ILLEGITIMATE CHILD

Lana and Victor arrived at the address which was provided by her.

Victor was about to say something but Lana was in a hurry and without waiting for Victor to say anything she left the car and marched towards the school in front of her.

Victor didn't say anything, he just sighed and followed behind her and waited to see what was about to happen.

Lana entered the school infirmary and saw that her little baby boy was lying on the bed and her little baby girl was standing beside him and was crying.

"Dummy… Don't cry...It was not your fault."

Alex was consoling his sister who was crying non stop

"No..No.." Raina shook her head and said "It was my fault, I shouldn't have fought with him… But...But he said that we don't have daddy and talked dirty about Momma too…"

"Yes, My dear, You weren't on fault, it was all his fault who tried to mess up with my little princess…"

Even though 5 years old Alex was himself in pain but he was consoling his crying sister and telling her that this wasn't her fault.

Lana was seeing everything and tears started flowing out of her big eyes but she collected herself and was about to go to her kids but their Home room teacher arrived and said

"Hello Miss Lana…"

Lana looked behind her and bowed her head a little "Hello Miss Juliet, It's nice to meet you again…"

"I'm sorry that I couldn't take good care of Alex and Raina.."

"No..No..No.. it wasn't your fault but tell me why all these happened? What's the matter…?"

Even though Lana knew that it was about her, but still she wanted to know what happened.

"Miss Lana, I'm sorry but I don't know exactly what happened, but as much as I know a classmate said something about you… "

Juliet was hesitant a bit but she finally decided to tell her everything

"Actually, some students were saying that your kids have no father and they are illegitimate kids and you were some woman who did dirty things to have them…"

Lana's whole body shook when she heard all those malicious things, She was afraid that one day she would have to tell them about their father but…

Lana didn't know what to say and was standing rooted and dumbfounded

"Ms. Lana I know , I know everyone has their own circumstances but it's their 5th time this month and …"

"5..5th time?" Lana was shocked that her kids had been going through a tough torment and she couldn't do anything for them.

"What do you mean 5th time? Why didn't you guys inform me? Is this how it's all supposed to be?"

Lana was furious and her eyes were red, The Aura around her changed slightly. Miss Juliet, who was pitying her just now felt a little scared of her

"Well...Umm… Actually we did call you several times but we couldn't reach you…"

Juliet was right… They had been calling her for a long time now but every time they were told that the number they were trying was someone else's.

"That's not the fact… Well I'm here now.. let me see my kids first…"

Lana was very worried about her babies, she just wanted to give them a tight hug and tell them to hang on a bit more with her.

"But.. But Miss Lana, Dean wants to meet you..And your kids "

"Why?"

"I told you.. we were trying to reach you for a long time , but since you are here let's meet the Dean…"

"Is it important? My kid is lying on the bed… I'm going to take him home, I'm not free today…"

She didn't give Juliet the chance to say anything and directly went to the place where her kids were.

"Mumma…" Raina ran towards her as soon as she saw her and started sobbing again

"Mumma.. Brother Alex is hurt, it's all because of me Momma"

Lana hugged Raina tightly and said "Let's go home ok… we will talk there"

She pulled Raina out of her embrace and looked at Alex who was lying on the bed and his forehead and knees were bandaged. Her heart ached and tears started flowing once again.

She hugged him and started crying like her daughter was crying a while ago…

"Momma… please , you are a big grown woman don't be like that silly Raina ok.."

Raina chuckled a little but Lana kept on crying and said "You rascal, I have no one in my life, only you guys are left for me and if you guys are going to be like this, then how am I going to survive "

This time Alex hugged her back and said in his childlike but serious voice "Momma… No matter what, if anyone is going to talk bad about my mother and my sister , I'm gonna beat them until they are half dead…"

Lana pulled herself out of his embrace and looked at him with shocked eyes and said "Did… Did you not beat them because they call you ill.. illegitimate child?"

"Come on Mumma, We are your Children and we are proud of that… we don't need any father or something we just need you in our life…" He said firmly, and looked at Raina "Isn't it Raina?"

Raina looked at her brother and nodded

Lana was so happy and sad at the same time, She wanted them to give everything but she was unable to become their father after all.

While they were talking, the doctor came and said to Lana

"Ms. Lana, Alex is very smart, intelligent and strong. You are crying here because he hurt himself a little, but here another kid who was involved with him is extremely injured…"

The lady doctor didn't let Lana speak and continued with her piece " The boys he fought with are extremely injured, one even broke his hand… Their parents want to meet you, because they really are injured.."

Lana looked at them and didn't say anything, she just smiled at them and gestured to them to leave the place.
