Chapter 1007: Chapter 1007
Chapter 1007: Shen Yunya Brought up Having a Conscience to Her?
Feng Tianlan looked at Shen Yunya and chuckled in a bland manner. The fighting noises coming from outside had stopped for a while and then became more intense. She thought that Xi Jin might have not returned the blows in the beginning and then, not knowing what Mobai said, Xi Jin then fought back.
But listening to the fluctuations in the air, there was no Spiritual Force. That meant they should just be fighting using punches and kicks. In that sense, she felt more reassured that Mobai and Xi Jin would be fine.
“Don’t you care about your parents?” Since the men were all right, Feng Tianlan no longer paid attention to what was happening outside and spoke with Shen Yunya.
“The care and love given to you during childhood were greater than giving birth to you. Moreover, I was the one who did this thing. It had nothing to do with them. What can you do to them? Surely you are not going to be unfilial?” Shen Yunya made herself speak calmly. She could not get angry. It was harmful to the child in her belly. She had to protect the child well.
It was keeping her alive and was her last bargaining chip to reverse her fortune. Of course, she also loved the baby very much.
Feng Tianlan watched as Shen Yunya caressed her stomach as she listened to her words. She briefly smiled and said, “But don’t you forget, he killed my parents. Any kindness cannot hold back such absolutely irreconcilable hatred.”
To be honest, if there was no statement about an accomplice, she would not take her anger out on Shen Bokang and his wife. She knew how to be grateful, especially towards those that offered the kindness of raising her. But now with the way things had become, the kindness of them raising her could not hold back the hatred of killing her father and mother.

Shen Yunya’s hand paused and she raised her eyes to look at Feng Tianlan. She asked angrily, “Shen Qingdai, do you have any conscience?”
“I told you, my conscience was eaten by the dogs, and you all are the pack that did it. So, what conscience should I show you?” Feng Tianlan replied blandly. Besides, she found Shen Yunya’s question ridiculous.
Wasn’t it a joke for a person without a conscience to scold her for not having a conscience?
Shen Yunya glared at her and uttered, “You…”
“They’re in the dungeon, and they’re all right for the time being. But it’s hard to say what will happen in the future,” Feng Tianlan said, looking up at her. “You don’t seem to care about Jiang Ying’s fate.”
“What do his life or death have to do with me?” Shen Yunya snorted. He was just a stepping-stone. He was of no use now, so whether he was dead or alive had nothing to do with her.
“Of course, it concerns you. He still wants to see you, and the skin on his face is still waiting for you to peel it,” Feng Tianlan said.
Shen Yunya’s eyes widened upon hearing these words and she looked incredulously at Feng Tianlan. She said, “You want to skin Jiang Ying’s face?”
“No.” Feng Tianlan listened to the sounds of fighting outside and smiled as she said, “You are going to skin him.”

“Shen Qingdai, you are really heartless. You have liked Jiang Ying for so many years. How dare you do that to him? You are really vicious. Is your conscience clear? How can you live with yourself?” Shen Yunya’s conduct and deeds toward Feng Tianlan were full of contempt and disdain. She said, “Does the Demon King know how vicious you are? Do you think you deserve him?”

“What about you?” Feng Tianlan’s voice was very calm as she said, “Although I might be useless, I also did my best to train you to be promoted. I always gave you the good things first. What about your conscience? Aren’t you vicious, too?”
“…” Shen Yunya was rendered speechless by the rhetorical questions. Finally, she answered in a matter-of-fact tone, saying, “I’m not like you.”
Feng Tianlan looked at Shen Yunya with a smile. She was that type of person. She thought everything she did was right and did not have a crisis of conscience. She did not feel that she was vicious. But when these things showed up in other people, she considered them evil and that they had no conscience.
