In Naruto With The Power Of One Piece. Chapter 29

"I suggest you take a hearing test. You hear shit about people from another village, but you don't know that I defeated that perfect Jinchuriki that you talk about." said Yama to the Hyuga.
The Hyuga Jounin felt a little offended that a kid disrespected him. "He didn't even use half of his power against you and you ran away."
Minato heaved a sigh. He knew Yama would cause a small commotion now.
"Shut up you white-eyed dumbass, I can kill anyone in your clan in a minute you weak bitches. If you think you can take on A and Bee on your own then go for it, if not then shut the fuck up."
Jiraiya and Minato tried to calm Yama down. Both Hyuga jounin activated their Byakugan and glared at Yama.
"What are you looking at, I'm going to gouge your eyes out. Even if that bastard Hiashi comes down here, he won't be able to save you fucking losers."
Pakura on the sidelines laughed at Yama's antics.
Minato didn't want the situation to escalate, so he teleported Yama into the forest. Minato and Yama had grown much closer over the past year. They spent almost every day together, so Minato now knew Yama very well.
He knew that Yama was a calm person, and he only antagonized others because it was fun for him. "Is it really that much fun to insult other people?" asked Minato.
Yama laughed and replied. "You should try it sometime, it lifts your spirits."
"What if the people you insult try to return the favor?"
"If they try that, you just beat the shit out of them."
"Sigh, your habit of insulting people is going to bite you in the ass one day."

"When that happens, I'll have you come and help me."
"If you go too far, even I won't be able to help you."
"So you're saying you'll kill me for two Hyuga Jounin."
Minato shook his head. "Yama, I know you're a smart kid and you know exactly what I mean."
Yama laughed and walked with Minato back to the camp. At the camp, Jiraiya had already calmed Hyuga Jounins and sent them out of the tent.
Jiraiya glared angrily at Yama.
"Brat, how many times do I have to tell you not to make trouble with your own people."
"He tried to insult me first."
"Don't act like I don't know you, Minato already told me about you."
"Fucking snitch." Yama muttered.
Minato heard that, but he just shook his head. "Enough fooling around Yama, go get some rest, tomorrow we go into battle and hopefully it will be the last battle in this war.
" And remember, don't kill Bee, we don't want a permanent grudge against Kumo. If you do, you know what can happen." He said the last part while looking at Pakura.
Yama laughed and said nothing.
A day passed and it was the day of battle. Even in war, there were different rules. And everyone followed the rule, at least on the surface. If there were no rules, the death rate in the war would double.
Most of the big battles like this also had rules like the war would only start after sunrise and would end after sunset.
Both sides took their troops and gathered on a battlefield and were waiting for the sun to rise.
Yama was on the front line along with Minato, Pakura, and Friday. He created a clone and had the clone transform into Killer Bee. He then began to reenact the events of their last meeting.

The clone threw a weak punch towards Yama, he slowly dodged the punch and hit his clone with a punch, sending him to the ground.
The Kumo shinobi was getting pissed off at Yama's antics. Bee was a little annoyed as well.
"Don't forget the part where you ran away in fear, tell everyone about it loud and clear."
"You were lucky that your big brother came to help you, otherwise you would be dead by now, but this time you won't be so lucky, I brought my big brother to deal with your big brother, so no one will save your life this time." said Yama as he patted Minato's shoulder.
Minato and A looked at each other and assessed the opponent's strength. They hadn't faced each other yet, so they didn't know how the fight would go, but they were both confident in their abilities.
A expected to fight Jiraiya, but Jiraiya was nowhere to be seen, which made him anxious.
The long-awaited moment finally arrived, the sun rose in the sky and both sides began to throw ninjutsu at each other. Yama activated his Arnament Haki and Observation Haki.
He charged towards Bee and dodged all attacks effortlessly. A and Minato began to fight. Pakura began to mummify the Kumo Jounins with the Scorch Release Balls.
Friday covered his body with a lightning cloak and began to move at very high speed, tearing through the Kumo chunins.
"Time for a rematch bee."
Yama punched towards Bee's face, but he managed to dodge the punch. Yama's punch flew past his face and he went to throw a punch himself, but he felt a sharp pain in his stomach.
Yama had hit him with his knee when his punch missed. Bee tried to dodge, but the hand that flew past his head came back and Yama's elbow smashed the back of his head.
Bee shoved Yama and put some distance between them. From this exchange of blows, Bee knew that Yama was faster and more technical than him.
"Buddy, I need your strength." Bee said to Eighttail.
Eighttail, who was watching the fight, knew that Yama was not an easy opponent, so he immediately gave Bee his chakra.
"Eight-tailed cloak mode."

A note from the Author: PLEASE leave a review and alert me of any plot holes, weak portions, and anything else. I am in desperate need of beta readers and feedback. I wrote this around the new year, 2020. It's about 40k words and the first in a planned series that follows Gar "Alany" Darron and his agency of detectives as they track missing persons in the city of Throne. I have the sequel planned but not written. Once this one is completely uploaded, I'll be uploading another, unrelated series that as of right now is roughly 160k words long, and somewhere in there, I'll write the sequel to Frame of Mind. I plan to go back and forth between the two series for the foreseeable future. Thanks for reading.

Sage ▸ Stiles Stilinski [Book One]
"You do realize that I'm supposed to tell you when you're throwing yourself into a dangerous situation and that doing this will probably get you killed, right?" "I don't need you to take care of me, Sage." "Says the werewolf that fell into the floor." Sage Connelly was notoriously known for the fire that killed her entire family when she was only ten years old. Granted, that name held importance for an entire year before people eventually forgot about the Connelly's and the other family involved in the fire, the Hale's. Nearly six years later, when the little girl is not so little anymore, Sage comes back with more than just a leather jacket hanging on her shoulders. She comes back with a personality distinctly different from what her old friends remembered, not only stunning Jackson Whittemore into silence but efficiently taking away Scott McCall and Stiles Stilinski's ability to talk about the dead body found in the woods the night before. Even more, the bite on Scott's body that held an importance only two people in town could help him with: Sage, to her dismay, was one of them. When Derek Hale calls upon her help, giving her the title of Scott McCall's personal babysitter, she's inevitably forced to tag along with the boy's trusty side-kick. The introverted and overly, well, intimidating qualities that the blonde had lead Stiles Stilinski into an unfathomable struggle of convincing himself that Sage Connelly was just a crush, and that Lydia Martin would forever be the one holding his heart. That lasted as long as the one-way conversation the boy had with the strawberry blonde in the middle of a hospital. His downward spiral leads him directly into the arms of a stubborn, damn blonde that was confident she didn't need a boy in her life that was still tripping over an elementary school crush.
