Chapter 264: 264
“Ah!!”
“Get lost! !”
“Ah Ah Ah!!”
Flanders stood in mid-air with his eyes closed, feeling the wonderful cries of the crows. He could not help but think of the beauty of Macbeth.
The screams continued.
Flanders controlled the crows, trying his best not to let this person die.
Otherwise…
He would not have been able to hear such a beautiful scream.
It was just a pity.
Humans were too fragile.

Once they lost too much blood, even if they did not have any fatal injuries, they would still die.
Therefore, even though he controlled the crows and tried his best not to let them die, this person did not last more than a few minutes. The screams gradually became softer and eventually, there were no more sounds.
“Wa–“
Ten seconds later.
The crows scattered.
A skeleton with almost no life was exposed.
There was no flesh on the surface of the frontal bone.
It was bloody.
And in the red fog, the skeleton lay on the surface of the swamp and was slowly sinking down along the mud.
It was silent.
Whether it was Flanders in the sky, the skeleton on the ground, or the crowd watching from afar.
Especially those people in the distance.
After Flanders and the buzz-cut came out of the vortex, they were quite shocked.
Now, their mouths hung open.
Those two relatively powerful mages were actually killed by this scarecrow?
They did not see the scar-faced man die.
But this buzz-cut’s scream when he died, even if they were almost a hundred meters away, they could still hear it clearly.
It was too tragic.
They saw crows flying in the sky.
They also saw crows flying in the air with blood dripping from their mouths. They looked quite cruel.
The buzz-cut man actually died this way!
He was pecked to death by crows.

Everyone couldn’t imagine how uncomfortable this was!
They did not know how the scar-faced man died…
Based on what they had seen before and their understanding of the scarecrow, they could guess that the scar-faced man died an extraordinary death.
The crowd discussed and pointed at the scarecrow.
And in the next second…
The crowd’s voices suddenly quieted down.
Because they saw that the scarecrow had shifted his gaze to their side.
There was complete silence.
After that, the hearts of most mages were shaken, and they began to panic.
Among these people and strange creatures, although they were all B rank mages and strange creatures, only about 10% of them were B+ rank.
And there were only a handful of people who were more confident than the buzz-cut and the scar-faced man.
Therefore, when faced with the scarecrow’s gaze, they were all panicking in their hearts.
What made them feel at ease was that the scarecrow did not chase after them.
Whoosh! Whoosh!
Suddenly, it was at this moment.
Many of them were strange creatures rushed towards the scarecrow.
Everyone looked over.
What were they trying to do?
Even Flanders was quite surprised.
He had already shown his kindness by not going over to kill all these people, and now, there were actually strange creatures who dared to come over to his side.
“We are willing to accept you as our master!”
Under Flanders’s astonished gaze, the group of strange creatures who had suddenly rushed over and approached Flanders bowed towards him one after another.
Hmm?
Flanders raised his eyebrows in surprise.
Then, he started to laugh.
Now, he needed to advance to A rank, so he needed to have a lot of strange people who believed in them.
This was just right.
These strange creatures’ strength was basically around B+ rank. Their strength was pretty good. If he asked them to help the blood spirit flower expand its territory here, then the speed would be even faster!

Thinking of this, Flanders nodded with a smile
Then, he asked these strange creatures to help the blood spirit flower. They were in charge of cleaning up the creeps who were unwilling to submit.
This group of creeps nodded one after another, and then followed the blood spirit flower to expand his domain.
He glanced at the people who were watching not far away.
Flanders ignored them.
Instead, he closed his eyes and began to feel a mysterious force that had just appeared in his body not long ago.
This force was still very weak at the moment. It was like a puddle of mud, floating in his sea of consciousness. It did not have any rules and was wandering nowhere.
It looked very weak.
However, Flanders could feel it.
This power was quite powerful!
Even if it was only the size of a thumb, it could still exert a terrifying power!
Apart from that.
He felt that there seemed to be a very strange power contained in this power. It seemed to have an inexplicable connection with something in the outside world.
When did this power appear?
It seemed to have appeared after he had arranged for the blood spirit flower to begin expanding its Domain.
Flanders’s eyes flickered.
He had probably already guessed in his heart that this was the power of faith!
It had already begun to appear?!
It was truly miraculous!
Flanders carefully sensed this power and discovered that this power was actually continuously increasing as the red fog expanded.
He did not know when he would be able to reach A rank.
By now, based on this small ball of energy, Flanders already had a rough estimation in his heart. He could roughly guess how big the gap between his current strength and those in A rank was!
All in all, it was not too big.
But he believed that if he was able to advance to A rank, he would not be weak among those of the same level!
…
At the same time.
In the deepest part of the Black Swamp.
Nikorei, Quentin, and the others were staring at the person in front of them, their expressions slightly solemn.
“How much longer is it going to take?”
Quentin asked.
“I don’t know.”
Nikorei’s clear and cold voice could not heard, as if she did not want to say anything more to this person.
In fact, it was really like that.
Quentin came from the Hanluo Sect, and was a person of high status in this sect.
However, for Nikorei, she had never liked this sect, so she did not have any good feelings towards the people of this sect, which naturally included Quentin.
Regarding Nikorei’s attitude, Quentin was naturally not very satisfied.
He was used to being pampered. Even in the Hanluo Sect, not many people dared to speak loudly to him.
Therefore, he naturally did not like Nikorei’s tone.
However, he did not dare to show it.
After all, the woman in front of him was an A+ rank powerhouse. This kind of strength was the best even in the Hanluo Sect.

Also, do not be fooled by Rei’s looks.
Although she was good-looking, this woman’s temper had always been bad. She was even quite hot-tempered!
If he dared to scold this woman a little, this woman would probably dare to attack him here. If that happened, the gains would not make up for the losses.
After an unknown period of time.
Quentin suddenly frowned and looked in a direction. He asked curiously, “the two of them have been gone for so long. Why haven’t they come back?”

"I'm Screwed" ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This story uses the system derived by Puddles4263 in Randidly Ghosthound. I've incorporates the Path's system into the leveling of this story. Some of the beginning paths will be similar or the same as I thought that the starting paths were very logical on how a system should start. The stories will be completely different as the characters and story arcs will be completely different. Again, thank you Puddles for allowing me to use your system, really appreciate it! I also wanted to thank ProFound Magician. Has a lot of insight into a story development and as his system is based on Ghosthound, I saw a some beginning stage skills that should be thought of in a character just starting out. If you haven't yet read Ghosthound or Genesis System you're in for a real treat when you do! Thank you both I hope my use is seen as an homage in the beginning. Hopefully my story can live up to the system.

Supreme Formation Immortal Sovereign
Falling under the Heavenly Tribulation, Ascending Celestial Oalur Kang finds that he's back in the past. Watch him pursue the Heavenly Path of Formations and rise to the peak of the Immortal Path! . . . . . . . . . Hello, this is F-Rank! This is my take on writing cultivation stories. Though I'm sure nobody cares, the intent behind this story was focused on creating a more or less logical cultivation system. I read several stories where the mc transmigrated to a cultivation world (not calling names to avoid unnecessary angst) and was able to completely break the cultivation system and the logic of the world because they had the power of science on their side and were able to think more logically than everybody else. Despite the fact that some characters in those stories were older than the scientific method of thinking and even the human civilization as we know it and the whole society was older than our human race. So I decided to write a story where things about cultivation make sense (as far as a magical world full of super magical people can make sense), so here we are. I don't know if I will be able to fulfil this purpose but I hope that the story will end up enjoyable. Can also be considered a prequel for my other story "Wasn’t my new life in a magical world supposed to be easy?" but has very little overlapping content and can be read as a stand alone story. Also available on Scribble Hub.
