Evardo arrived as soon as he could!

He was afraid that his sister would suffer a lot! He was able to see everything but would never want to see his sister suffering!

Years ago, she disliked Lana and also told him that how arrogant she was! And how ignorant she was.

He never minds anything! Everything was right as long as it was coming from his sister's mouth!

Later, she took his brother home and then asked him to save the little guy! She cried and cried after seeing the condition of that little guy and once again… It was the same situation!

He really wanted to tell her to stay away from them but then again, it was the same thing that he did not want to see hee hurt or in tears!

He reached and saw his sister sitting on the bench and was sobbing in silence!

"Misty!" He went to her and hugged her quickly.

"Bro..Brother Vardo!!" She heard her brother's voice and looked up with her teary eyes!!

"That...Lit..Little Alex he… and Little Rain..She..al..Along with..Cas..Cassie!! He…!!"

She could not even complete her words and burst out in tears!

She was really in pain! Seeing her like this, Evardo's heart squeezed!

He patted her back and said, "Let me go and see!"

He was Caspian's guardian in name! So it was only right for him to go and inspect the situation!

"Brother but!!" She held the hem of his shirt and said with eyes full of tears!

"Hushhh!!!" He hushed her and kissed her hair so gently that any one would melt in his gentleness!

"I will go and look for Caspian! There is no need to worry! I will hire the best doctors in the world to take care of all three of them!"

He was still trying to make her calm when Lana came out of the ward room in a weak state.

A nurse was holding her hands to take her out there!

"Lana!!" Misty quickly stood up when she saw her coming out!

"How are you!" She held her hands and let her sit on the place where she had been seated and forgot totally about her brother!

"Miss! She had given a lot of blood! Please give her fruits and juices right away!"

The nurse said and handed her a prescription, "Also! These are some medications, which she needs at the moment!"

She said and left!

"Brother Vardo!"

Evardo was shocked to see the change of expression of his sister! She had been wailing and crying just a moment ago… But now… She looked all fine and strong!

Lana looked up at the man when she called him out!

She had heard a lot about Misty's brother but never had a chance to meet him!

But the moment she met, She was not even in condition to greet him but still she tried to stand up from his seat.

"Ms. Lana!" Evardo saw her efforts and caught her by her hand.

"You don't need to greet me in this condition!"

He said and made her sit back on the chair!

"I...I am so sorry!" Her breath was not even, she apologized while taking a heavy breath.

Misty understood and took out the inhaler and put it in her mouth.

Lana was a little stunned that even in this situation, Misty had not forgotten about her even when she had forgotten about herself!

She took the inhaler and took a few deep breaths while Misty looked at her brother,

"Why not...You look after my Lana and I go out and bring some fruits and juices for her!"

Evardo wanted to say that he would go but stopped when he saw that she was really feeling stuffy!

He understood that she might need some fresh air at the moment!

"Hmm! Go… I will, take care of her!"

It was Evardo's first time meeting Lana, He was not sure how to act with her but as long as his little sister was happy.

Misty left after giving a light hug to Lana as she was still having an inhaler in her mouth!

Evardo sat next to Lana silently and was feeling worried about Casper as well!

More than anyone else, He knew that what his sister felt for that little guy! He was even younger than her!

Evardo was sure that his so called father would make it difficult for her sooner or later but as long as he was there! No one would touch the thing or the person which was dear to Misty.

He was still in his thoughts when a nurse came with another prescription in her hands and said, "Kindly bring this medicines and injections from the front counter!"

She initially wanted to give to Lana waa hesitated when she saw her condition.

"Give me! I will bring it over!" He said and looked at Lana and she nodded as if she was saying that she would be fine on her own here!

He was hesitating but still left since it was also important!

The nurse left and it was not even 5 minute after she had left, another came and said,

"Ms. Lana! You must be the mother of Ms Rain!"

Lana, who had been trying to gather some strength not only her body but to her mind as well, shook uncontrollably!

She looked at her and simply nodded.

"I am really sorry but the doctors were trying really very well but.."

Lana stood up from her seat. She felt her world crumbled as soon as those words came out of her mouth.

She felt like she had finally lost something which she had been trying to treasure…

She tripped while taking a step forward to the nurse and fell on the floor!

The 'but' which came from her mouth was really very heart wrenching.

"Miss Lana!! Control yourself! It was not like we wanted it! No one wanted it at all!!"

Yes, That was right!! Little Rain's breath had been stopped!

She was not breathing at all!

Doctors tried their best to keep her alive but during their efforts, she took her last breath!

Lana was sitting on the floor lifelessly! Her body had no strength left and only tears were streaming out of her eyes!

The fact that she did not lose her life because of a mere accident but because of leukaemia was really clenching her heart that she wanted to cry hard!
