Chapter 1213: 1213
Chapter 1213: Su Jingfeng and Feng Tianlan 2
Feng Tianlan raised her sword, and the wind’s spiritual force instantly shot out, forming a thick barrier. However, when it met the black spiritual force that was like a spirirual force field, it only managed to block it for a few seconds. The barrier instantly shattered, and the black spiritual force shot into the sky, her arms became numb from the tremors, and the ice soul sword fell to the ground.
“Mother!” Feng Tianlan exclaimed. She turned around and shielded Feng Shu with her own body.
Lapis Lazuli instantly raised her hand, gathered and released all of her spiritual force, and formed a barrier around Feng Tianlan’s body, blocking a portion of Su Jingfeng’s black spiritual force. Taking advantage of this gap, it quickly turned into a jade-colored pill scroll that covered Feng Tianlan’s upper body, she also used all her spiritual power to protect the vine on her shoulder blade, as well as her head.
“Ah!” Lapis Lazuli felt as if she had been split into several pieces. The intense pain made her raise her head and gave a horrible shriek.
“Ah! Ah! Ah!” Feng Shu screamed in terror and struggled. Those voices were as terrifying as a demon to her.
“Lapis Lazuli! Mother!” Feng Tianlan’s voice trembled. Feng Tianlian felt that a weight had lifted off her shoulders and Lapis Lazuli seemed to have disappeared.
Without any weight, Feng Shu broke free and ran to the side. She hugged the urn tightly and hid under a tree. Her body was shaking, and her eyes were filled with fear and listlessness. She said intermittently, “Dai’er, don’t be afraid. Mother would protect you. Borui, we wouldn’t be separated, we wouldn’t be separated.”
Apart from her left shoulder blade, Feng Tianlan’s entire body was covered in wounds caused by the black spiritual force, and blood was flowing profusely. Because of Feng Shu’s sudden departure, her body became empty and she suddenly fell to the ground.

Su Jingfeng glanced indifferently at Feng Tianlan, who was covered in blood. He strode towards the ice soul sword and bent down to pick it up. However, the ice soul sword did not move at all in his hands!
As such, Su Jingfeng frowned in confusion. He used his spirirual force to pick up the ice soul sword again, and then did not move at all again. Even though he used all the spiritual force in his body, he still could not pick up the ice soul sword!
Unable to pick up the ice soul sword twice, Su Jingfeng’s bent body stood there awkwardly. He looked coldly at Feng Tianlan, who was slowly standing up from the ground. “Did the Ice Soul Sword acknowledged you as its master?”
The ice soul sword was made by Wu Ya for Yun Yi. He didn’t know what kind of characteristics it had. He just didn’t expect that he couldn’t move it, and Feng Tianlan could hold it without any pressure. There was only one possibility. Only the master could move the ice soul sword after it had acknowledged the person as its master!
“Su Jingfeng!” Feng Tianlan raised her hand to wipe the blood from the corner of her mouth. Her phoenix eyes were extremely cold, and her voice was as cold as ice. “From now on, I, Feng Tianlan, will acknowledge you as my enemy!”
As long as she was still alive, Su Jingfeng and her would be sworn enemeis, regardless of whether she was Yun Yi in her previous life or not! From now on, Su Jingfeng would be her enemy!
Su Jingfeng raised his ruby-like red eyes and looked at Feng Tianlan indifferently. Half of her white dress was dyed red with fresh blood. The Phoenix emblem between her brows complemented each other. Her words caused his entire body to tremble!

He still remembered the time when Yun Yi was in Wu Ya’s embrace, she had declared to him with such hatred, “Su Jingfeng, I, Yun Yi, shall sever all ties with you. From now on, we would not be able to stand side by side. We would never see each other again. If we do, it will be a fight to the death!”
Now that he heard these words that had the same meaning and were so similar, Su Jingfeng seemed to have been struck by lightning. He stared blankly at Feng Tianlan and walked towards her in a daze, “Yun’er.”

Essentia Animus
Second Book of the Soul - Celesi Veil Trilogy When the living essence of three girls are put at risk, giving room for a second essence within themselves, even their hyper developed fantasy world might not be enough to contain their new found ambitions. Another story of another world, these three girls must adapt to their new essence, all while each is left to question if they are truly still even alive. While this story is a sequel of the previous story in the trillogy, it is also fully capable of standing alone in its own light, taking place in a distant corner of a Celese returning readers will be otherwise incapable of recognizing. However, the events of the story are a spoiler for the previous book, in case that matters to anyone. This story takes place over two centuries after the events of Vitae Memorandum, when Celese had developed into an advanced world, improved to a point that it is much like modern-day Earth while still using the gift instead of technology. The Aethyx languages are still present in this book, and even English still exists in the world after the events of the previous book, but are much less of a focus after the same closing events of the previous book. What is instead important is how the ending events of the previous book had resulted in the start of the Instrumentation Era, and exactly how the gift translates in a modern-day sense. While this book is still effectively a fantasy world of its own kind of magic, it isn’t the classical medieval scene that would be typical for such a story. The laws of science still do not exist in Celese, but that didn’t stop it from developing into something that looks similar enough. Earth itself still remains present on the other side of the veil, and its previous exposure continues to shape and advance Celese into the world it has become. This story contains scenes exibiting mania and similar dark themes, as it goes to great length to explore concepts of life and death. While the degree of such themes should not be considered to be as serious compared to matters such as actual horror, the psychological depth is still siginifcant enough to be potentially concerning for people sensitive to matters of this nature, such as any individuals with concerns questioning matters of suicide, mental harm, or a variety of emotional injuries. While none of these subjects actually occur in the story, readers who are currently troubled by such matters may find themselves considering old wounds if they are especially capable of empathy while reading, which could lead to furthered emotional or mental stress. Readers with a high capacity for empathy may find themselves troubled by concerns regarding any potential lack of mental/emotional control as well as considerations regarding the meaning of death. Readers who appreciate subtle dark themes in a story may instead find this to be an interesting twist of the same idea.
