As she did this, Si Mobai’s throat turned dry, the desire within him intensified . “Lan’er . ”

“There’s blood flowing out! Why didn’t you say something?” Feng Tianlan glimpsed the large purplish-green bruise on his smooth, pale skin, which was slightly swollen . If not for the layers of cloth covering his body, he would have bled from the injuries she gave him .

“It is not painful . ” His heart only hurt for her .

Feng Tianlan looked up and glared at him with disapproval before she took out a ceramic bottle . It contained potion to aid in blood circulation . Combined with a good massage, he would then recover quickly .

She poured the potion onto her palms, bent down, and gently patted the injured area, moving ever so carefully . “It might be a little painful, please bear with me . ”

Si Mobai could not help but form a smile with his lips at how meticulous and gentle Feng Tianlan was being . For his entire life so far, only she would care if he was hurting .

However, this was not the painful part…

The slightly cold potion and her warm, soft palm made his skin tingle as she lightly massaged him . As the strength of her massage increased, his skin became sensitive even to the air that she breathed out . All of these only made his heart flutter some more .

Furthermore, her tender, soft hand spread a stream of warmth which flowed in devious flames burning along in his body, making him feel strangely comfortable . However, it was not long before the devious flames became more exuberant, bringing him immense discomfort, and an urge for even more .

He did all that he could to suppress the yearning for more of her touch, but he still could not control himself and his body started shivering, desperate for more . He even let out a low and gentle call with a shaky voice, “Lan’er . ”

If she did not stop, he might really succumb to his carnal desires .

Feng Tianlan lifted her eyes up to his and noted traces of sweat on his forehead, together with his trembling voice . She thought he was in great pain . She thought of her childhood days when her mother would blow on her wounds and comfort her while applying the stinging medication when she fell down, and started doing the same, lightly blowing at the bruise on his body . “Just bear with me a little more—”

Before she could finish her sentence, her body was engulfed into a warm and affectionate embrace, the back of her head pulled closer to him, their soft lips touching, melding together . “Mobai?” Feng Tianlan watched as Si Mobai hurried off into the bathroom, running away from her, and was somewhat perplexed .

However, Si Mobai returned in the blink of an eye, his body drenched in water .

“You…” What was going on?

Si Mobai spoke in a husky voice, “It’s nothing . You should bathe and change your clothes though, be careful not to catch a cold . ”

“But you…” Feng Tianlan looked at him with concern and wondered what he was attempting to do . With his clothes wet, he would catch a cold too, unless he also dried himself and changed his garments .

Si Mobai licked his lips, still feeling the parchedness in his throat, looking at her with keen, sparkling eyes . “As your husband-to-be, I am afraid that I will unleash my beastly desires before it is time . ”

She had gently blown at his waist, rubbed his skin with her hands, all these soft caresses from her ignited a hunger in him that almost made him lose control . If not for the sudden cold shower he had taken, he might have actually pounced on her .

Feng Tianlan was stunned for a moment, then a red flush began to spread over her delicate face with uncanny speed . Avoiding his burning gaze, she escaped into the bathroom in a hurry .

Seeing this, Si Mobai curved the ends of his lips upwards and laughed lightly . As he looked down at his drenched body, he could not help but smile, as it certainly looked like he would have to take at least one cold shower every day before his wedding .

As Feng Tianlan soaked herself in the bathtub, submerging her entire body in the water for a while, she gradually calmed down . However, when she thought of the words he had said once again, she could not help but feel her face burn hotter than the water, and her heart rate increase .

At this moment she realized how her stupid actions would have looked like, tearing his clothes apart and touching him like a rapist . She could not have done anything more inappropriate . What did Mobai would think of her now? Did he think that she was dissolute and indecent?
