his smile froze but soon it came back and he said in a low voice, "Umm! I am here! Let's go now!"
