"Look at you! You are so big and even bigger than me in height but yet you didn't learn how to tie your shoelace" She squatted down and helped him tie his shoelaces and he on the other hand put his hand on her head like he used to do in his childhood.

Lana felt guilty. Towards him, she was not attentive at all. Since she came back she had been busy with her own matters and completely neglected him.

Looking at him at the moment she found that even though he was a grown man now but he was still her same baby Cassie which he used to be years ago!

Casper's smile widened at his face and he felt extremely happy.

Though Lana was back for a few month but they never had such emotional talk or such moments together.

He always wanted her to treat him like she used to do years ago but he was not sure how to open up with her once again though she was treating him well but in his heart he was always a little jealous with those two brats of Lana.

They always occupied a lot of hers and he was left all alone.

Today was different, even though they were in between the heated rumours but it was fine as long as he could save her from getting in the rumours with the big names of the country!

At the Palace,

"Uncle, it's the 15th of the month, I know you will be feeling extreme pain today."

Adrian had just come back from somewhere and directly went to his chamber to have some rest but when he entered his room, there was Victor, who was already waiting for him to come.

"Why are you here? Did I not clear enough myself that no one is allowed on the 15th and last day of the month?"

His eyes were already bloodshot when he entered the Palace.

But when he saw his nephew there he closed his eyes and took a deep breath to control his emotions.

"Uncle! I just wanted to help you and accompany you in the time of your agony"

Victor saw his red, burning eyes and understood that the things were acting up and it would start any second.

"No! I want to be all alone! No one is allowed here! Not even Y.O.U"

He tried his voice to keep it soft and calm but he was burning inside and his all coolness and calmness were burned by the fire inside him.

"No uncle! I can't let you suffer it all alone"

Victor was worried about him and wanted to be with him. The last time when he was here and saw everything was already very horrible to witness and the pain he had gone through last time but he still did not want him to be alone at a time like this.

"Leave Victor! Before I do something unusual to you, just leave me alone! I really don't want to regret it later"

He said and held Victor by his hands and dragged him out of the chamber and shut the door close.

It was already evening and the night was nearing soon so he might be going to have all those things once again.

Victor was stunned and was looking at the closed door in front of his eyes.

It all happened so quickly that he was unable to respond in time.

"I will never leave you alone Uncle. You were the one and only one with me, when there was no one and I was all alone"

He said and asked the guards to bring him a chair to sit and something to eat.

He sat there to wait until Adrian opened the room himself.

Meanwhile inside the room,

Adrian was clutching his head very tightly and soon after the room was all set on fire.

Same as always, there was nothing which was harmed but he was clearly feeling the heat from it.

"No! No one can touch him! Whether he loved him or not it really doesn't matter! As long as I loved him and felt the love from him is all mattes"

This time the scene flashing in front of him was different.

A lady in a pure white colour robe was sitting in the middle of the hall on the floor on her knees.

"Why are you being blinded by that Devil King? Don't forget who you are? You are not only an angel of love but also of life and prosperity! How could you fall in love with that Devil? He is doing nothing but using you"

A woman, who was also in a pure white robe, stood up and yelled at her harshly.

"Why can I not? I am an angel of love and I myself can not fall in love?"

A girl on her knees looked up and argued.

"Your falling in love is not the problem at all" An other woman in the same appearance stood up and continued "You are someone shining brightly and he is someone from the world of darkness!

He is just using you against us! You know very well the brawl between the Devil and the and the Angel's! "

"I don't care! All I know is he loves me and I love him! There is no way he would cheat me and use me against my own people and make me his weapon to harm the Angel Land!"

The girl was not ready to give up and kept on arguing with them. The more they objected the more she tried to come up with a reasonable or an unreasonable excuse to save that Devil King!

Adrian was clutching his head hard and muttered "Who the hell are they? What Angel and what Devil! Why the hell are all these happening to me?"
