Lana was so panicked that she had no idea what she was about to do… She had finalized all her works through them and even she had taken help from their agency for her child's admission…

She had spent 15000 dollars for all these…

She knew she had left nothing and just the thought of it made her feel heavy on her chest and she clutched it in pain

"Sis what happened? Are you ok?"

Caspian didn't know what was going on so he felt worried but Misty quickly ran and got her Asthma inhaler…

She pumped it in her mouth a few times but Lana felt unconscious…

"Sis… Sis?? what's wrong with her?"

Caspian panicked at the moment as it was horrible for him to see.

"Mom…"

"Momma…"

Alex and Raina too came running out of their rooms when they heard all the commotions and Misty called the ambulance....

"Alex… Rain… Don't worry we are talking mom to the hospital… Just be here and I have called my friend he will accompany you"

Caspian said and took his sister out of the building…

Alex and Raina were home alone…

"Bro...Brother… Will mom be ok? Will she be fine?"

She started crying and Alex put her head on his shoulder to console her while hiding his own tears from his sister…

"Doctor… Doctor What's… What's wrong with my sis… I mean with my friend? Will she be ok?"

Just like Alex and Raina, Caspian was crying too… His tears were threatening to come out of his eyes but he was controlling it hard to not to let them fall from his eyes…

"Miss Gracias is an Asthma Patient and she is in a very serious state and she must not be triggered by anything… It was a panic attack you can say that.."

The doctor looked at Caspain and told him everything which she had hid from him all these years… All her secrets were opening up in front of her little brother one by one leaving him in a state of huge shock…

He left the doctor's office and went to the ward where Lana was resting…

He went to her, held her hand and rested his forehead on it…

His tears were coming out of his eyes non stop… He was trying his best to stop them but he couldn't do that…

After sometime when he found his eyes were too dry to let any tears flow out of his eyes and as red as heat, he looked up and said " Sis… How could you do it? Do you even know how ashamed I am right now? I knew that you must be suffering in a foreign place all alone but…."

She took a deep breath and continued "You suffered all alone there? You gave me the best life possible in this country even when you were not here… You gave me a new life at that time but.. What about you? You left me with a healthy body… But when you came after all these years… You were back with two kids sis… Two damn kids… It.. It must have been very painful to do all these alone… How could you not tell me anything, how could you just bear it all alone…. I didn't even know a single thing about you… It's… Its' like I am meeting a new person.."

He said and caressed her cheeks and bent a little to look at her while once again out of nowhere a drop of tear fell on her cheek…

"Uhh"

"Some… Something is on .."

Lana tried to talk but before she could Caspian yelled "Doctor… Doctor please come here and look at my friend"

He yelled so loud that a doctor came running to their ward…

After a few checkup the doctor left the room while Caspian followed him behind

"Doc… How is she? Is she fine? Is there complications with her?"

He asked with a look of worry on his face

"Don't worry.. It's all thanks to the lady with you before who had sent her report to us so it became easier for us to treat her… Now all she needs is rest..She will be fine after taking rest and you can take her home the next day"

Doctor left him after patting on his shoulder and Misty came running to him…

Before she could even say anything he said " So… Misty sis… You knew everything ? I was the one who didn't know anything?"

She was shocked by his serious look on his face and a sudden interrogation was coming from him…

But before she could even answer Lana opened the door of the ward and said " Don't blame her… I just wanted you to be in peace here… After what you have gone through… I never wanted you to feel this sad the way you are right now.."

Caspian turned at her and hugged her…

"I am so sorry sis… I shouldn't have been angry on sister Misty" He said and looked at her apologetically and Misty

Caressed his head with love, telling him that she was not angry with him anymore…

" Misty… Come let's talk inside.." She called them both inside the ward and they both helped her settle on the bed

"How are my darlings doing?" Her first question was about her kids as soon as they started talking…

"Oh… Here.."

Caspian video called them and the trio talked for about 20 minute, ignoring the presence of two whole giant creatures in the room…

"Okkk baby… Muah… I will be back soon" She said and finally hung up the call….

Misty and Caspian looked at each other and shook their heads with a huge smile on their faces….

"Misty… Cass… You guys need not worry about me… I have some savings left for Cas"

"Sis please… I told you that I don't need money for my fee anymore… I get enough scholarship and as well as my jobs are paying me enough to take care of myself and I can even help with that money… Not a lot but a little for sure..."
