Chapter 68: Chapter 68 Acceptance of Learning Results
Was this still the corridor that he had seen just now?
The originally desolate and dusty corridor was now as good as new.
Mike did not believe it and fiercely stomped on the floor.
The floor, which would have made a creaking sound if he stepped on it, felt like it could be broken at any time, but now the sound was unusually crisp.
Mike felt the pain under his feet. He confirmed one thing. The floor was real.
Not only was it not as tattered as before, but it was also unusually sturdy.

…
Mike could not take it anymore.
The whole process was not scary at all. If it were in a haunted house outside, people would laugh at it.
However, it was such simple things that made Mike’s heart bear huge pressure.
Now, his body and mind were swallowed by fear, and he had completely collapsed.
There was only one reason for all of this, and that was the environment.
It was not the environment of the building itself. It was a psychological environment.
If this were a haunted house, if you encountered something unreasonable, if you encountered something terrible, your heart would tell you that this was a haunted house, that it was just a trap.

Subconsciously, you would not feel insecure.
You would feel scared, you would feel fear, but you would not despair. You would not oppress yourself.
But this situation is not the same. Mike woke up and suddenly appeared here.
First of all, the subconscious will be subconsciously a little uneasy.
Similarly, after encountering all kinds of strange situations, such as the glass not breaking, there is no one, but the classrooms seemed to be used.

These kinds of strange, incredible incidents would cause Mike’s inner anxiety and uneasiness.
If it was a haunted house, he might feel mighty at this moment, but now, all he could feel was fear.
“I did not even use any strength before I fell. Was this not too weak?”
As the initiator of all this, Flanders admired Mike’s performance in the illusion.

He carefully tested the fear that Mike had contributed.
“But I have to say. This Mike is a little better than the previous ones.”
Flanders was obviously not enjoying himself.
This time, he used Fear while he was sleeping, using a male student from the dormitory as an experimental subject.
The purpose of this experiment was not to test the effects of the multi-person illusion.
It was to test the knowledge that Flanders had learned during this period of time.
Setting the conditions, using various hints, one by one, to induce fear in the hearts of others.
The result was as he saw now, and the effect was unexpectedly good.
“Many people look very strong on the outside, but in reality, they are unexpectedly weak on the inside!”

Flanders swept his gaze over the boys in this dormitory and saw the terrified expressions on each of their faces. Nevertheless, he was in a delighted mood.
“Hehehe!”
The corners of his mouth stretched, and Flanders’ laughter reverberated throughout the entire dormitory, torturing the boys in the dormitory.
“Since the experiment is successful, let’s begin. The ‘ranch’ plan.”
Through the environment created by Fear, they could induce fear in others, making these people become humans and animals that produced fear.
And this entire school would become Flanders’ ranch for harvesting fear in the future.

After a night, when the sunlight shone into this dormitory.
The boys in this dormitory did not sit up from their beds like Emil and Warfarin.
Because they were physically and mentally exhausted, they did not even have the strength to do it.

Opening his eyes, Mike’s eyes were filled with exhaustion and fear.
When he looked at the sunlight outside, a trace of tears flashed in his eyes.
“So all of this was just a dream!”
He quietly looked at the blue sky and white clouds outside.
At this moment, he had never felt the beauty outside like this before.
Slowly, a strong sense of exhaustion spread throughout his body, wearing down his will.
Sleepiness welled up in his heart.
The moment he closed his eyes, he seemed to see the school building that was torturing him again.
“No, I can’t sleep!”

This thought had just appeared in his mind, but it was already too late.
The body’s protective mechanism had succeeded in making Mike fall asleep again.
Fortunately, Flanders had already left, or else he might have to give these people another set.
Yes, when Mike woke up, the rest of the dorm also woke up.
These people were all like Mike, physically and mentally exhausted. In front of the tiredness and sleepiness, no matter how much they controlled themselves not to sleep, they could not control themselves. “…”
When they woke up again, these people all showed a look of relief.
It seemed that what happened before was really just a nightmare.
With this thought in mind, they slowly stood up.
“…”

“Why didn’t you guys go to class?”
“Mike, you too?”
“…”
Everyone looked at each other, and the entire dormitory fell into a strange and strange state.
Mike had originally planned to get up and have a meal, but he had never expected that he wasn’t the only one who skipped school today.
What surprised him the most was that his roommates seemed to be in a familiar state.
“Did you guys feel it after I fell asleep last night?”
Looking at his exhausted roommates, whose eyes were covered in eye droppings, Mike was puzzled.
He could not be blamed for being so strange because these people looked very similar from his point of view.

However, what he did not expect was that this question also appeared in the minds of his other roommates.
“I’m the one who should ask. Did you guys go out to play together last night after I slept?”
“How is that possible?”
“…”
Another strange sinking.
By now, everyone finally felt that something was wrong.
“Hey, brothers, I had a nightmare yesterday.”
At this moment, an extrovert in the dormitory said.
“What a coincidence, I also had a nightmare.”

“… Sorry, I also had a nightmare.”
“…”
Looking at the people in front of him, Mike was silent for a while, then said, “To confirm, in this nightmare, I found myself in a retro teaching building.”
“…”
There was another sinking, and this time, no one spoke.
The faces of everyone in the dormitory gradually turned from calm to fear.
It was as if they had recalled something terrifying.
Moreover, this fear was deepening and expanding.

I was Born the Unloved Twin
You've probably heard this sort of story before. Once upon a time, blah blah blah a boy and a girl fell love and everything was beautiful and perfect, except for this thing called life getting in their way. He was this cool foreign prince and she was basically perfect. Really it's a very boring run of the mill story. I'll even spoil it for you, they kill the villainess at the end. Not the type of story I'd read personally. So where do I fit into this?Apparently I'm her older twin sister and the very very lucky fiance to the foreign prince. You know, the dead villainess? Sucks I know. Now I get to do it all over again from the beginning.Curse my life ------ So you're somewhat interested in what this thing is about and looking to see if it's even worth reading? Let's get the worst of it out of the way first: This is a boring story, very tedious, mundane and downright just boring. It's too slow, the characters are too confusing & make possibly retarded choices. It's an isekai/reborn type Slice of Life novel that plays on the villainess noble girl trope but the MC gets no OP cheats, no magical powers, not even some satisfying face slapping or such self-fulfillment fantasy. Wow, I'm doing a terrible job advertising this thing. If you're somehow still interested, if you were ever interested how an average modern person, reborn with all their host's memories, could live out their life in this situation, mending personal relationships one step at a time, or wondered what happened in between all the time skips in other novels, maybe give Unloved Twin a try. This is an awkward novel, the pacing is slow, and there is no time skips. For some reason still, I really love this little story I'm making. Talk to me on: https://discord.gg/ARkSMFPbew
