Lana and everyone started doing their work intently , it was the project they have been working for the last 3 months and it was the last day of it, so they all were extra busy today and since Lana was the assistant of Victor, she had extra work to do. All employees already went home but Lana and Victor were already there and were working hard..

Lana was sitting on her desk and were working hard on the project, and was overlooking at all the materials and designs and every other things for the last time , when her desk phone started ringing

"Yes?" Lana replied, as she knew it was Victor's call

"Lana, Dear come to my office …!"

Lana's whole body shook when she heard the word 'Dear' , because she very well knew what tone he just used to call her.

She didn't reply for a few seconds so Victor said again

"Dear, are you hearing me?"

"Yes.. Mr. Victor I'm all ears.." She said nervously

"Come to my office,I have something to discuss with you.."

"Ok Mr. Victor " She replied nervously and put the phone back on the desk and took a deep breath and said to herself

"Let's go Lana, it's not like it's the first time you have to go in."

She stood up and straightened her back and went in the direction of his office and knocked twice, before she could knock again, the door opened and a handsome , hot man was standing in front of her. He was Victor who came to welcome her like always

"Come in my dear Lana…"

Lana sighed and entered the office , hanging her head low

"Mr. Victor what is it you want ?" She didn't dare to look at the man in front of her, she knew he was going to ask her out again and will try to pursue her by using a lot of methods , it was like it's his routine to disturb her every now and then, she knew it all because Victor had started pursuing her as soon as he came to this company and his first step was to make her, His assistant designer, making her the envy of all the ladies who worked with her and even men were jealous with her as well because Victor was a real big deal and everyone wanted to work with him and she, Lana who wasn't even a graduate was the one to grab this opportunity.

When she got the news she was happy as well, but Victor made her work a lot daily, not only that he made her work near himself as much as possible. All the workers were allowed to come at 9:30 but since she was his assistant she had to arrive one hour earlier and leave the work after all employees were gone.

"So Miss Lana … what is your thought about the thing I told you?"

Victor sat on his seat and rested his elbows on the table and put his chin on his hands.

"What?What are you talking about Mr. Victor?"

Lana knew very well what he was talking about but pretended not to know anything

"Oh.. come on..!! How many times do I need to tell you to stop calling me Mr. Victor" He stood up and walked slowly towards her , until he was standing just a few inches away from her and said in a sexy voice

"Just call me Victor…"

Lana shivered and felt uncomfortable with the closeness and stepped backward and said

"It's ok Mr. Victor, you are my superior and I'm obliged to call you that "

She said without looking at him

"I'm giving you the right so you can"

Victor was determined to make her call him Victor

"No.. thanks Mr. Victor. It's my duty to give you respect.." Lana was getting irritated by his irritating behavior

"Look Mr. Victor , let's not do this... I'm a mere nobody and you are very famous so please don't disturb the peace of my life…"

She looked at him in his eyes for the first time and Victor felt frozen at the moment because the way she looked into his eyes, he felt a freezing and strong aura coming from her.

Before he could reply , Lana's phone started ringing, Lana was startled a bit by a sudden sound coming from her trouser's pocket.

She quickly looked at the caller ID and received it without thinking for a second

"Hello..?" Her voice had a sense of fear and Victor, who was frozen came to his senses and looked at her

"What? ….How??" Lana paused for some moments and replied "NO… don't do anything I'll be there , yes I'll take some time , I mean a little more time but I'll be there soon… just don't let them stay there silently, ask the doctor to treat them.. yes yes I'll pay I'll pay just take good care of them.."

Lana was panicked but after taking a few breaths she ran towards the door. It was already 5:30 so she left without any thought.

It was the first time for Victor to see calm and composed Lana in panic so he followed behind her.

Just as Lana was about to open the door Victor held her and said "Calm down first I'll take you there.."

Lana looked at him but didn't refuse his offer as she was really very concerned about her kids.

Victor and Lana went to the car parking and Lana quickly sat in the car even before Victor could open the door for her.

Victor started driving and Lana told him the address of the school where her kids were.

Victor didn't ask anything to her because Lana was already very tensed and he didn't want to make her feel that even more so he kept himself quiet but thought to himself

'What is the situation actually? She never sat in my car in all these six months even though I tried to, She always made a lot of excuses but now she didn't even refute and accepted my offer without hesitation, and What about the school thing? Wasn't it a kindergarten? Why are they heading there ?Why are they heading there ?'

He had a lot to ask but he decided to wait and go along with the flow.
