Each clan head began to say who they think should be the Hokage, since they all knew Orochimaru was going to be the clan head they didn't want to be on his bad side by saying Minato should be the clan head.

One by one Hiruzen asked their opinion on who should be the clan head and everyone said Orochimaru. ​​

"Fugaku who do you think should be the 4th Hokage?" Asked Hiruzen.

"Minato." He replied with confidence. Few clan heads admired the bravery and honestly of Fugaku and few thought Fugaku was an idiot for going against the future Hokage.

"Yama what about you?"

"Unlike most of the cowards in the room I have the balls to say my opinion freely, I think Minato should be the Hokage."

He pissed off more than half the people in the room with one sentence. All of them were glaring at him angrily. But he just looked at them and smiled.

Hiruzen continued. "Jiraiya I am guessing you are going to support your student."

Jiraiya nodded and didn't say anything. Hiruzen frowned at this, Jiraiya was normally a cheerful dude who constantly cracked a joke and lighten up the mood of everyone but today he hadn't said a word which was wired, and Hiruzen had some bad feeling about it.

After a bit of a pause, he continued. "Since the majority of the people agree that Orochimaru should be the 4th Hokage I think the results are pretty clear, does anyone have anything to add or say before I officially pass the Hokage title over to Orochimaru?"

Yama raised his hand. Hiruzen immediately got a headache. 'What the hell is he up to now?' Hiruzen thought to himself.

"Yes, what is it Yama?" Asked Hiruzen

Yama looked at Minato, Fugaku, and Jiraiya. "Guys, it's time."

Minato used flying thunder God and teleported away, Fugaku and Jiraiya both used body flicker Jutsu and left their place. Everyone was surprised by what was going on but in the next second, they were even more surprised.

Minato, Jiraiya, and Fugaku all returned to the room carrying a lot of unconscious shinobi.

The situation in the room got very intense. Everyone got up from their chair and got into a fighting position.

Hiruzen roared. "What the hell are you guys doing?"

Jiraiya finally spoke. "Calm down old man listen to what we have to say."

Danzo looked at Jiraiya coldly. "You better start explaining."

Yama laughed out loud. "You are going to regret those words."

"We don't want the information to leak outside the room for now so we had to knock them out for a bit because we don't know if there are any spies in the group." Minato explained.

Koharu looked angry. "Do you think there are going to be spies in anbu? All individual anbu are hand-picked there is no way any village would be able to plant spies in the anbu."

"Who said anything about other villages?" Fugaku asked.

This confused everyone for a second but all of them were smart people they realized the underlying meaning of his words. When they combined what Fugaku said with what Yama said, everyone understood they were talking about Danzo.

Danzo had a bad feeling about this. His heart started beating faster, Orochimaru was also getting a bit nervous.

"Don't beat around the bush and tell us what's going on." Hiruzen yelled angrily.

"Well, since the security inside the village is lacking, we decided to do a little security check throughout the village to you know insure the safety of the villagers. And while doing that we found some interesting things like some labs where they were conducting some not very legal experiments.

"And do you want to know who are the people conducting the experiments? Our beloved elder Danzo and the guy who you all were about to make the next Hokage, Orochimaru."

The more Yama spoke more anxious Danzo became he knew he was done, he could no longer stay in the village after everyone found out the things he and Orochimaru were doing.

He looked at Orochimaru and he also looked as nervous as him. Danzo's mind was working in overdrive. He knew once Hiruzen and the others started digging the truth he wouldn't be able to hide it no matter how hard he tried. So as a last-ditch effort he decided to attack Yama and somehow run away.

"Ridiculous." Danzo immediately tried to move towards Yama to attack him but suddenly he felt someone catch him and pin him to the ground.

"Calm down elder Danzo, if you try to do that again you might lose your life." Minato teleported on top of Danzo and pin him to the ground.

Orochimaru was about to move but Jiraiya glared at him. "If I were you, I wouldn't try anything funny."

Everyone in the room was completely shocked by what was going on, Yama and the others were accusing Danzo and Orochimaru of conducting illegal experiments, and looking at the actions of Danzo it seemed true.

Danzo took a deep breath. "Boy let go of me before I cut you into pieces.

A big battle was about to break out and everyone was very tense and ready to fight.

"Enough! Minato let go of him, Danzo if you try and attack anyone again I promise it won't end well for you." Hiruzen yelled.

Minato looked at Fugaku, Jiraiya, and Yama for their approval. Jiraiya nodded his head and told Minato to let go of Danzo.

"Yama the allegations you are putting on them is not a joking matter if any of this turns out to be false I will make sure you regret it. So stop speaking non-sense and show us the proof." Said Hiruzen.

"We know the exact location of both of their labs and we have also caught a few of the guards from their bases so you can use the help of the Yamanaka clan to know the full truth or we can just go there now raid their base and I have enough trust that you will be able to figure out everything yourself."
