Victor was left alone to handle all the matters for Aiden.

Even though he wanted to run away, he couldn't since he was being trusted by him and it was the first time that he was working at the front line rather than behind the scenes!

"Prince Victor! You must know that there are a lot of problems going on with the project on the borders! I mean you are the closest to the crown prince and the King, so we can only talk to you!"

Victor frowned when he heard this!

It was not like he was here to solve the matters of borders or something! He was here to work in the place of Aiden!

Although his uncle had trained him hard in the last 6 or 7 months, he never got the chance to represent such big projects and all before that!

He was happy to grab the chance given by Aiden! It was the project of Billions and Trillions of money! Since he was being trusted, he would really not let it go to waste!

"Well… I guess A.R needed to be present on the borders soon! I guess he must have to be there and since it's the matter about the borders… "

The man stopped for a while and continued "I guess since it's the matter of the borders then the crown prince must be present there!"

Victor looked at the person from head to toe and asked, "Are you not the person of the grandfather's cousin brother!"

He said while having an expressionless face and in a cold voice!

The man was stunned! He had thought that Victor knew nothing about the Kingdom of Avalon and since he was known as a brat and a playboy! He would never care about all sorts of things!

"Ah! Well...Does! Does it have anything to do with that thing? I mean even if I am so what! Like Mr A.R is far better than the crown prince and he can also be the king in future if he wants! Like look at you! You have also seen this world and the world has seen you! So, won't it be better to have a King like you or even replace the crown prince and become the king!"

Victor still looked at him with an expressionless face and asked, "Is that so! Then… What are your thoughts over this! Like how can I be the crown prince or even the King in the future!"

Seeing him getting lured by him, the man was extremely happy and said, "Why do we not meet somewhere alone and discuss! I mean it's about the crown prince and the King after all!"

He patted on his shoulder to which Victor frowned as the man said, "I will sure like to see you as the future King!"

He said and to which Victor replied, "I will relay your words as it is to his highness the King and his highness the Crown Prince!"

He said and walked away, leaving behind the shaking guy, who had just advised him to go against his family and rebel against them!

He was shaken and wanted to run away as soon as possible but a few men came and captured him!

He thought, since Victor was adopted and showed many signs of rebelling with the royal family.. He thought it might be his chance to get it!

But who would have thought that he could be so loyal to them and even arrest him for rebellion! He was trapped!

"Call the borders and ask what is going on there!" Victor ordered Aiden's guards as he had been doing business and it would be easier to reach them through him!

"Prince Victor! There is no need to bother calling them!" A girl came to him while holding a file in her hands!

"Who are you!" He got alerted in an instant!

"I am so sorry, Your highness the second prince!" The girl bowed in front of him and said!

"This is the file about the borders! I guess this is what you needed!" The girl was looking for an opportunity to see him, she had also heard that he was a playboy so she wanted to gain a little favor from him but who would have thought that he would be so scary to talk with!

All her confidence vanished and she too ran away as soon as she handed him the file!

"Is the file not confident! How could she hand it to him! And how could big boss A.R trust a royal person so much when he was the second prince!"

"I know right! The royal's keep going against us and making things difficult! Won't it be a loss to us!"

Victor was hearing all the whispers coming from them but he ignored them and went to Aiden's office to recite the file and asked them not to let anyone in unless it was their big boss himself!

Lana was happy that she was saved by the man whom she was expecting to give a chance to! She really was looking forward and in the end when he was here, she could not hold herself back and agreed with him in an instant!

"I agree with the thing you have said! I agree to give my life a chance with you!"

She was looking down which made her big eyelashes cover her beautiful eyes, making his heart go crazy by her sudden answer to his proposal!

He had been preparing a lot of things for tonight but everything was ruined!

He looked up at her in daze! Not knowing how to react to her sudden acceptance! All he knew was his heart was beating crazily and he wanted to do something to her!

When Lana sensed that he was not reacting at all so she quickly looked up at him and was about to apologize but before that Aiden took her in arms and hugged her tight!

His heart was really wanting to kiss her those juicy lips which had just agreed to what he wanted but he knew what she had been through and he was not willing to scare her off just because of his desires!

"Are.. Are you sure!" Even though he had always been a stern man with a cold aura surrounding him all the time but at the moment… He was nothing but a happy man who had just got his beloved woman in his life!

Lana was crushed tightly in his arms and just like him, her heart was beating like crazy! She could hear his rapid heartbeats which made her flushed all over and she said in a very low voice, "I..I agree! I agree to start a new life with you!"

Aiden finally could not control his emotions and pulled her away from his embrace but rather than kissing her lips in a steamy way, he kissed her forehead in a most gentle way!

He felt like he had gotten the whole world in his hand and now he really wanted to start his new life with her!

He was all ready and set to tell her all his secrets and all the things which had happened in the past.

But who would have thought that a disaster was waiting for them! No one knew what was going to happen in the future as they both were happy for each other and wanted to live with each other till the end of their lives!

"You know what! You have given all the happiness in my life!" He kissed her forehead gently and said while rubbing her cheeks!

Lana's face flushed after hearing this! Her heart was beating way too fast! It was the first time that she was not afraid of any man's touch rather her heart was going wild!

"Why are you so red!" He looked down at her and she stuttered, "N..No.. I am.. Pro..professor I am not shy!"

Aiden's heart skipped a beat when he heard him calling the professor and he felt like he was having an affair with her own student!

"What did you just call me!" He looked down at her and asked which made Lana extremely embarrassed.

'What do I call him then?'

She said to herself in her mind not willing to look up at him!

Aiden was amused to see her shy face! He had seen all of her colours but he had never seen this side of her, the shy and girly side!
