Misty had gone away from Lana by making an excuse to buy some beers and texted Aiden in the name of Lana to meet her. But before she could even send him the exact place to meet, he appeared there out of nowhere!

Aiden was near the location where Lana lived so he arrived as soon as he received her text. But when he saw that it was not Lana but some unknown girl standing there, who was looking at Lana's cell phone, he felt like going mad!

He became furious instantly and threatened to kill her at the very moment. But Misty was also determined to test his worth for Lana, no matter what, She would never let someone unworthy to be with her best friend!

"You know what! You can kill me! At least then only, My stupid friend won't like you anymore!"

She rolled her eyes and smirked angrily. She really had a bad impression of him from the start. First of all he was known as a gay! A damn popular gay! It's not like she had any problem with that but if he truly was then it was not right for him to pursue her! He did not marry yet because he was not interested in girls, at least this was what all of them have been talking about!

When he heard that she was Lana's friend, His attitude changed out of nowhere and said,

"Where do you say you want to talk with me, again?"

He did not say a single word and started looking here and there to find a place where she wanted to go.

Misty was dumbfounded! She couldn't help but laugh inwardly the way he was shaking his head here and there to find the place where she had pointed earlier to meet!

She shook her head and said while pointing at the left side and said "That place might be better for us to talk at the moment!"

She took him to the nearest cafe and ordered coffee for him!

"Mr. A.R! I just had dinner! Kindly have a cup of coffee here and let's come to the point directly!"

Misty was not a person to beat around a bush so she quickly came to the point without waiting for it!

"Say! What do you want to talk to me about?" He too did not waste any time and came to the point directly.

"Mr. Aiden! Let me tell you, If you truly love her… then only try to enter her life! She had a very tough life! You can't even imagine what she had been through!"

She said and continued "When I found her six years ago! She was sick and so were her kids! She did not even have enough money to feed them and she herself was being attacked by her asthma!"

She said and looked down remembering how she was that day!

"You know what! She had decided to take her life and if I didn't reach there on time then we might not be having her with us!"

Aiden was shocked to hear that! He knew her life was miserable but never would have thought that she had such time in her life!

"At first, She held back for her little brother!" She stopped and took a deep breath before continuing.

"You must know him! It's Caspian Will! She had gone through a lot to save his life! She was beaten, she was not given food to eat and clothes to wear! And later she even begged me…!!"

Aiden looked at her, he was not sure why she would beg her, if they were already good friends, until Misty continued.

"We were not on good terms at all! We never talked in school as we both didn't like each other and were full of ego but she still came to beg me for her brother's life!"

"So! All I want to say is… She has been through a lot and I really don't want anyone to disturb her life, who is not loyal to her!"

Even though in the past they were not on good terms, they were not on bad terms as well! She liked her but just because she had all kinds of cunning and manipulating people around her, she just didn't like her!

"And may I know why are you telling me all these?" Aiden asked after hearing it all!

"Mr. A.R! I am not good at judging people but I am not as bad as that stupid Lana! But I can tell that you are a decent man.."

She said and inhaled a deep breath and continued "So...All I want to say is.. If you are serious with her then please go ahead and marry her! And if not… then leave her alone! I and Cassie are more than enough to take care of her for the rest of her life!"

Misty had seen all her suffering from so close and she did not want her to suffer anymore!

There are a lot of things which could be done and which couldn't be! And for Lana...Misty never wanted her to fall in a pit once again as her sufferings are still not over yet!

Aiden heard her closely and in the end he said "Whether I love her or not… It's not the point but I can tell that I am the only person in this world who can give her all the happiness! And what do you even know about it? I have never gone to a woman ever and if I have chosen her then there must be a reason for it!"

Misty was not expecting this kind of an answer from him at all! All she wanted was for him to say that he really loves her and he would keep her happy. But here he was only committing to keep her happy! If there was no love in their lives then how in the world was he going to keep her happy!

She got angry when she did not get a satisfied answer and said "Don't tell me that you really are a gay and you are just using her as your shield!"

She stood up from her chair in anger "If you are really going to do this then forget it! I don't really care if you have the power to kill me or not! But I can guarantee that If you ever tried something funny with her then you will be dead for sure!"

She was possessive and protective for Lana! She never wanted her to get hurt and if there was a single possibility of her being hurt.. She would annihilate it all!

"Miss! I really don't know what your relationship with Miss Lana is! And I really don't care what you think about me! If I said I will make her happy then I will for sure! I really don't need you to tell me!"

He said and stood up from his chair.

"Waiter! Take the bill!" He said and left, leaving a furious Misty behind!

He was truly unlikeable just as she had thought!

"I really don't know why my stupid friend has to like all the trashes in her life? First that scum Leo and now this brainless bastard A.R!"

She was so angry that she couldn't understand what to do! She did not want to stop Lana and make her feel sad and bound.

"No matter what! If you are happy then I will be happily beside you and if you are sad then I will be behind you as a wall, protecting you!"

She said to herself and went to buy some beers as she had told Lana. She knew, if she wouldn't bring any then Lana would eat her head without spices. And that was what her speciality was!

On the other hand, Lana was alone at home. No one came back! Misty went to buy some beers from nearby stores and she was still away and Casper was also not back yet!

"God! I would have been better off if I would also have gone to buy beers or gone with little Cassie to bring my kids back!"

She sat on the couch and puffed her cheeks in anger "Never mind! I will go and sleep… today was a really very long day!"

She said and went to her room to sleep!
